First of all was overcharged because they're not paying attention. I get home with my order. None of it is correct because again they're not paying attention. Call back. Spoke to the manager she's like well I'll fix it a different day and I'll get your name and number now. No my order's not right now and you've already taken my money. She said that it's not a big deal. This is why her people don't care because she doesn't care. Whoever that manager is is a failure. She's an absolute failure as a manager

Drive thru quick service and great deals for $10 and 20 dollars. Extra crispy 😋 is the way to go.

I ate the two piece special tonight in the dining room . The chicken was very greasy, the mashed potatoes seemed watered down and tasted like instant, and the biscuit was a far cry from KFC biscuits of the past. I know every restaurant has a bad day now and then and I will come back

My chicken sandwich had a lot of tendons running throug it. Could not chew

The one in South Lakeland has stepped up their game. Very clean. Fast courteous service. And the food was the way it used to be. Even the instant mashed potatoes were ok when they're covered in gravy.

Ordered the KFC bowl and a Pepsi bucket for delivery through DoorDash. Bowl only had five nuggets in it and no gravy. what's up with that?

Shout out to the staff and cashier for feeding my family from out of town... The smiles and recommendations for a large group were well received... Thank you for your amazing service... Kudos to the management team and staff...

The only thing correct about my order was the number of chicken pieces. Drums and thighs? NOPE. Extra Crispy? NOPE. Correct Sides? NOPE. Utensils, plates and napkins? NAPKINS ONLY AND STUFFED IN THE BAG IN SUCH A WAY THAT THE BAG DIDN'T SEAL. If this was the first time they messed up a delivery order I would pass it off as an exception. Sadly it's the rule at this location.

Unfortunately I do not write any negative reviews until I give a second or third chance to a restaraunt. This being the third time, the chicken is soggy not at all extra crispy, tastes like it was fried hours earlier in extremely dirty oil. The baked chicken was ok but also tasted like it was sitting around for quite some time. Very rissa pointed in this particular kfc Update 02/24/24 Been back twice and the food is back on track , clean oil, fresh and crispy awesome job turning things around !

Had went through the Drive-Thru to order food since I’m not feeling well they were really quick in service and friendly. I proceeded to go home and once I got home my entire bag fell on the ground. I came back to the restaurant and they were more than happy to replace my order. Just wanted to thank the night crew that was working tonight.

I stopped in for dinner tonight and waited 20 minutes to get waited on and finally an employee told me I could use the self serve kiosk instead of waiting on me. I'll never be back at this location again.

I was supposed to get $14 back she only gave me $12. Stealing is disgusting and i will be contacting someone up at the top. On the receipt it says cashiers name is Kennetta. Yeah it's only $2 but who knows how many they've done this to.

The Food is always Great they only mess up my Order every once and a while there's never been a wrong atmosphere in about 20 yrs or so I've been to some that was crowded when they have a Buffet Bar.

Ordered online for an 8 peice bucket of extra crispy chicken and two sides. The chicken was horrible, it was soggy and I believe very old. It appeared to be something they had taken out of the heater to put in inventory. It also was not extra crispy to start with. The sides were extremely small and were barely enough for one serving.

We got our food to go. Everything was OK. Service was moving slowly. It was ok that day. Lol

Went to KFC drive thru for family . I can't eat all that grease . can't have the pot pie. Or the chicken bowl. Basically all I can have are their biscuit.

I ordered a 4 piece meal, paid for a 4 piece meal and only got a 2 piece. I'm so tired of these restaurants ripping me off just because I used the drive thru.

Decided to stop in for some lunch at this location I should have kept driving past. Walking in should have been a giveaway to leave place was empty and looked like a closed down business. Decided to try the famous bowl since I kept seeing commercials about it and looked good. It's basically a frozen dinner from a dollar store with about 5 popcorn chicken pieces on it. Definitely not worth the money and time so pick something else unless you just want mashed potatoes with gravy and corn. Definitely will not be purchasing that again.

The best extra crispy chicken I've had at a KFC.

Dayshirt manager or sup rude i wanted my chicken fresh and the lady at the window told me it will be 15 to 20 mins and manager got mad and said 45 mins or more pushing me to just get the chicken they already had done. Real bad attitude.

Other than not having cole slaw everything was great. The serving of mashed potatoes and gravy was a bit smaller than I would have liked, but my family can devour some KFC. Mental note for next time. And to be open right after Hurricane Ian was a blessing. Many thanks to the KFC staff.

I give this KFC 5 stars they were open Thursday night literally right after the hurricane and they were slammed there were about 20 cars in front of us and they were still extremely polite and informative on what they had left God bless those people because not just anyone is going to show up to work after a disaster in a good mood none of the people waiting in line knew if the workers had gas,electricity, food or just the necessities but yet these people showed up and provided the best service! Thank you KFC the best damn chicken after a hurricane 🌀

Just keep the lobby closed if you dont want to support it. No ice. No carbination on soda, no butter, no buffet.

Food was good, Mac n cheese tasted good, they were out of butter and all the sodas were flat. They had to get the ice from behind the register, no self serve. We were the only ones there and they just don't seem to have their heart into it since reopening the lobby for dine in.

When I went inside to order, it took them sooo long to take my order, it seems like they are short on staff and should hire workers because having us customers wait for a long period of time for someone just to take our order is unbelievably disappointing.

This store is about 50/50, they are either really good or really bad. I have experienced both.

My mom was having some dental issues and needed something soft. Decided to try KFC'S Chicken pop pies. Hands up, this was the best lunch I could have gotten. Extremely warm and delicious as it just came out of the oven!! Friendly service!

The food was good and the prices are decent. I used my KFC app for the first time and it was very convenient to have my order ready when I arrived.

This location is always clean. The staff at this location is always friendly. Its become my favorite KFC location. Why just 4 stars then? I started going to KFC back in the 60's and back in the day, the extra crispy chicken was actually extra crispy. Today, the extra crispy isn't even crispy let alone extra crispy. This isn't a fault with this location, it's that way at all locations. If it was truly extra crispy I would be there at least 2 times more often.

I was given the wrong order. I didn’t notice till I got home but said oh well I’ll just eat the wrong order even though I paid like $10 more than what was in the order I received. Started eating and the chicken is undercooked pink. Every single chicken wing was pink on the inside. This place needs quality control. Never coming back.

The staff was arguing with each other so loudly you could hear them at the drive through window and they lost track of orders.

Terrible cooks and service could of been better because they messed up the order and then lazily fixed it. I rather order food from DQ.

It's really sad that you can't go in to order to go food. And they don't have grilled chicken now either. So we use to like KFC but since we couldn't get anything don't know how they are now. Hope they open up soon.

No Unreasonable Wait at This KFC. We expected to be here 30+ minutes waiting on dinner - SURPRISE! Ten minutes from placing order to getting in car to drive home. NGL, the fabulous smell was quite the distraction wafting around the car for the drive home and may have encouraged a little speeding and drifting around corners.

They were short staff, but the one worker (very young and responsible) was very warm and professional. Food was delicious as always.

WE WANT THE BUFFET BACK. We really miss the buffet with the Chicken Livers, mashed potatoes lots of goodies to pick from. My husband loves That Chicken 🐔 😋.

KFC has the Best mashed potatoes and biscuits. The coleslaw is always fresh and the chicken breast great too. I like going in the afternoon for the buffet.

food was great although my order was wrong . I ordered a two piece breast meal and a one piece breast with sides , wings, and sandwich box .I got no wings, a one piece breast with wrong sides and a leg and thigh box which I didn't order or want. My fault for not checking order before leaving , but long line behind me and assumed it would be right. Food was hot and still good . I donated to a charity and got coupon book and I will go back.

It's ok but covid has its issues with them. NO BUFFET!! It sucks

KFC has lost its way with food ,the service is far below subpar and the food is usually on the same lines .Hire good people who want to be in food service and you get good food out the door .Hire young people who do not care one way or the other and you get to where KFC is today .

Continue to get ny order incorrect then i have to drive around again for the completion.
