I don't even know where to begin to express how magical this hotel is & how magical our stay was this past August. We decided to book an additional night ... that's just how much we enjoyed our stay!!! We were welcomed with such a friendly staff & check in only took minutes. Before we knew it, we were already in our room changing into swimsuits to head straight to the beach. Our room was HUGE! The bathroom was HUGE! It was so spacious & we had everything we needed & then some. There were extra toiletries in the bathroom, great water pressure in the shower, a huge tub to soak. Our room was peaceful, quiet & stunning views from the balconies. The balconies are on the smaller size with 2 chairs & side table, but it was lovely. Wish we would have gotten the front desk staff names(along with the GM of the restaurant, he was super nice) as they were all so efficient, friendly, accommodating & professional. We tried to enter the fitness center & our room card wasn’t working. The front desk staff immediately walked with us to help get in, so we could exercise. We had our room attended by our wonderful housekeeper, Rowe. She has such a lovely way about her. She is passionate about her work/career & it shows. She is so warm, welcoming, hard working, friendly, approachable, a dog lover & just a wonderful human. She offered to bring a doggie bed for our 4-legged furry boy because we forgot ours. REALLY?!?! Now that is top notch, 1000 star service!!! She went above & beyond for us in so many ways. I hope she gets EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR.... The DECADE!!! HUGE shoutout to Max!!!! We also had the pleasure of meeting Max at the pool bar/restaurant. He was just so much fun, great to chat with & you can tell he really enjoys bartending/hosting/serving & working with the guests. We loved talking with him about house music & we made a real connection. He also went above & beyond for us in every way possible. The only negative (which really isn't a negative) was the hotel might be a bit dated, but the extreme cleanliness made up for that. You can see that the hotel is well kept & maintained. The location, amenities, rooms, grounds, and most of all, the staff make it worth every penny!!! We will be back!!!

It was a relaxing experience. Had an issue with A/C in our suite. They resolved the issue within 30 minutes and approached the situation with a few scenarios to satisfy our needs. Overall, the customer service was fantastic.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time together at the hotel. Very clean, very quiet, staff very attentive to needs of us and others. The room was fabulous! Will stay here again.

The experience and accommodations were of the highest quality. The restaurant and bar overlook the ocean, and guests can choose to sit indoors or outdoors. The service was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and elegant. The rooms were remarkable, with stunning views from the balconies. There were showers at the beach entrance and a fire pit for cozy evenings. This hotel is the finest on the strip and well worth the cost. Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed here what a great getaway the staff was very professional and friendly the room was a awesome set up that felt like a comfortable place to sprawl and relax in the view from the balcony was romantic and the town of Vero offers enough to get away and relax!

I first have to say, 5 stars is not enough stars for this place!!!! If I could give it 100 I would. this is by far the absolute excellent place to be. The service, above and beyond Ryan at the front desk, there are no words at all to describe the level of service we got here. We went to eat at their restaurant at Colbolts... absolutely delicious food and our waiter Kyle is absolutely amazing. Not only have we found our new anniversary getaway each year, but will absolutely recommend to anyone looking to travel here. Again above and beyond service. Thank you for the most amazing anniversary Kemper!!!!

Amazing hotel, don't waist your time at colbolt (mediocre food). Go to the the Havana nights piano bar for dinner and drinks. You won't be disappointed.

Cannot say enough good things about this property. The staff is top notch. GM is fantastic! Property is extremely clean, rooms and common spaces. Outdoor facilities are well kept and constantly maintained. Will come back regularly. Highly recommend! I’m very picky and let me tell you, this hotel has the best of everything. Will be back!

This place is a beautiful beach front Hotel! The entire crew has amazing top notch customer service. Jonathan is absolutely dedicated to making sure you will have a great stay. I really appreciate the effort that they put in to deliver exceptional hospitality. We have vacationed here three times and it has been an amazing stay each time. The rooms are sparkling clean. I love seeing the same employees each year. You can tell they all love their job. Thank you for a great stay again.

Gorgeous hotel, restaurants and facilities! We just finished a low-key family vacation here and it was the perfect blend of luxury and casual. The staff was so helpful and made our stay exceptional. Definitely will be back!

Clean rooms and a fantastic location. For the price, kind of expected a higher end of customer service. Noone to help us with bags or towels at the pool.
