Meh. Not a bakery! Very limited choices and nothing stood out as great. Average at best.

Absolute perfection. The owners are super friendly and the gelato is best in Ocala.

I'm Seriously addicted to pastries ...it's in my DNA 😂 I'm French Canadian and dutch so I was on the hunt for a small shop that had mainly cakes and pastries I came across this shop and it looked so quaint and the desserts looked soo good , I'm originally from upstate NY we have A lot of Italians and I've had so many desserts so I've got a very experienced palette 😆 with that said this chef has nailed it ! I chose the lemon cream cake and had a sample of the blueberry gelato OH MY HEAVENS ... ABSOLUTELY DECADENT DELICIOUSNESS! My husband always I mean always scrapes off the frosting because it's too sweet but I was ASTONISHED to see no one bit of that cake slice was left 😲 I'm not exaggerating GO TRY THIS SHOP!💕 THANK YOU, for such a tastebud trip!

We had the guava, lemoncello, and grapefruit Gelato. They were all delicious and of course we had to take home the delicious cakes. Ricotta cheesecake, toasted almost cream, lemoncello cream and some sfogliatella. Everything is delicious and fresh. You can't go wrong with anything you get in there.

My 88 year old mom is an italian new Yorker. I saw the shop was open on a Sunday. I picked her up a Napoleon, her favorite. She still raves about it being the best she has ever had!

Ordered cannolis and lobster tails for a party and they were a hit! So fresh and delicious! Definitely will buy again.

While we were traveling to Atlanta, we wanted to find a good coffee and European pastries. LaDolce Vita came out as closest to our route. I am so glad we stopped. Welcoming stuff, fresh pastries, and coffee were made just right as it should be. Highly recommended. If we are in the area again, we'll be back for sure.

$17 dollars for mediocre ice cream. First time to this icecream shop and was very disappointed. I ordered a large chocolate Gelato and a piece of peanut butter cake. I was not given a spoon for my gelato and if I didn't have a fork in the car it might not have made it home on the hour drive.

We kept hearing about this gem of a place from friends and family. We finally got a chance to get over to try them out and boy were we glad we did. The Gelato was so fresh and flavorful and the pastries were on point! Super friendly owners that made you feel like you were amongst family. We will definitely be back and will spread the word!

Family owned and operated. The husband is a flavor genius. Made from scratch with love and care in each bite of anything!

Below average taste of desserts, both pastries and gelato. Portions are also very small for the price you pay. The large size gelato is a kids size in other ice cream parlors. Overall I found this place to be overpriced and not really worth it.

TASTY! Must Try!!! Discovered this amazing place which serves tasty homemade pastries, cakes, gelato and exquisite coffee. Felt I was in a little cafe in Europe. We had pastry the way the French make it, Italian gelato that melts in your mouth, even the cheesecake was a delight. Coffee aroma fills the room Service was friendly, atmosphere relaxing. What a hidden gem! A must try 👌!

The guava gelato was delightfully delicious. That was my favorite!

They have Hand made Gelato. They are so veto nice and want you try things and have a nice experience.. so I tried so many kinds. They have fabulous looking cakes and pastry. I will be back for seasonal flavors.!!

Sherbet is excellent and the deserts were acceptable. A bit pricey. They charge extra for a sugar cone. $14 or so for a small cone and a desert plus they have a tip jar by the cc machine and the owner serves you. Tacky.

Delicious gelato such great flavors and homemade you can’t go wrong. The owners are also always there and they are very nice and will let you try any flavor you want. Highly recommend!

I wanted an Italian pistachio ice cream, we bought 3 ice creams, two pistachio and one vanilla, the vanilla one was very sweet, but the pistachio one doesn't taste like anything, it's a flavor that I don't recognize.

I definitely will be coming back. Not only do they use fresh made daily gelato, but their coffee is on point.. They use Lavazza. Family owned and operated in Jasmine square

This place is AMAZING! They are so friendly! The gelato and pastries are the best around! I personally recommend the canoli and extra dark chocolate gelato. My family loved the tiramisu cake, tiramisu gelato, and toasted marshmellow gelato. I can't wait to try the carrot persuasion cake and lobster tails we got to go. We will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough great things about this amazing desert place on 200 in Jasmine Plaza! We've been twice and have really enjoyed their flavorful Gelato and deserts! Everything is homemade by a local family. Nice selection of gelato flavors that change often, and that's not even talking about their desert case with pies, cookies and other tasties that you will love! Now that we've discovered it, La Dolce is now our favorite desert place and we will return often! I highly recommend that you come in and sample for yourself!

Everything here is homemade with fresh, organic ingredients and you can taste the difference! There are so many different kinds of cakes to choose from. We got the Lemoncello Mascarpone Slice, Cassata Slice, and Basque Cheesecake. The Lemoncello Mascarpone Slice is so delicious! The vanilla cake is soft and moist! The limoncello mascarpone is delectable! The gelato flavors are very unique and you can taste the freshness of the fruit. We tried the Pink Grapefruit, Guava, and Wild Berries. So good! The owners are very nice and kind people.

Family owned business that makes fresh Gelato and pastries. My girlfriend and I frequently come here to try out their new flavors. So far our favorites have been buttered popcorn (surprisingly good), grapefruit, and cookies & salted caramel! The owners are friendly and it is priced fairly.

Freshly made Gelato. All flavors taste great. Very Friendly family owned. Nice seating area. If concerned about consumption of sugar this is made with less than ice cream. May they prosper for years to come.

If there was a 10 I would give it. It’s timer they were very friendly great atmosphere. Most important the deserts were amazing. I was trying to find tiramisu 4 my sisters birthday. Theirs is total heaven in your mouth. They put together a variety of pastries 4 everyone 2 enjoy. Cannolis, napoleons, rainbow cookies, cream horns. NOthing was left… everyone was amazed at how fresh everything tasted. No more P the other place 4 my deserts. Thank you La Dolce 4 making the party & oh yes me a success.

This is a MUST. La Dolce Vita makes amazing gelato all IN HOUSE! The owners are extremely nice and helpful, they’ll gladly give you samples and explain the flavors (get the super dark chocolate) This family run business should be your next stop for coffee or dessert any time of day.

Absolutely fantastic! We stopped for a treat on our drive home to Dallas, TX and are so delighted we did. We tried several things...all delicious! My husband even bought an entire Toasted Almond Cream Cake to take home. (Yes, we travel with a mini fridge) Definitely worth the detour if you're anywhere close!!

No joke, some of the best gelato and baked goods I have had. Made by a super nice couple who know what they are doing and uses real fresh ingredients. Had a hard time choosing so got a bit of everything and nothing disappointed. Will go back many times.

Vibrant flavors, real European ingredients

I took my wife here as a surprise for her birthday last weekend, and everything was so good! We ordered a napoleon, rainbow cookies, and slices of the lemoncello, ricotta cheesecake, and peanut butter explosion. We both loved everything and will definitely be coming back!
