Disappointing Experience at Los Perros in Miami Lakes My visit to Los Perros on a Saturday afternoon let me down. The burger was far from what I expected – soggy bread, and the patty tasted more like it had been boiled than grilled, with no crust or flavor. It felt like a frozen patty thrown together last minute. The restaurant's interior didn’t help either – it looks run-down, with TVs on the floor, some not even turned on, and the place needs cosmetic repairs. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful, but paying $20 for a sad burger and a Coke didn't feel worth it. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The service is too slow, I was waiting for my order for more than 30 minutes 👎👎

I've been coming here for 2yrs, the food is incredible and the service is excellent. I usually order the SuperPerro Reloaded or the 305Burger, both are to die for! And the bread here is sooo good and fresh! Today I tried something new being on the Carnivore diet, Diana suggested the chicharrones which were so tasty and fulfilling, I couldn't be more satisfied! Thank you Diana for the recommendation, another food item added to the must haves here!

Very generous portions did not leave hungry. Their home made sauces are fire. And their unique twist on burgers and dogs are amazing. And a shout out to our server Diana.

Los Perros is a popular Colombian restaurant located in Miami Lakes that offers a delicious selection of traditional Colombian dishes and unique creations. During my recent visit to the restaurant, I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from Jackie, one of the staff members. From the moment I walked in, Jackie greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided excellent recommendations based on my preferences. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable truly stood out. In addition to Jackie's exceptional service, the food at Los Perros was absolutely delicious. The arepas, empanadas, and bandeja paisa were all flavorful and authentically Colombian. The portions were generous, and the presentation was impressive. Overall, my experience at Los Perros, thanks in large part to Jackie's outstanding service, was fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy authentic Colombian cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be returning soon to try more of their delectable dishes.

Los Perros in Miami Lakes has quickly become one of my favorite spots! The food is out of this world every dish is packed with authentic flavors that remind me of home. You can tell a lot of love and care goes into the preparation. But what really made our visit stand out was our server, Jakie. She was amazing from start to finish! Jakie was not only super friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She gave us great recommendations, and her warm, genuine personality made the whole experience feel even more special. It's rare to find such great service these days, and Jakie truly made our night. If you're looking for a place with fantastic food and even better service, Los Perros is the spot. We’ll definitely be back

Its been a while since i ate here until yesterday that i ordered 2 burgers and came to realize now the fries are separate? 40$ for 2 burgers no fries? Insane

One of the best Los Perros location, me and my family used to go here but we moved so we started eating in the one close to the dolphin mall but the down graded super bad, the food was really really bad and then we decided to come back to this location and it was like heaven . The dogs are terrible: the cheapest simple sausage, bad regular bread. The salchipapas are literal fries with a few bits of sausage and that's it, the simplest and baddest thing, and by the way, $15 for that? Oh, my God! Bad bad bad!. 😖😫. Today, July 15, we ordered 1 hamburger without onion and it was the most placed. And it was what I recommended the most, apart from I ordered a quesadilla and it was really old, that puff pastry was not fresh. They have deteriorated the quality.

This place is a scam, I placed an order through Uber and I thought it was delivery, when I realized the mistake, I called to let them know that I was going to send another driver with another order and that I could take them to me since they were both in my name, already paid, They never answered the phone after that, I was calling from 11:25 until 12 am, they supposedly closed at 12, but they never answered my call, I lost my order!! I had to receive an order for double the money, I understand that I made a mistake when putting it for pick up but they could have helped me and they didn't want to!! Terrible, honestly I will never order here and I will recommend to everyone I know not to place their orders at this place

I went this Monday, Jhoana served me with excellent service, very good food, very grateful for why I kept the card and very formally she kept it for me until she returned for it and the food was excellent, I recommend the place and I give it a 10/10

Here we have the example of a place with little luxury with little comfort, it is a place that does not give good expectations, it really is not luxuries, but it has arepas from another world, a true flavor, the meat is very good, the pork rinds are excellent and Their sauces are very fresh, which is a great experience when eating good arepas.

I’m very disappointed with my order tonight because of the fact I only ordered a hot dog and corn to go. I was told it would be a 20-25 minute wait and ended up being an hour. This particular location was not as busy at this time for a Sunday night. I do not understand why it took so long to prepare a hot dog and corn? I’m very disappointed with the wait time, it was ridiculous for what I ordered. Once the food was ready I was told by the gentlemen in the front that they were packing the food, then 5 mins later they were packing it up. A total of 10 mins went by and my food was still being packed up?? I don’t understand. A whole hour to make me a hot dog and some corn then another 12-15 minutes to pack it up. I’m expecting my food to be hot.

Staff and ordering system take forever.

I’ve purchased here for some years now. Recently got a salchipapa, and it was really bad. The sausages looked all wrinkled and were dry, the fries were hard and chewy. Seemed like it was old.

The food is good but I think that the number of people who arrive requires quality service, only one waitress for all the tables and it is a mess when it comes to serving customers.

Great food and service. Very nice restaurant with great food and drinks. Great place for family settings, and we did not wait at all to be seated.

Horrible experience, was trying to order food and was completely ignored by the lady behind the register and she began to take someone else’s ordered while I was next in line honestly won’t ever come back.
