Best Mexican Restaurant in the area. Friendly servers and staff. Always good food and good service.

This has been our favorite Mexican food restaurant for many years. The cuisine is very close to what our parents would make. They were from the SE Texas area.

I think that if waitresses are going to be charging you for extras that YOU DID NOT ask then they should ask for a raise to the owner so they can eat. The thing is that when you actually check your bill and you let them know that they charge you for sauces that you did not ask or even told them that you did not need and have the audacity to tell you ‘hey I can give you your 75 cents back if you want me too sooorryyy’ is really sad. If they treat it as it is nothing then why do you even try to sneak that charge out from the customer in the first place, it is pathetic and embarrassing for this business. I did not want to complain in english inside because I understand that probably the owner needs those 75 cents that they try to sneak in to your bill. Please look at your bill before paying, it might be $1, $2 that they are overcharging for no reason but if they do it from every customer then they are profiting a few hundreds or more in a month. I don’t think they need to do that and I hope the owner reads this and starts paying their employees more so they get embarrassed in the future. Do not play people dumb on purpose, muertos de hambre.

Food, service, and margaritas were awesome. 5 🌟 $$. Meal for two with margaritas around $50. You pay for chips and salsa, I would skip, but the salsa was hot and very good. 5 🌟 $$

As always impeccably done. The Best and most Authentic Mexican Cuisine in Naples. And trust me there are a lot of them but this is "The One". My food was so good I had no time for a picture. Lol I will do better next time

Although the food is good, These people nickel and dime you for everything I have never been to a Mexican restaurant that does not offer free chips and salsa debit card. Extremely expensive and overpriced me and my husband went and spent $100 and we didn’t even drink alcohol. I ordered tacos and they didn’t even ask if I wanted corn or flour tacos they just brought whatever I would much rather go to Mi Ranchito restaurant that’s down the street. The only reason I came here was because Mi Ranchito is closed on Sundays.

Very good food. Rice and beans were tasty and the pork steak was nicely cooked. Sweet tea was off the chain

I'm starting to not like the restaurants that charge you a credit card fee like this place.. credit cards are for someone that needs them is not a luxury so why punish them .. also people carry less money in their pocket just in case something goes wrong and they just simply use their credit card.I'm sorry you guys only made 250k this year instead of 255k

Whenever I travel to Immokalee the go to grub spot is always Lozanos. Great food, great service, always polite and willing to accommodate the customers. Fastest food delivery I have ever had at a Mexican restaurant. If you are in that area you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't pop in for a meal!!

Enjoying a little with the family, everything was good, the food there was on point, just one observation: they should be more attentive when they assign you to the waitress....we were waiting for about 10 minutes so they could take our order.

horrible customer service!!! :( they are charging if asked for another place if you have children you have to buy a separate player if not they are going to charge for sharing with you kids !!! that's the only restaurant that I see doing this !!! the service is It's terrible, they charge you for the tip and the waitress comes whenever she wants. If she has children, she can't make them share a plate between the children. She wants them to buy her an order each...

Terrible service so that they tell you to sit wherever you want when you arrive and then the waitress lifts you up from where you decided IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT AFTER YOU ARE SITTING IN A RESTAURANT FOR THE TIME (4pm) EMPTY THE WAITRESS PERSISTENTLY ASKS YOU TO SEAT YOU IN A TABLE INSTEAD OF 6 MAKES IT 4 HOW RIDICULOUS

This review is for service before we even order anything. We visit this place very often, at the entrance this lady tells you …”Welcome,…sit at any place you would like”, so because of the time (4:00 pm) the place was completely empty so my husband and I took a six chairs table in front of the TV we wanted to watch and a couple of minutes later we had a waitress that aproached us and said we had to move because that was a table for six…even with an empty restsursnt… they will not let the customers sit anywhere they want (like the door lady said as she welcomes the customers)..shame on them, “they lost these customers”, we told her that ee were there 5 days ago and nobody told us we couldn’t sit there at the same table and I told my husband we should leave, she made us feel bad, there were no customers!! empty place and had to move us…we stood up to go and she said nothing, she looked around and let us go…shame on the supervisors that may see what happens and don’t fix it. You lost an upset customer today and you will keep on loosing us…learn to improvise and change to accommodate your customers…remember…they feed you!!

Beautiful, excellent food, like a return to Mexico visited many years ago. Very friendly welcome and efficient service. Warm and friendly atmosphere. I will come back if I pass by there. THANKS

I want to start by saying no free chips and salsa. I thought that was a staple of every Mexican restaurant. When the food comes out, it’s cold and you couldn’t even locate the meat that was supposed to be on the Texas fajitas nachos.

The restaurant has a lot of seating, and is very clean. They have really good food and fast service. The carnitas plate and fajita bowl are awesome.

We were a group of 30 and they were very efficient in taking orders and getting food out. The fajita taco salad was fantastic. The beef was tender and full of flavor. Also loved the flour tortilla chips (instead of corn chips).

Enchiladas and crunchy tacos were very good. Rice and beans also very good. Fajita tacos were disappointing, good flavor on veggies but the chicken was dry and not very good.

We just stopped (first time)and we really enjoyed. Smiley faces, relax atmosphere, good service and great food. What else do you need. And yes, clean!

I had the extra cheesy chicken burrito. It was covered in sauce which was great! The way they cooked the chicken, onions and all the flavors made for a great meal. You get a good sized portion for your money top. I will be back without a doubt

I've heard some great things about this place, so I decided to visit. Thanks to Dan and Rhonda. The staff is friendly. The interior is full of wonderful decorations. The food is authentic and delicious. Our breakfast was cook to perfection. Lozano's is that place you want to visit. It reminds me a popular little restaurant in Los Angeles.

Can't say much about it. Ordered the guacamole and it was bad. It had already started turning brown and the chips were hard and cold. We left. Figured if they messed that up we should go somewhere else. Good atmosphere and ok service.

I took my debate team here to breakfast and this is the best restaurant ever. I had the Barbacoa breakfast tacos and the eggs Mexicana tacos. The girls had breakfast sandwiches and pancakes and they were great. Highly recommend and ask for tge spicy salsa!

Stopped by with a group of 6. Very attentive and friendly staff. Our waitress knew the menu very well. We started off with the guacamole app. In order of the pictures is the #35 Fajita Tampiquena, #12 southwest chicken quesadilla, #41 burger with fries, grilled shrimp plate, a wet burrito and #33 Carne guisada. The guac was very good and made fresh. The steak and peppers with the fajitas were cooked to perfection. The rice and beans are made with love! The carne guisada melted in your mouth. The star dishes of the night were the grilled shrimp and the burger. The only reason for the 4/5 stars was because some of the dishes seemed to have a little too much salt. Would highly recommend this location.

El lugar es muy acogedor, buena atención y la comida muy buena.

La comida muy buena el servicio realmente malo 7 meseras para 6 mesas y nunca pasan a prefuntar si hace falta algo, adicional pedi dos cosas y la una no me la pasaron y la otra me la pasaron cua do mi comida ya estaba fria. Meseras mas preocupadas en conversar entre ellas que en dar servicio y es una lastima por que el sabor de la comida es muy bueno pero la experiencia se daña cuando te arienden tan mal.

I checked out the reviews online and decided to try this, it was so disappointing. Food was bland, nothing spectacular here just keep passing through.

Me and my wife love it here. We come at least once or twice a week to this place. And thats cause we live an hour away. Great mexican food and great service friendly staff. I recomend this place to anybody that loves real mexican food.

Wow!! I had the shrimp and beef fajita. It was 😋😋😋. I was there for a work lunch so I will have to come back for 3 dollar margaritas on Wednesday. Saw a sign advertising mango margaritas so I will definitely be back

The carne asada burritos with beans have too much green and red chili, and the beans have a lot of water and they wet the tortilla very quickly

Mediocre food for high prices. No free chips and salsa???

Ordered house margarita during happy hour for $2 and, and got charged $8 for a slightly larger drink they chose to bring out instead. Upon bringing it up, they blamed me/us as customers not specifying we wanted happy hour margarita. Upon paying, they tried to double-dip tip, 18% automatic gratuity, with then 18-22% tip options after swiping the card. So not only did they overcharge our party $24 for assuming the wrong thing - but then tried to get our total to be $61 higher than if we would have gotten happy hour margaritas INCLUDING 18% gratuity. It just seemed like a way to make more tip on a higher bill while putting the blame on us for thinking we ordered a differently sized margarita on happy hour. They would rather have us leave feeling scammed than to just correct the mistake, and didn’t offer to remedy anything. Food, serving size and atmosphere: 4/5. Service: -1/5.

Our waitress was very rude. She made several mistakes to our order, and she was upset when we told her. They automatically add 18% gratuity to the bill. I think that the reason why their service has gone down. I was bringing family and friends to the restaurant. Not mote.

Ordered fajita tacos with cilantro and onion. The fajita is cut too big so when you bite into it the whole big piece of fajita comes out. I think the fajita should be cut smaller. I asked for salsa for the tacos and was charged extra 😳 usually Mexican restaurants give out red or green salsa with the tacos and not charge extra. Anyway I feel like it’s more Texmex food rather than authentic Mexican food.

It didn't met our expectations. This is not a Mexican restaurant, this is a Tex-mex one. The food isn't bad, but it was simple and definitely not Mexican. You have to pay for the the chips and salsa that in every real Mexican restaurant is free. Since the food is not spicy at all, as the real mexican, we asked for hot sauce and at the end they charge us for it. In summary we didn't like it.

There reciept stuff is horrible...take ur tab up front and they charge u ..and if u have a question..they have no ideal

Plenty of tvs, great daily specials, fun atmosphere.

Our food was cold and the tacos one of my family members ordered was soaked in oil. Definitely over charged the chips and salsa. The service was great but the food definitely overpriced and wasn’t very good.

So delicious!!! If you want real authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go. I came all the way from Tampa Bay to eat here.
