I was rushed at the drive thru, I was also given attitude and sarcasm. And the food made me feel sick. How about you guys hire people who actually want to work and don't suck at life.

I love eating at kfc but this one sucks , for starters the chicken is so small compared to other kfc and also the restroom are dirty like they haven't been clean in years and the customer service is horrible the cashier asked me what u want instead of how can I help u ,don't come here

Terrible staff. Nasty inside. Closes early if they feel like it.

Not enough sauce for the amount of tenders. Sweet tea was disgusting as well as Cole Slaw & biscuit was HARD . Went through drive through no silverware, no napkins. When person came to the window was told the told box was upside down & window shut in my face. Tenders was the only good thing about the visit,

Man, the food is gross. The customer service is terrible, ghetto as hell. I genuinely wouldn’t suggest this to my worst enemy, the chicken was so bad it made me rethink my life choices.

I'm not happy with KFC in wauchula Florida Sunday afternoon may 19 I purchased a 16 PC bucket and sides total $56 and change .I received 8 wings 5 drumsticks the rest was thighs (very dry) sad customer service isn't what it should be .

Dining room closed at 6pm on a Saturday night? Not a soul working inside that we could see. Based on the bad reviews it was probably a good thing we passed on this place. Won't be back.

To sum it up, “they suck”…. Ordered on the kfc app, it said it was ready. So went to the door and they were locked at 7pm. Not the first time this has happened either. Went to the drive through and we sat at the speaker for 20 min. They finally answered after we said something. Sat in line another 15 min.

This place is horrible. They never have the lobby open so you have to wait in the drive thru line. They are very slow and have horrible customer service.

Not a great place to eat. Team doesn't seem to care about your food. It was raining when I went and they only allowed drive through. Did was old when I got it like it was made early and given to me late. Wasn't any part of my larger meal that I liked. It's a shame, I used to like KFC.

The 3 piece chicken tenders were very good and tender but they were small pieces for the price. The mash potatoes need more seasoning or better gravy. I would of given 5 stars if the tenders were bigger. The service was great and nice people.

This is so disappointing. It does not matter, even even though the website says they shut down at 9 PM they will shut down whenever they feel like. Not to mention the smoke off weed is everywhere. This place is still open and how come health services never stop by here?

Will never go back here. The chicken was ok but it wasn't the chicken I ordered. I ordered a 3pc original recipe and asked for dark meat only. What I got was an original recipe leg, 2 extra crispy breasts. I know the difference between a breast and thighs, but if you don't know the difference between dark meat and white meat, don't work at a chicken restaurant. And to mix original with extra crispy??? I should have checked my box before I drove away, but I didn't so that's on me I guess. Although honestly I shouldn't have to check my food.

Never has anything available two hours till closing still kinda unacceptable

I ordered a 5 piece tender meal. I pulled around and the drive thru attendant (who looked like they were someone's pre-teen kid) wasn't wearing a KFC uniform, but instead some random graphic T-shirt. They were otherwise friendly though. The real issue I had was when I checked my order. I got home (20 minutes away) and realized I'd only received a 3 piece tender meal. Please teach your employees how to count.

The lady that waited on me was very nice the store was old and worn down. They only cut up a chicken tender to put in my chicken Famous Bowl one of the tenders pieces that I got was Giant and I had to figure out how to cut it to even eat it out of the middle of my bowl. But other than that everything was fine.

Ordered a pot pie to go , very disappointed it was dry and crust was stale. Maybe sitting for a few days. 2nd time and both have been dissatisfied. Staff very friendly food should be carefully monitored!

Rude employees. Greasy, greasy greasy. Teaspoon of water downed gravy on mashed potatoes. Biscuit undercooked doughy in the middle. Ghetto in Wauchula.

If there were negative STARS, I would give this kfc. At first I thought it was a mistake but more than three times I was never given what I ordered. The guy had the audacity to pack chicken strips instead of hot and spicy wings. Above that I had to request for my fries as if I never paid for them. Kak KFC!!!

Oh my God this is the worst Kentucky Fried chicken I’ve been to in a long time!!!! This Friday the 15th of September at 12-noon and the ole girl up front taking orders was complaining and had an attitude from the start ,,, my three peace original combo was like two days old ,,,, I almost broke my tooth biting into it ,,,, if you hate your job, that bad, please just quit. !!!!!

Haven’t been to this kfc in awhile and just recently left there. It’s by far the slowest, always out of stuff, customer service is absolutely terrible, and my food was cold. If you’re ever thinking about stopping at this kfc, do yourself a favor and keep going, because you won’t get treated right ( especially if you’re a person of color) I will not be spending another dime in this place anymore, I’d rather drive to Arcadia where I’m actually valued and appreciated as a customer. Ps thank you for stuffing my cold biscuits with the chicken, I just love eating crushed biscuits 👌🏽

I went through the drive-thru and the young lady said what are you going to order in a mean tone when I was about to say my order she yelled through the mic hurry up that's the third time they are rude to me and this is the last time I am going to this place.

Food was delicious but white time was significant considering I ordered ahead on the app and still had to wait in the drive-through because the front doors were locked.

Haven't been to Wauchula KFC in a while cause truly it had got bad, gave them another chance...it's still bad. Chicken was horrible, hard, dry like they had refried it. Cole slaw was good, lady at counter was nice but I won't be back. 😤

El local es antiguo y tiene el techo con liquen de agua y roto. Se ve feo pero solo la estructura. Las empleadas fueron muy muy amables y eficiente, la comida deliciosa y la orden correcta. Creo que la compañía debería invertir un poco en arreglar el establecimiento y darles un merecido aumento de salario a sus empleadas que a pesar de no contar con el más grande , mejor o más lindo local estaba todo muy limpio y hacen su trabajo con amor dejándome decir que es el mejor KFC que he probado en años. I had ordered 3 thighs, a biscuit and two coleslaws. The chicken thighs were an abomination of all cooked chicken in the history of the world. I tried to call this imposter of a chicken joint to get some what deceit chicken by speaking to management. Apparently, they don't answer phones. They have chicken fears but no chicken food. Tried to call corporate, I got the same results. I definitely won't be going to Kain't Fry Chicken of Wauchula Florida. Marylands Fried Chicken in Avon Park and Sebring is the best.

We hadn’t gone to KFC for some time but thought we would give them another chance. Glad we did that was the best chicken we have had eaten in a long time. The service we received was also excellent

I had a small order, a chicken pot pie and a 2 pieces meal. The wing in my meal had so many cooked feather parts on it that it looked scared!!! Quite comical...but not very appealing. They exchanged it for me. All of the meal was hot and tastey.

We came there at 7 o’clock and they had already closed their dining room dining room we’re supposed to be open till like nine or 10 people inside a really rude when we tried to knock don’t waste your time go somewhere else. This place is a joke.

Store was supposed to be open at 1030am, arrived at noon. Store wasn't open and no one answered at the drive thru. After reading the reviews, kind of glad we didn't eat here, they may have given us food poisoning.

I just picked up a chicken bowl with chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes and corn. The chicken nuggets were so hard I couldn't eat them.

Worst service and quality of the food is very low grade

They dropped my straw on the ground and wouldn't give me a new one. Didn't provide utensils either. I wasn't aware that Mac and cheese was a finger food.

I've had my last meal from this KFC. They messed my last order up, but I thought I would try one more time. I got home with an 8 piece extra crispy IT HAD 4 WINGS, 2 LEGS 2 THIGHS NO BREAST. IT WAS DRIED OUT AND OLD, THE BISCUITS WERE HALF BAKED, THE SAUCE WAS BUSTED OPEN. THIS IS A TERRIBLE KFC.

I order a 8 pc and a 16 pc meal and I was short by 8 biscuits, also I was given not even a full container of gravy for 4 large sides of gravy. To also add to this I wasn’t give a receipt for my order.

Put in an order to pick up at 5:45. I ordered chicken sandwiches they came out to me and asked if they could put chicken tenders on my sandwich or I could wait so I said I would wait. 30 min later I'm still waiting my drinks are on counter ice melting cole slaw warm now and french fries cold!!!!!!! Never again will I go there!!!!!!!! 🤬🤬

Phoned in an order at 5:30 yesterday and was told to come right up. Waited 45 minutes out front for a server to walk the food to our vehicle, while other people were served before us. There were two people in line ahead, one pulled out. When the food was brought to us and I questioned the lengthy wait, the server said “well I had a lot of customers “and then walked away. Food was good but service was terrible and employee attitude was worst of all. Complained online and will continue to until this store is as good and with trained staff like other sites.

Don't bother coming here, they are still closed inside, while McDonald's is open inside, Burger King is open inside, sonic is open. KFC is just saving money by not having to give refills, napkins, and save on trash disposal, Etc... This is Florida an open state 3/27/2022

This is the worst kfc EVER no dressing in Cole slaw hard biscuits and Mac and cheese looks like it was made the day before . It happens every time we go which is three times thinking oh maybe just abad day. Nope bad restaurant!!!

Worst restaurant in wauchula. They lock their doors so you have to wait in a long line for your online order making your food ice cold. As well as they short you on your order. I only got 5 of my 8 piece order, no gravy on my mashed potatoes, no sauces. What I DID receive was hard and cold like it's been sitting there all day.

Waited a long time at the window 20 minutes went back a few days later took so long I left the line by the way the chicken I got was very good and all the sides

Give this play if I could give this place less than one star I definitely would I ordered they told me to pull up and wait for people came through the drive-thru and were served before I got a meal which was for one person and only included five wings it takes less than 20 minutes to cook a wing I sat at their drive-thru for almost 10 more minutes waiting for my food I really wanted my money back it's definitely the worst KFC I've ever been to in my life and this s***'s in my hometown!! I will be calling the manager they didn't even give me my fries!!

Me and my fiancé were very happy with the service and food, the only reason I put 4 instead of 5 stars is because we were unfortunate enough to go on a day they closed early for cleaning. Although we could not get fried chicken we did get the last tenders mashed potatoes and green beans. Even with it being last minute the food was nice and hot and tasted fresh. The gravy was the right thickness and tenders were perfectly crispy. The staff was very apologetic for the last minute closure and lack of fried chicken. We will be back and are very happy with the new staff and management. My fiancé 30 minutes later still telling me how much he loved the green beans!

I’ve been there twice and their food has been amazing! The ladies have been outstanding!! We did have a long long wait one time, but it was all worth it once we ate!

It seems we have poor restaurant karma with KFC. We have had our orders messed up more than I care to say. Today was no different. I ordered 2 chicken littlest and another sandwich for my hubby. I got home and we only had one chicken little sandwich with my hubby's sandwich.

Excellent food but service needs to improve. It was difficult to understand where they wanted us to for our food in the drive thru.

The KFC is consistent with food quality and service. The frustrating thing about the drive thru is they can hear you, but the customer can't hear them. Whatever the issue with the equipment, it's never fixed. I don't go often, but I tell the staff and it never works properly when I return.

Who doesn't like KFC? 3 piece original recipe, mac n cheese & that yummy Cole slaw. Don't forget the biscuit, butter & honey. Mmmmmm, biscuit!

Always loved KFC. They give a senior Discount BUT YOU MUST ASK. I'm 81 it's NOT like I look under 55. Chicken was out of this world. The price is much higher than WalMart. Will I go back damn tooting. But I will ask for Senior Discount. Atmosphere was a hole in the wall with a couple tables. More of a carry out. Service, they took my money, and put my chicken in a box. No I didn't leave a tip.
