They do one thing very well...make a monster sub that can feed the hungriest person you know! They are fast and good quality for what you pay.

This place was an experience. The food was really good but really it's the experience you're here for. Also I had them put sweet peppers on half and hot on the other because I could decide. I still can't the peppers were off the chart amazing.

I hadn't been here in a long time and I'm glad my boss had chosen this place to go and eat. Got an Italian and it was delicious. Great presentation and great taste. The regular sized sandwich feels like a large, to be honest. Highly recommend.

This sub place is awesome! Friendly staff and great food! They were able to help me with my order. I am allergic to sodium nitrate (used to cure meats). They went above and beyond by sending me photos of the packaging of the meats that they use! I highly recommend this place!

Was top !! So freshhh !! Only thing was the guy adding the produce was a little rude and impatient when i asked what special sauces or vinaigrettes for the hoagie sub… was my first time so wasnt sure if there were sauces to add etc… lol

Excellent hoagie! I am from North Carolina, where the best hoagies/subs come from the deli. I am a pregnant momma with a super sensitive tummy, highly nauseous, and this place met my needs! Super large hoagie for a SMALL Turkey! Excellent meat! I think they knew I was from out of state and instantly explained kindly how to order! My son, a super picky eater, ate all of his round ham hoagie without any complaints! The favorite part is how they wrap 3 slices of meat around all the ingredients at the end!!! It makes the hoagie hold better and presentation significantly better than any other way I have seen for a hoagie! All around, great experience!!!

We decided to try a hoagie for the first time and are sooo glad we did! They are absolutely delicious and very filling! It was crazy to watch the meat go flying through the air and land they think on the bread hahaha! That takes some mad skills! All the workers there were really nice! If you haven't eaten LaSpada's, you need to. The way they make your sandwich is entertaining. We split the " Monster" with all the toppings, honey mustard, and mayo. You may be surprised when they toss your freshly cut, paper thin tender, melt in your mouth cold cuts through the air, and catch it on the freshly baked bread. We travel a lot, and we go out of our way to go here every time we are even close to Lauderdale. It's one of the best sandwiches anywhere, ever!

We walked across the street from the Holiday Inn Express and found this gem. Fantastic Italian Hoagie!! Generous portion was enough for us to share. Tasty private label fountain drinks. Try the Birch Beer. Fresh sandwich made quickly by a friendly staff.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a sandwhich with tomato and dressing on the side and I had my delivery driver confirm this request and they made it wrong and would not remake the order. When I called the store to request for the sandwich to be remade they told me “no because they will lose money on that sandwich”. Well now they lose money on all future business from me! Absolutely terrible customer service.

These people take their Hoagies seriously! Upon entering you are greeted by very friendly staff who are in an assembly line to make for you the best hoagie according to your preferences. All meats are sliced on the spot and they don't skimp on the portions. The bread is soft and delicious, and very importantly, substantial enough to hold up to all the fillings without turning into a soggy mess. Took ours to go, but there is some seating inside. These people are 100% about making sure you get what you want and making the tastiest hoagies ever.

I’ve been coming to this location for many many years. It is such a family favorite that I actually get theee on my way to the airport to fly home for hubby and kids. This visit was a disappointment. The quality seems to have really suffered. The large sub bread Is now different and definitely smaller, harder, and thinner. The meat quality was not the same as well. I asked if they switched their baking vendors and she did say yes they just recently did. Somehow they need to find their way back to what made the sub the very best.

Very disappointed in this store in particular, they dont care to make your sandwich right. Ive been eating laspadas for decades, this store ruined that 3 times now messed up sandwich, this last one was the absolute worst, it was soggy and not what i ordered. WONT BE BACK.

A lot of people rant and Rave about this place I have been here before they say it's the best if it was the best maybe I would come here more often so that's all subjective in your mind however I will say that there is a very hard-working team there especially during lunch hour and that day hustle and bustle as best they can and the sub was good the bread was mediocre I would like more choices than plain white bread. But I don't know if I would go out of my way to eat here since it's not in my way to speak of am I too critical maybe maybe not but it's My Prerogative isn't it?

We really miss Laspads’s after moving away from FLL 6 years ago. They do make the very best sub sandwiches anywhere. We have lived in 5 different states and I used to travel for business 11 months out of the year across the US, the US Virgin Islands and Canada. I have never encountered a better (or even an equivalent) sub sandwich. It is tempting to travel the 778 miles (11 hours and 17 minutes) to savor one of their Italian subs again. If you live closer, definitely treat yourself. Do be forewarned… they are addictive!

Placed a large order for subs x 5., so this order was $$. I asked specifically that the condiments and tomatoes be placed on the side as I would be traveling AND I DID NOT WANT soggy sandwiches… and of course, they did not. Shop too busy to wait., so ended up throwing out 1/2 the order as the sandwiches were sooo soggy that they fell apart when we did eat. Waste of money!!

A true culinary delight! The flying meats must descend from heaven itself as the sandwich it lands upon is a glorious creation. The sweet and hot peppers are also a must. Highly recommend!

Omg where do I start so the bread was so soft like really soft and the meat is sliced right in front of you. If I could give them a 10 star they will definitely get it. The staff was friendly. This is a clean , fresh, calm atmosphere to have a delicious lunch at.

2023: Thought we'd get something to take to the airport before boarding our flight. For us, not a very good sub. The bread and what seem to us tasteless meat. Instead we sat at an airport bar and had something else to eat.

I love laspadas! great sandwich. You have to try if you have never been there! My only complaint is I wish they wood thinly slice the onions, that wood fit the sandwiches better!

I stopped in for lunch today and got probably the best sandwich I've ever had. Tons of meat, delicious veggies and fresh bread. The line moved quickly as the team worked efficiently. The guy slicing the meat threw it down the line and the person making my sub caught it! I was amazed! I picked voodoo potato chips out of the huge selection and tried a cup of their tuna, which was better than I can make myself at home. I think it was the manager who was helping a customer place a huge order for New Year's Eve. He seemed really knowledgeable and when he was done taking this giant order for dozens of sandwiches, he seemed to help the the whole operation rolling by bouncing from helping a new guy, to expediting orders, to greeting customers. The whole system was really impressive. Last but definitely not least, I got a fountain drink and they had a bunch of cool sodas: birch beer, strawberry, lemon lime, and orange cream were the ones I remember, but there were a bunch more. I had birch beer and it was awesome, and then I got a refill and mixed orange and strawberry. Pretty cool compliment to the best sub ever. I asked the guy wiping the tables down about their soda and he said that they're from a local small business, which also makes their lemonade and fruit punch. It's great to see small businesses supporting each other. The guy also let me know they have teas and gatorade and coke products in their fridge, for those who like something more familiar. Overall, I couldn't be more impressed with the food, service, and general experience, and now I have a favorite new lunch spot!

It's a very unique sub shop. I was on my way out of town but made it a point to stop there for the monster sub. There was a waiting line literally out the door, but it was worth the wait. The subs are pretty phenomenal. I forgot to get the sweet peppers, so I actually drove back there a half hour later, and they accommodated me with a small container to go for free. The service was great! It's like watching a show while they're preparing the subs. And one sub is big enough for 2 entire meals.

Highly disappointed they stepped away from Coke and went with an off brand distasteful soda solution. All of the local owned restaurants in broward seem to be succumbing to this as a solution and still charging a premium for it. Big let down.

Love this place. They get you in and out. Cut the meat and cheese to order, fresh vegetables. I can't believe that l forgot to take a picture of my amazing sub. I think that they called it the stallion. Delicious. I recommend anyone in the area get a sub here. They are super nice as well. You won't be disappointed!

Hidden gem sandwich shop on the back side of the shopping plaza. The line was at the door when I arrived. Service is slow but they are very precise and methodical about making your sandwich the way you want it. The shop had 1or 2 female patrons but it was primarily working men enjoying a good sandwich and chips for lunch. I was so undecided about the sandwich I wanted but I ultimately chose the meatball sub and although I know I can only eat 1/4 of any sub at a time, I ordered the large. Only $13 for the large and a better deal for the money. Unfortunately the person helping me didn't ask any questions about how I wanted it, but she quickly found out I wanted mayo and pickles in addition to just meatballs and marinara. The meatballs are huge; the marinara was okay but not the best I've had on a meatball sub. Very thick and full of chucks of tomato. Taste was more commercial than homemade. The meatballs themselves were well seasoned, uniformly shaped and extremely large and tasteful. I saw the chicken salad platter being made while standing in line but was quite disappointed when my tuna platter was handed to me. The only options are iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers; boring for a salad.

I’m going to report this please to the health department. I don’t understand how people could eat and rate this dirty place 5 stars. The guy had dirty hands and the wet rag to clean the machine fell on the floor and he picked it up and “cleaned” the machine with his dirty gloves and didn’t change. Bunch of dirty people preparing your food. Never again and this place needs inspection ASAP

This is THE best Laspadas! The bread, the freshness of the veggies and the meat, SO GOOD! I have been to another and you can taste the difference. Maybe they just don't get the traffic this one does and had things sitting longer, but the food here is always fresh. Always the monster for me!

Have been coming here since I was a kid. My mom used to take us here when we lived down the street, and now I take my kid. If that doesn't say something about the quality of food and consistency. Employees have always been amazing and great attitudes. They will throw the meat across the room on to a sub it's a show and lunch! Love this place but not sure what happened this time. Some kind of topping shortage. Ordered threw a delivery app. Monster with everything. I didnt get any pickles, oil n vinegar, no extra mayo and recieved like 1 hot pepper and 1 sweet pepper per half. Ridiculous. Definitely isnt the same!

placed an order over phone. I said it 3 times and had them repeat it to me. got home and order was all wrong! Better watch them make your order rather than ordering on line or over the phone. Staff was rude when I went back to have them correct their error. (Fort Lauderdale Location)

I ordered a basic small turkey sub with American cheese, mayonnaise and onions and tomatoes. I’m not sure why it was so good but it was great subways must not be real food because if you order the same thing at subways, it doesn’t taste like it’s food at all compared to this. I guess subways food is all processed and shipped in from a warehouse location and this food is all fresh. It is absolutely delicious. Go check it out. Enjoy it.

I am born and raised here and I can confidently say that Laspada’s is a staple of South Florida. The staff are so fun, and they always put on a performance by throwing the sandwich components to each other and always making the perfect catch. I recommend the monster for any newcomers, and the local secret is to ask for Voodoo chips crushed on top, they layer them in your sandwich and it adds fantastic texture. Enjoy!
