Chelsea was a great server. She kept our grill plates fresh and our drinks full. She also did a great job recommending things we might enjoy. 10/10 would come again.

Amazing food. The quality is top tier. You will absolutely get your money's worth. Service is wonderful. They will make you feel very comfortable and show you how it works. Highly recommend it.

This was our first time coming to K-Pot, Kamren was our server and she was amazing! She showed us around and was able to easily answer all of our questions. She was attentive and personable and helped us have a few laughs. The atmosphere was comfortable and such a vibe! I have been wanting to experience KBBQ and was not disappointed in the slightest! We will ABSOLUTELY be coming back!

Words enough aren’t good enough to describe the amazing experience my girlfriend and I had its truly an amazing experience especially with more people. This was my first time ever eating a kpot style restaurant but everything about is absolutely magical we had an amazing waiter named Kamren who was very attentive and aware of our needs. Don’t just read about it go for yourself and enjoy in fine dining first hand! 10/10 will be back! Kamren I can not stress enough was a big part of our amazing experience she went out of her way to make us one of her favorite sauces We loved her enthusiasm and out going personality it really is nice to go somewhere and meet a friend not just someone going through another day trying to collect a paycheck

It was my fiancée and I first time to a hot pot. We got server IZZY‼️ SHE WAS AMAZING!! With it being our first time we had no idea what todo and she walked us thru all the steps and even showed us the food area. It’s was a great!!

The hot pot was good! We were greeted so nicely by our server Chelsea. She told us her favorite soup bases, and we ended up getting those two. Overall a very nice place and would recommend.

Food was okay at this location. We went with just hot pot and I was surprised when they did not serve boba but wasn’t the end of the world. The meat variety was nice but it was slightly freezer burnt tasting. The shrimp dumplings tasted nothing like shrimp unfortunately too. Having been to the Orlando location as a first experience really raised the bar and sadly this location didn’t wow us. Service was okay. They checked on the table several times which was nice but when walking in to get a table 3 of the employees were gossiping loudly for several minutes before acknowledging us. Also, I understand it’s going to get smokey from bbq but the ventilation sucked and ended up with a headache half way through my meal so that killed the buzz. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location as the Orlando one is better all the way around.

They have the food buffet style so you pick what you want for the hot pot or the bbq. The waitress could have been better at explaining things and wasn't around when I needed. Overall once I got the hang of things the food turned out good. The marinated meats were much better than the non ones. There is also no option for waitress to help cook for you. That should be an option.

If you’re gonna go, go hungry!! We had an awesome time and got to try a variety of foods we’ve always wanted to try. I recommend doing both hot pot and bbq! Ask for Kamren!! She’s very sweet and attentive. She’ll also help you with how to cook and recommends great sauces! Can’t wait to go back 😄

Do yourself a favor stop in and at least for your first time here do the hot pot and bbq. We will definitely be back.

Oh, man! This was some tasty hot pot. The Szechuan Spicy broth had a good kick.

Kamren and crew were great friendly and attentive. Only take away I could think of is a salad bar. I know the focus is on the meat and hot pot. But a nice salad bar with the steakhouse ginger dressing would really be a great add on.

Isabel was a waitress. She was amazing. She came back to the table quite a few times to make sure we were good. She explained to us how to use the equipment and also showed us the food bar to let us know what options we had wonderful experience

Absolutely LOVED!! Our server Karmen :) the atmosphere was nice! Karmen made sure we knew what to get with what and even offered a meat choice that tasted amazing!! Marinated beef!! Definitely will dine here again!!

One of my friend's and I went to kpot and we had Izzy as our server/waitress!! She was so sweet and was right on top of any issues or questions we had, and she was so kind and reassuring when we asked for help on a few different things. If I had to base coming back just off today's service (and not other ones I've had, which were equally wonderful), I'd guarantee come back. Thank you Izzy!!! 🥰❤️

Food is good, not the best of varieties but good. Our service person was good but some of the other staff had nasty salty attitudes. The place is modern with nice esthetics.

First time... Food was OK but I did get a very OFF piece of bolgogi that I could not eat..very old.. Bathroom was dirty... What needs attention is the service.... It's mainly get you in ..not a good explanation of the workings.. I'm up in the air on this place... Would I again travel an hour for subpar food and poor service? I'm sure their are better places.. this place lacked management.

Our Server (Morgan) was beyond Superb! Her customer service is out of this League!!!!!, extremely friendly, respectful, courteous and informative ,to say the least . This was our very first time and this was the best experience my wife and I have ever had compared to all the Hundreds of restaurants we've been to. The Tour with Morgan and the customer service she gave us has bought us as loyal customers and for that we will bring our family and friends with us on our next visit. So, so delicious! Our server, Kamren was the BEST!! It was our first time here and she was so patient and helpful with us. The food was absolutely amazing! We are visiting from Iowa and will be back again before we leave next week. And we’re already planning on coming back when we are here over Christmas break!

Went here with my husband for our first time experience in Ocala. I'm a vet when it comes to Korean food, and have gone about many times in other cities. This was my husband's maiden voyage. This was the worst Koren BBQ experience, and only bad I've ever experienced to be honest. My husband was shocked at something I normally rave about. Biggest issue is your cooking on an an electric grill. I've only ever seen gas grills. Our food would burn on one side and be uncooked on the other. This absolutely didn't work for any veggies. The waiter was very friendly, tall dark haired guy. Tons of options.....but buffet style, definitely takes away from the traditional methods. Also missing so many of the side dishes your normally accustomed to when you dine in or take out for quality REAL Koren BBQ. I feel like they have cut corners from traditional Korean BBQ just to satiate a culture that has become accustomed to dining at McDonald's regularly, and it falls noticeably sort. Mind you the prices reflect none of this. Very pricey for an inauthentic experience. The food did seem fresh though. I gave 2 stars bc I will return, without my husband to try the soup they offer. I hope it's way better than the BBQ. I so want to like something about this place since ocala is slim on food varieties and cultures. The BBQs are not supposed to cook like that! Bring in gas cookers PLEASE! This is a huge case of copying Korean cuisine, then changing so much about it, for what reason I can't really say. Sad face.

It was our first time but sadly our waiter didn’t explain too much of how we should do it. I think that for people that is their first time they should really help them out with every detail. We where a party of 11 so attention is needed. It was a good new experience but it could be better

What is the big deal with allowing someone to get in line over the phone? Nearly every restaurant does that. But Kpot would preffer to make thier customers wait for 30 min in front of the restaurant instead because it's too hard to put someone in line over the phone.

Came here for the first time with my mom and aunt. I didn’t understand anything but Izzy literally walked me through everything. She gave me ideas on what sauces and seasonings to use. Walked us through the meats and where to find everything. Will definitely be back! Izzy is very welcoming and helpful.
