Service in the mornings is awful. Been there and can't take orders because the computers are down, waited in the first 4to 5 mins because the person working the registervis busyvm helping on the front.

How hard is it to just make McDonald’s food. I placed an order on the app, was immediately parked with 6 other cars. I got three $5 bundles and you forgot two 4pc nuggets. How? It’s literally part of the meal. This is ridiculous that every time I come to this store you forget something. I have written management before and was sent a free small fry coupon. Thanks for the slap to the face for sorry service. I will not be back to your store until management is changed.

This McDonald's has the most rude non-caring employee's. Advise you to choose another location. Many people in the community state the same issues.

It wasn't their long enough to get a good feel but they did seem testy but the food and service was good I give it that

McDonald’s on 540A in Lakeland Florida is one of the worst. Nasty and rude staff, with I don’t care attitudes. They never have what you want on time when you get your order always messed up. The food is less tasty and the prices are way up. Who Thought a chicken McGriddle would cost five dollars, $5 large fries COLD and it’s not even that good Anymore. Waste of my money! Time to boycott McDonald’s and there bad food and cost.

If I could give a zero I would. My last 2 visits to this location has been terrible. Today tops it. Again they make the sandwich wrong. Then you have to drive back. Then "Ashley the Manager "was very rude and unprofessional! She was rude to the young man who handed me my corrected item. She shouldn't be working in customer service with that kind of attitude.

ordered just a coffee and a sundae, been waiting for 15 mins now.

Ordered a few items including two frozen cokes, paid and was told the machines are in a cleaning cycle. They offered random food and drink, I just said to refund the cost and they seemed perplexed and kept offering other random drinks. They then after five minutes had me drive forward and the manager shows up and said what’s wrong? I told him and he offered drinks and also couldn’t figure out to do a refund, then seemed oddly confused what to do. It’s very odd a place that takes in hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars has no one on staff, including management, could do a simple refund or even offer a gift certificate for a similar value.

do not go to this mcdonalds unless you want your order to ALWAYS be wrong.

Had basically no food available, told me to get out after I accidentally walked in the “locked lobby.” Fire the sassy dude and the sassy woman. I waited here for 1 hr for my food. Thanks!

Just went through the drive through and all we ordered was two ice cream cones and was told to wait at drive through #1. Been sitting here for 15 minutes and still have not gotten the ice cream cones while all other people have gone through the drive through and have gotten their food. We ended up going in and asking for our food. Will not come back here again.

Pushy drive thru girl asked 5 times if i wanted to round up for charity.

I’m a little frustrated with this McDonald’s because they were fantastic. The first time I ever went they got the order perfect. And it was excellent fresh and delicious. Then ever since when I go they never open up on time. Don’t put on your website you open at 5 am and then don’t.

Don’t know what has happened to cust service. This was the worst ever, asked for receipts when I paid, sat at the window listening to some girl yell for us to move because WE are holding up drive thru because their printer is out of port. So sick of McDonald’s charging outrageous prices, never getting orders right and being rude as hell.

Ordered Diet Coke, received Dr Pepper, fries not full, and Dbl Qtr had second party 1/2 way off sandwich thrown in the carton. At pickup, asked for Xtra ketchup, got 1 pack and asked again, one more. Do I need to beg? First time using App and total waste of time and money. What a downward spiral for this company. Lost customer, cya

I got a big Mac, and it was cold. Everything else was ok, and the time of the night it was service was a little slow.

Clean tables, music awful, too loud It sounds like a 80"s disco....even in the restroom. Just need the lights to go with it Food? Wel, it's a Macdonald...so what to expect?

The specific location is always a mess. Fries are usually underdone and white/mushy, I haven’t gotten an order fully correct in the last couple times I’ve been there. Plain burger, easy. Supposedly not. Mobile order is always hit and miss on how long you’ll be there. At this point I’d rather just drive the extra distance and go to another store.

Got order with no drink in the mobile order spots with no sauce either, lady comes out asking if we got our drinks yet. If you are the only person in this lazy restaurant taking food outside while the rest barely do anything why are you asking?? This McDonald's is the slowest in the area too, manager is a prick who gets upset whenever you want your actual order instead of whatever garbage they hand you. Just close the dump down and put a taco bell here at least they can read a monitor.

McDonald's is getting too expensive yet we still go there. Found that a quarter pounder cost more than a double cheeseburger (makes no sense).

I don't really go to fast food places too often, but even so, I'm 99% sure I've never been to a fast food place with this consistently great of service. Everyone always seems chill and friendly, and the one and only time I've had an occurence call for asking to talk to a manager, it was such a minor issue with something that wasn't even that upsetting to me, that I almost feel bad for how awesome the MOD Lee hooked me up. Epitome of over and beyond.

Brittany, saw I was struggling with my 5 yr old granddaughter trying to decide what to have for breakfast. She gave me a menu with pictures, so much better. After she was very attentive to us. Because of Brittany, I will come back.

Order in person and they almost always get it right, order on the app and they get it wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. The app says to reach out to door dash due to McDonald's getting the order wrong however you can't get ahold of a Doordash rep to assist.

They are ALOT better than they used to be a few years ago. Much friendlier, orders are correct and just everything is better. 👍🏻

The only thing that really was the milkshake machine was down

Even in the middle of renovations they have an awesome Customer Experience entire staff was smiling and happy to be at work and help the customer

Got deluxe chicked spicy combo for about 12 bucks. It was like a small burnt chicken nugget with alot of tomato really not worth it. I try to come here in the morning but usually drive away cuz of the long slow line so I miss my steak bagel if made right. The kast time I ate here was years so. Less food for higher price is all.

Long wait in drive through line for pickup. Waited after I reached window, food not ready. Order wrong, ordered fish sandwich, received spicy chicken. I'm a pescatarian, don't eat chicken.

4 stars because there Big Mac barely had any sauce on it. Definitely not the usual amount. Otherwise, courteous staff and not a long wait!

I'm getting more and more discouraged with McDonald's as time marches on. My frustrations is only compounded because between high school and college I worked at 5 McDonald's locations in two states. I worked every position from cashier, drive present, back cash, grill, chicken, open, close and even maintenance. I used to drop hot cake batter on the griddle before they replaced them with heat and serve hot cakes. I was a 5 star at every position in the restaurant. When I was there for lunch the other day, aside from utter shock that I wasn't able to order a triple cheeseburger MEAL from the kiosk (that is to say be offered to make the sandwich into a meal by adding a fry and drink), there was a very irritating young man behind the front counter getting the drive thru food orders bagged while loudly singing an unedited Eminem song from the Slim Shady LP and talking just as loudly about how much he misses Eminem (which I don't get because he had to be younger than Eminem's daughter). There was no manager to be seen on the floor anywhere. What happened to salting the fries with the golden arch motion? The fries never seem to have enough salt anymore. There were tiny sugar ants crawling all over the drink station counter top. That was very unsanitary as well as off putting. Maybe I have missed the ECO boat, but I would think the paper cups they used in years past would be far more ecologically friendly than the plastic cups they have now. I get that the plastic cups may be more easy to recycle but they're going to the dump not being recycled.

McDonald's breakfast is the best choice for fast food. Get there before 10:30 am. Otherwise, no breakfast for you! Even if there is something available around that time, you don't want to get it . McDonald's is only good fresh, especially their bacon egg and cheese biscuits or any biscuits, for that matter unless you want to eat a hard lamp heated biscuit.

Food cold and they gave me an 8 piece nugget for a 10 piece McDonald's you can do better than that!!!

The prices st the McDonald's on 540 a is sky hi . 2.99 for a large coke ? Its 1.69 on north side. There price gouging bad there . Even the drive thru person to pay said they couldn't afford to eat there.

The restaurant was filthy, the floors, tables and counters had trash and spills everywhere.

Food was great... Special order was just that... Quick service. But did over hear employees voicing complaints fairly loud about kitchen timing issues when the drive thru window was open. Thought it may had been an issue that would have affected my order, but was all good. Just feel that employees theses days need to use a little better judgement when they have concerns that they feel need to be addressed... Customers don't want to hear or be involved in problem solving or conflict resolutions!

It’s a rare day I’ll give a McDonald’s a five star rating, but the service at this one was fantastic.

The place was filthy, we have to clean our own table and it wasn’t too busy that they couldn’t do it. A lot of employees were just fooling around. The cookers didn’t have their hair cover while preparing the food. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the food wasn’t bad. There was a big ball of hair in the floor.🤢🤮

I arrived at outside ordering board no one but myself, I was asked twice to hold on just a minute. Only to watch another customer pull up to the opposite board and got to place their order ahead of me. Classless business.

Ridiculous how dt hrs say til 12 but at 1023pm no one responds to take my order. Place looks deserted! Happened at least three times.

Cashier did not give receipt so husband did not know when our order was done as he had no order #. Restroom cleanliness chart on back of door had last week's dates, so I don't know if they just reuse charts or it really hadn’t been cleaned. Both stalls were locked and I waited and waited. Finally an employee exited one. No 'noise' so I suppose she was checking her email.

Food was hot as usual and good price
