Great burger place in Cape Coral. The patties are homemade and you can taste it.

Stopped by this new place in the Edison Mall.Very friendly people.I had the loaded tots .They were good.

We decided to eat here based up reviews and looking up something in the area for lunch. We are so happy we ended up here, delicious burgers and we can’t wait to recommend it to others!

The week before last I was in the mood for a delicious “Lehne’s burger, but I found out the hard way that they were closed due to some renovations. But last Friday we popped in before our movie date-nite, and as usual I was delighted with my visit. 👍🏽🙌🏽🍔😀

Food (burger) and service (I think Jenny) was top and to our surprise in German, also cool in the USA, although we learned that Cape Coral is almost in German hands 😂. The card for kids and the lolly were also well received, so a clear recommendation.

The expectations were high, very high in fact: That's why, unfortunately, overrated burgers... yes, they're good, but not anymore, which is a shame. The quality of the fries is at best average, unfortunately very salty, it's beyond a matter of taste, so it's a shame again. The operation didn't come out of the kink and therefore a critical 2 out of 5 points...the performance of Lehne, compared to 2016, 2018 and 2023, has decreased significantly, which is a real shame.

Not the best burger in town — one of the best burgers I’ve ever had anywhere. We came on CRAZINESS Tuesday for the weekly special, with a group of 9, including 4 very hungry kids. The service was super friendly and quickly rearranged the tables so we could all sit together at one large table. The build-your-own burger system is brilliant and very well organized. I ordered a double beef burger and initially wanted the meat cooked medium-rare. Shortly after placing the order, the chef came over to clarify what medium-rare means at Lehne Burger. I decided to switch to medium instead… and what can I say? It was perfect! The meat, the bun — everything was delicious! We all got our food at almost the same time, and the service was consistently prompt. After the meal, they even gave us takeout boxes for the leftovers, and our kids got a small candy treat. Thank you for a great meal. We’ll definitely be back!

A very nice spot to get customised Burgers! Take the chips as a side! These are delicious. And be aware of the hot sauce (only over the age of 21), it is really 🔥🥵! The owner is a really nice guy (the Germans will recognise him of a TV show). So, if you are in Cape Coral take give it a try! You will love it.

This was my first time ordering from Lehne. I ordered a "Make my own burger" and it was made to perfection. Great temp, all the ingredients, exactly how I ordered it. When I picked up my order, the staff was very nice and welcoming. I will definitely be back. I dont' have a photo because I ate the entire burger before thinking about taking a photo.

i like how you can order your customizable burger with the check box options but the burger itself wasn't very good, and the pickles had a strange aftertaste as did the water. the only thing i liked was the fries and the milkshake i got. i wouldn't come here again or recommend it, but also i don't live in this area . also expensive, especially if u want anything extra. it was 90 dollars without tip for 4 burgers, and 3 milkshakes. the inside was okay, but was off put by how many tvs there were. why is there a TV for each booth? unnecessary and too bright in your face while you are trying to eat

If you're looking for a perfect burger or a perfect milkshake, then you've come to the right place. All of the food is delicious, the service is extremely friendly, quick, courteous and helpful. We were traveling with 8 people and often ate out. There was nowhere better. The owner Mike and his mother are wonderfully warm people. Our kids couldn't tear themselves away. Simply great!

A co-worker and I tried this place today and we WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED. Hot fresh Burgers made to order, well worth the experience. a co-worker had a well-done burger with fries and beer cheese dip, I had a rare burger with blue cheese on a bed of greens no bread, and sweet potato fries with beer cheese to dip them in.. It was perfect... I cannot wait to try something else next time. The wait staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you get a chance stop in and get a burger.

This place was amazing. Small burger joint we've always passed and decided to give them a go. Everything is cooked to order. We got cheese curds and chicken wings. My daughter devoured her wings and so did we. Cheese curds were very yummy. Our burgers were absolutely delicious. They had 3 people in the restaurant servicing and cooking. All the burgers were cooked correctly and amazing. All the sauces were also amazing and home made. And those onion rings were worth the price of admission(4.99 as side to the burger)Alittle pricy but all in all worth the visit. Will definitely be back. Hope you give them a try

We have been to Cape Coral 7 times and this is the first time at Lehne Burger. The service was great and the burgers too! The opportunity to put together your own burger from different ingredients is really great and we will definitely come back!

The restaurant concept of build-your-own is genius and it makes for a fun experience for my family each time. Servers are friendly and remember you, food is FRESH, unlimited toppings and options leaves your burger/sandwich to the limits of your imagination!

We don't normally write reviews because we've largely agreed with the content so far. Of course there are exceptions to this rule. ... is a very tastefully decorated burger restaurant. We visited because of the many positive reviews and were here for the first time, but we have been to a number of US burger restaurants over the years. We as a couple went for dinner with our 3 year old daughter. The usual US hospitality was missing. Our daughter was also ignored, which is otherwise absolutely normal (art supplies, attention, extra plates, etc.) Our first waitress didn't explain the concept (burgers on a "configure" menu) to us, which is a great thing to know about. Which is a great thing to know about. Unfortunately, she couldn't answer simple questions about drinks and, for example, the burger bun. We were then served by a German employee who was very taciturn and conveyed anything but a welcome. But the most important thing, THE BURGERS: After so many visits to the USA, primarily to SW Florida, I would like to say that you only get a basic burger here. No matter where I start, I wouldn't be able to find positive words. ...the meat of both burgers wasn't done correctly, it tasted and smelled burnt, and the sweet potato fries were soggy. The payment process, which does not take place at the table, was simply rude, despite the fact that cash payment was requested (sign at the entrance with “Cash preferred”). The regular fries were good, I would recommend the milkshake to emphasize the positive side of the restaurant. In summary, we can say that we cannot understand the many positive recessions and we would like to advise good alternatives in the immediate area.

Lehne Burger stands out clearly from all other burger shops. The burgers can be put together completely individually and the quality is excellent. Service was also super good. Price-performance ratio is excellent.

Great tasting burgers with a ton of sauce choices. One of the best here on the cape. Fresh, perfectly cooked, and great sides. The service, although pretty busy, was top notch. I would highly recommend passing the McDonald's nextdoor and spend your time and money here!!

I had lunch this past weekend at Lehne Burger. I have also eaten there in the past. The food at Lehne Burger is fresh and tastes good. The burgers are customizable with many pattie selections including Angus beef, a veggie burger, and a vegan burger. They have several bun options available including a gluten-free bun. You also have your choice of many toppings, sauces/condiments, and sides. The service is friendly and if you eat here, you are supporting a family owned business. I don't eat dairy, but others in my party said the milkshakes were absolutely delicious.

🍔Burger was great. Individual compilation was great. 🍟French fries a bit salty but delicious. You could happily do without the plastic in the sauces.

I had great food at the Bonita location and was excited to take my boyfriend to try it in Cape. I wish I could comment on how this location was but after standing at the “please wait to be seated” sign for over 5 minutes without a single employee acknowledging our presence (even the one who walked right by us twice to go outside), we left. Very disappointed

This was our first time dining here, we were recommended by a friend. The food was okay, they were busy so the service was slow which is understandable. However, the gentlemen that was cooking was incredibly rude to customers. We were asked to wait a few minutes by a server while she cleaned a table and another party walked in and walked right to the table to sit down. My wife put her hand up and said we were waiting. The gentlemen didn’t know, but instead of saying “oh I didn’t see you” or “I didn’t know you were waiting” he turned to.l a coworker and said he was “barked” at. If you are working in an open kitchen, those kind of comments should probably be said where the customers can’t hear you. I feel like I want to like the food more but that experience will unfortunately not bring us back.

On our “road trip” through Florida and our way from Tampa to Miami, we were die-hard “Goodbye Germany!” The Emigrants” fans naturally feel the need to take a short detour to Lehne Burger. And what can we say🧐. It was really worth it: 1. huge respect for not giving up after all the blows in the neck and for always getting back up 👍💪 PS: it definitely wasn't easy, but it was really worth it ☝️ 2. our burgers were simply extremely tasty 😋. Everything was fresh and very well prepared. We really liked the concept and we haven't gotten to know it before 👏. The prices are also definitely justified for the quality and, in our opinion, very fair compared to other offers. 3. the service was very attentive, friendly and helpful ☺️ 4. we will definitely come back when we are in Florida 🫵. You have to try these burger 🍔 you build your own burgers here the way you want it so if you are ever in the area you have to try lehne burgers they are absolutely delicious 😋 my first time going and I highly recommend going hand down the best burger in town the person that waited on us was very helpful and very nice and friendly the place is very clean and you can't go wrong in ordering your food just ask the locals if you if don't won't take my word for it

One of the best burgers I have had. We went for the double, and it was hard getting it in my mouth. Next time we will get a single. Topping and hot sauce choices are off the charts. Beer and soft drinks only

This place is great. It's 'pure'....simple, basic yet something I could never begin to duplicate at home. The burger and fries were literally hot off the griddle and fryer (sizzling to the table). Diners can see into the busy kitchen. It's a bigger place than meets the eye from outside, and the decor (while a bit odd) does work even now. Still, the food is the hit of the show. I scarfed down the fries - all of them - before one bite of the (AMAZING) burger. And it was amazing. Last but not least: the bathroom was sparkling clean. A half hour before closing, so they managed to keep it spotless thru the whole night. That's huge. Heck yeah I'll be back! As often as possible so long as you keep up the great work!!!

Update March 2, 2024: Hurc Ian wrecked us. We are visiting FL 'til we can get back. We find ourselves with our family at Lehnes Burger today! Did a very nice building update while we were up North. Very nice! BUT, the most important thing is THEIR BURGERS STILL ROCK! Seven of us eating various things off the menu and EVERYONE loved it! Add to that Holly our server was spot on! Throw in Jenny (owner) and yikes! Yes I still Highly Recommend Lehne Burger. Good food abounds here! Update: Highly recommend Lehne. We are regulars here. These people and this place, their food (burgers and salads) rock!!! First time visit. Good friendly service and all of us loved our burgers, fish and salad choices!

Great burgers. Onion rings were a bit pricey over the fries(I believe it was an extra $4USD) and very few. I would say skip the onion rings and just stick with the fries.

We came there on a Thursday night and we had exactly what we wanted. No reservations and they had a table for u. We ordered a shake , and salad and 5 burgers. I recommend u go here if ur looking for a quick and easy midweek dinner. Really cute diner-type place, delish shakes and all for a very reasonable price.

Lehne Burger is awesome. Even if you just order a plain ol' cheeseburger, you're gonna like it, but they have a huge assortment of toppings to add, and you should absolutely try them. I personally recommend beer cheese instead of regular cheese, hash browns, garlic, and sauteed mushrooms. I got my toppings on the side last time I visited, but they normally just put them right on the burger. Their onion rings are also quite good. Just... try this place. Eat the food. You'll like it.

Burgers were excellent here. My wife thought they were better than a Ford’s Garage milkshakes also were made with a lot of care you could add almost everything you want to your burger by selecting it in the menu. Burgers were cooked to order and tasty.

My absolute Favorite spot to grab a burger and fries!

The burgers are excellent here but tonight we went for the wings which are 99cents each, but must be bought in groups of 6. The Buffalo, boom boom, and garlic parm were all 3 meaty, flavorful and excellent choices. That being said the pretzel appetizers stole the show and may go down as the best pretzels and best appetizers ever. Crunchy outside and soft inside these are a "have to" item if you visit. Never had a bad thing here but these are above and beyond...they say bites but these come 3 to an order and are huge sticks!
