Elegant Selection, Top-Notch Service. This watch store impressed me with its exquisite timepieces and professional staff. Vandan and Melissa, who assisted me during my visit, were incredibly knowledgeable about the brand and their collection. The watches themselves are breathtaking. If you're considering a Patek Philippe or Vacheron Constantin dress watch, I highly recommend an introduction to this independent horological genius of our lifetime, F.P. Journe.

My wife and I visited this Maison a few days ago and were absolutely blown away with the experience. As Canadians we were sad to not have access to FP Journe locations closer to home, so we decided to book an appointment and fly down to Miami to experience the brand in person. As a younger couple we don’t always get taken seriously which is often disappointing. But from the moment we arrived for our appointment our advisor Rocky was professional and looked to make our experience second to none. Rocky took the time to show us some of the exquisite timepieces at FP Journe. There is so much detail, art and innovative technology to appreciate in every piece the Maison has to offer. Rocky’s knowledge and passion for the watches was so valuable in helping customers like ourselves appreciate what goes behind every piece. Our experience at the Maison opened our eyes to the immense community that FP Journe has created. They fostered strong connections between many people from different walks of life with a shared passion. I have lots of reading and learning to do before my purchase. Visited the store today. Walked around the center display of watches a few times. Walked around the rest of the store for a while. The boutique is beautiful, watches amazing and it looks like it would be a great place to have a drink. Having been following the brand for a while, visiting this boutique has been on my list. There were a few employees sitting at the end of the bar. From the moment we walked into the store to the moment we left we were never acknowledged. No hello, how are you, welcome to the store. Nothing. Definitely didn’t feel welcomed…

Unfortunately this shop doesn’t answer their phone or emails. I would have liked to see if the brand was worthwhile but oh well.

Great showroom. Andrew is a great associate. Was detailed and took time to appreciate our company. Will be visiting back soon.

Amazing place, wonderful staffs (especially Kelsey) with many stunning timepieces! A must visit place if you’re within 100 miles radius! (Yes, I know less than a quarter mile east & you’re in the ocean! 😂)

Visited Bar Journe for a tequila cocktail mixer with friends. Beautiful watches, met some cool people, and the cocktails were wonderful.

I must say the FP Journe experience is among the best customer experiences. Pierre and Barbara totally took care of me and delivered my first special timepiece. I am looking forward to revisiting the boutique for the Aladdin Nights and Frunch events in late February. Great brand, great horology, beautiful watches....with great service.

Some of the best service I've gotten from a watch boutique. While none of the watches are for sale, with a multiyear wait, the staff treat you like a VIP while you are there. Cannot say enough good things about the experience, esp. thanks to Vasil and Isabella.

My fiancée and I had the absolute pleasure of visiting the F.P. Journe boutique in Miami today. This boutique is hands down the nicest designed boutique I've ever been to. The design and layout is incredible, a heaven for collectors. When you enter you are warmly welcomed by staff and made to feel at home, like you are part of a club. We were graciously shown many of the different timepieces, and were left in amazement and excitement. The team are highly knowledgeable and true patrons of the brand, it was such a wonderful experience. We can't wait to come back again in the future!

The best fp journe boutique in the world .

I've been to a lot of watch boutiques over the years this FP Journe location in Miami takes the cake! It has a full bar, outdoor smoking lounge, a pinball machine, and most importantly beautiful watches for sale if you can get one! This place is a must visit for any true watch enthusiast while in Miami.

Wow. What a place. Had been eagerly awaiting to visit the place for months until my schedule permitted. Drove 5 hours from Tampa to the boutique. Received a warm welcome from Angelique and Greg. Had a very friendly informative conversation. Unfortunately, the pieces I wanted were not available. Hoping to drive back hopefully again this year to get my pieces. If not will wait until they come. The only drawback of the location is lack of good parking. Can't wait to go to their Geneva Museum some day and watch/try all pieces and hopefully get the watch from FPJ himself.

Probably the single greatest place for watch enthusiasts. Sell a kidney.

Having done multiple transactions with the store, I wanted to take the opportunity to highly recommend the brand and the store. As a mechanical engineer and a watch collector, I find F. P. Journe's timepieces to be highly innovative and of the highest quality. With every watch, Francois Paul seems to push the boundary when it comes to materials, movement design, finishing and/or overall aesthetics. Most importantly for me is the fact that for the watch industry, he has been able to solve problems that have not been solved for centuries, often inventing new movements that extend beyond the contributions of the greats like Breguet and Janvier. Beyond the greatness in engineering, F. P. Journe creates watches that are truly art pieces, distinct in style and often, conversation starters. I would highly recommend watch enthusiasts, collectors or even fans of fine art to indulge in understanding Journe. I promise you won't be disappointed in what you will learn. Working with the Miami store in particular has been a terrific experience for me. While I have not yet been able to visit the store because of the covid situation, Gregory from the store has managed to almost bring the store to my home! His passion for the timepieces comes through in every conversation and his responsiveness and guidance, makes the experience of buying a watch so much more pleasurable. Along with the brand, I highly recommend everyone to consider working with the Miami store and Gregory. For me it amplified the Journe experience and I hope it will for you too!

I reached out to the Miami Boutique for the first time last month to inquire about a few pieces. I received a quick reply from Gregory Lausch and have been in contact with him a few times a week via text ever since. He is a fantastic representative of a truly exceptional and important brand. He is knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the product. It's been a true pleasure to talk watches with Gregory. I am now completely hooked on FPJ and its culture!

Marvelous experience. I called the FP Journe Miami boutique a couple of months ago to better understand the brand and the masterpieces made by FP. Gregory picked up the phone and we hit it off immediately. Gregory was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Over the next couple of months Gregory likely received more than his share of calls and texts from me. He was always patient in explaining the pieces and giving his honest opinion which led to me establishing a relationship with the boutique. Thank you Gregory!!!

The Miami FP Journe Boutique is in a class of its own. I have purchased multiple watches from the staff at this boutique, and I can say without reservation, in over 15 years of collecting and enjoying horology across multiple brands, I have never had a better experience. I have worked with Greg and Isabella both and they are exceptional in every respect. Isabella, whom I have worked most closely with, is particularly responsive, caring, inspired, and passionate about both her customers and this brand. I cannot say enough good thing about her, Greg, and the entire staff in Miami. This isn't just a place to buy a watch. It is a place to start an intimate journey with a brand. And the watches! In my very humble but studied opinion there are no finer watches in the world than FP Journe. Just magnificent creations. We, as watch aficionados, should feel fortunate to have such amazing watches cared for and curated for us by such amazing staff.

Lately I needed to find a proper quartz watch suitable for work and decided that the ladies Élégante would be perfect for the job. Due to the shortage of FPJ watches, I reached out to the Miami boutique and was delighted to know they had the model I wanted in stock. Communication was quick, the transaction went smoothly and I had the watch at my home in Los Angeles the following day. Next, I desired a few new straps in various colors, which were also quickly delivered overnight. Owning an F.P. Journe watch is indeed special, but to be treated as a valued part of the family over the years has been the real reward. I felt that way the moment I contacted the Miami boutique, and though I have not yet met the staff I worked with in person (Gregory, Barbara, Isabella), I look forward to it in the near future!

I have purchased timepieces from several brands and from several boutiques and the F.P. Journe Miami boutique is the best. I’ve worked with both Gregory and Isabella and found them to be reliable, responsive and honest. Shopping here is truly a top notch experience and I recommend it highly.

What an incredible boutique. I can’t say enough about both the hospitality and the watches that I saw during my visit. I was taken aback by both. Gregory and Pierre are amazing and FP Journe is by far my favorite watchmaker. It was great to be able to see such incredible time pieces in person and develop a rapport with the brand. I can’t wait to visit them again.

Spectacular showcase of fine time pieces, amidst a bar filled with incredible rare spirits, and sophisticated events. Great setting at the Epic Hotel on the river. Really a unique place in the heart of Miami. Walk-ins and happy hour folks are welcome!
