Pizza was really good! Menu doesn't have a ton of choices but the build your own pizza option worked great. We'll be back!

I went twice the place is small but the pizza is So Good!!!

Ordered a taken out.. Ordered a Hawaiian pizza, NO PINEAPPLE WAS PUT ON... CALLED TO DISCUSS. TOLD THEM THE ISSUE, THEY PUT ME ON HOLD. 25 MINUTES LATER I HUNG UP.. CALLED BACK.. THEY HUNG UP ON ME.. CALLED AGAIN THEY YUNG UP.. OH WELL WON'T BE BACK TO AJY MARCO PIZZA LOCATIONS

I got a the works pizza & it was great ! I would have cooked a little longer , I like vegetables a little more crispy but it was great anyway ! I ordered a meatball bake and it was very good ! I don't really like tomato taste so , you could of gave left dome of the tomato sauce of! Everything was great , I'm just a little picky on my foods ! Have a great night and thanks !!

I used the app to order a “ promo “ 2 med pizzas with a free cheesey bread. I placed the order I clicked on the promo and as I was checking out I double checked the order and it showed every was correct on my receipt… pizza was delivered and it was wrong …one of the pizzas was wrong and my order was missing the free cheese bread … I called Marcos spoke with who I thought was the manager and she said order was correct on their end … not once did she even try to make it right .. she was defensive… I understand that some times apps and systems have glitches …but what gets me is they didn’t even try to make it right … I will not order from them again due to very poor customer service… this day in age there too many others to choose to from to have poor customer service…. Customer service means nothing to a lot of people…. That’s sad

We loved Marco's, but they no longer have the hot honey 😢 This needs to somehow be brought back!! Rename it and offer it again ASAP!! Pizza is still great, and the service st this location is always excellent.

If I could give zero stars I would I don't know what happened to this marcos they were doing great while James was there. As a preface I've been avidly ordering at least once a week from this location for about five years now since I worked there and tonight they broke the camels back when I ordered food well over an hour before they closed and I guess the driver had a warrant and was scared to come into my work place and proceeded to deliver to the back of my building instead of the front where it made sense to deliver and then the manager wanted to get mad when I called trying to find out where my food was and would not send the driver back with my food when they made the mistake. I WILL NOT be ordering from this location again. Lynn haven store will be getting my business from here on out. Here's to hoping I actually receive my refund in full.

Ordered a large pepperoni with green pepper, regular crust and well done. The pizza was done in less than 15 minutes and it was ready for me to pick it up as soon as I walked in the door.

Omg food was absolutely amazing great service

Very friendly staff. My son got an award of a personal size pizza and the person inside made him feel very special. So the next day we ordered like 5 pizzas and the same person delivered them. Small word!

Great place to eat great pizza and salad

called to make an order for delivery, woman who answered the phone was absolutely vile. some people just aren’t made for customer service. if you can’t make a pizza when i call, you could just say “I am very sorry but we are unfortunately unable to take orders at this time.” you catch more flies with honey than vinegar if you know what i mean. customers should not be expected to know about a situation before even walking through the door. if you can’t be polite to customers you should work in a field that doesn’t involve talking to them. you’re not saving lives, you’re making pizza it isn’t that deep.

Female manager answered the phone, she was nasty and had an attitude with me due to issues she was experiencing at her own store (with corporate). Told me she wasnt taking orders and I asked if they would be serving later in the day and she snapped and the only answer i got was "i have no idea" so i ordered dominos and it was amazing but learn how to interact with humans and have customer service then maybe this will be my favorite pizza place again.

Marcos is my favorite pizza spot (chain) in the area, they have better tasting pizzas at better pricing then pizza hut, dominos, hungry howies, papa john etc.

My experience was very poor. The manager was very unprofessional. I ordered at 3:34 on 12/20/2023 as l setting time went by to check on order at 4:11 pm. The cashier told me that they were just putting my order in. I said l have been waiting 45 minutes this was unacceptable. He went to his manager a female she was very nasty. I will never come back.

Walked in to order some pizza, Food is good, the wings are good. But getting some extra marinara sauce was a bit lacking, bigger container for it to use to dip the pizza in would be great.

I normally order pizza every 2 weeks on the weekends I just placed a order online for pick up no one greeted me as they normally do by saying welcome to Marco’s or even thank you before leaving but that’s fine my complaint is the service on today I go to pick up my order after waiting for 4 minutes someone finally comes but skipped over me standing up front but ask the person that just walked up how May I help you SIR ! I got upset but kept my cool the guy apologized he thought I had already ordered ( I ordered online for pick up ) but I was still there first and skipped over not even acknowledged until after the gentleman order and then the guy at the register asked, how may I help you? I said I was there to pick up. He throws my food on the counter and said the next customer normally they would ask if I needed anything else I had to interrupt him to ask for plates and condiments for my pizza after placing them on top of my pizza who quickly went to the next customer without asking me if that’s all I need it which I’ll need it garlic butter as well. I informed him they don’t give you the option to ask for consummate as far as garlic butter or anything else, but I would like some he told me the price I told him no thank you, I didn’t want to swipe my card for $.50 the last time this happened they just gave me the garlic butter because they know that it does not have the option for consummate such as garlic butter or anything else on the app and they would apologize and give it to me complementary, but I feel like I was not acknowledged enough to finish my order or my transaction when I was there first and had to wait until he took another customers order and my pizza was not as hot when I arrived home, I only live three minutes away to make this short I feel like they need people with customer service skills. I’m a regular customer. I’m in Marco’s at least three times a month if not more.

I haven't been there yet however several friends recommended them. Going soon.

I enjoyed the food. Good food for the price. When I originally walked in the lady that helped me was not customer service oriented at all. Then a short lady came out and was very nice. She stopped me from going somewhere else.

The people of Marco's pizza are a class of their own. They are rulers of the pizza kingdom and we are all just peasants. Get lost in the sauce and cheese off if you feel different yo.

love the large 1 topping pepperoni special at Marco's Pizza in Callaway, FL! The combination of a generous portion of pepperoni and the perfect crust makes it a delightful choice. The flavors and quality of their pizza are consistently excellent, and the friendly service adds to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend trying Marco's Pizza if you're in the area!

This Marcos location has had great customer service, quick service, and always yummy pizza. The last time I went for pick up a sauce cup was forgotten (no big deal) and I called to see if maybe they had any deliveries nearby and could just drop off my sauce cup. And they dropped off my sauce cup!! It was something so small but I consider that great customer service. They are my go to pizza place near Callaway!

Amber was really sweet. I didn’t care for how both Callaway and Beach locations, not one employee use gloves. Is it not apart of food and health regulations for glove use in a restaurant especially after a worldwide pandemic? Update: Not sure how to actually reply to the owners response to my review, but Ma’am/Sir no gloves we’re worn. I visited the Callaway location because I did not want to visit the Beach location due to this issue. Callaway was no different. I visually saw the cook (lady) fix some kind of pizza bowl without gloves when I stepped inside. The same for my order. I’d rather not see sausages in the palm of uncovered hands. That’s why I asked if it is in fact policy, because I have not seen adherence to protective wear during either visit at both locations by your employees. Although I wanted to but did not, I’ll be sure to provide photos next time. Have a great day!

Used to be my go-to for fresh, hot, well-prepped pizza. The breadsticks are still outstanding. The last two pizzas were dry, with just a "smear" of sauce. Sparse toppings scattered over the middle, none at the edges (up to 2" of dry crust). Disappointed.

I live nearby and in fact when I'm hungry I walk to eat pizza, the only bad and disappointing thing is the woman in front of them, I think she's the manager, she has a very heavy attitude, I think she should be more gentle with people, every time I come to eat , she always has a bad attitude

Waited 30 min after scheduled pickup for them to open a new pack of salami for my sandwich and salad.

This Marcos is hit or miss. Sometimes it's really good and others it's terrible. On this occasion all the toppings and cheese were center-loaded, the pizza was dry like there was not enough sauce, and there was a large crust ring with multiple bubbles. We couldn't even finish half the pizzas. Highly disappointed on this visit.

100% best pizza in Callaway right now. Always arrives oven hot. Great sauce, great application of toppings. It crazy how fast they deliver too. Gonna have to recend some of my praise for Marcos the pizzas still great but these wings are a joke. You could get more meat off a pigeon and this charcoal they threw in is almost as big a the wings...

Only gave 2 stars due to the previous visit before the visit last night. I went there around 9:35-9:40, the lady or manager whoever didn’t greet us ad we walked in and we even stood at the counter for at least 6 minutes before she decided to come and take our order…and her greeting was nothing but a stare. I asked her a simple question regarding the $8.99 large 2 topping pizza since my husband had walked to order a large 2 topping pizza for $8.99 which is what you have to say or show to get the price of the $8.99 showed online (mind you I know for a fact that was the price since the previous visit the nice lady at the counter rung us up for 2 large 2 topping pizzas for $8.99 each) and she tells my husband it’s only large 1 topping pizza for $8.99, I asked her well when did it change when we came here 2 days ago and ordered a large 2 topping pizza for $8.99 with i believe an employee’s named Vicky, she immediately goes “you don’t have to be rude” (mind you I wasn’t yelling but her tone was high and rude) but I wasn’t, I simply asked her a question, my response was “I’m not being rude I’m simply asking you when did it change when I just came here 2 days ago and ordered the same thing wi to Vicky, actual you’re being rude with the attitude” her response was “well I don’t know but I know it says right here 1 topping but you can get out of my store” “I’m calling the police” which is what they love to threaten a black person with (eye rolls), Marco’s Pizza owner…no need to reply to my review, you ask for feedback but do nothing to the employees when they’re in the wrong.

There's not just good people working there there are super people super nice they took care of me like you wouldn't believe welcome me at the door and make sure I was taking care of I asked him a question they sure answer that this is a Fanta fantastic place to go

I've ordered from this location a few times, the last time the girl TJ was so helpful and my order arrived 20 minutes earlier than I expected.
