Long drive through line, old oil, watered down drink, no straw in the bag, no sauce, had to go in just to find out The service was bad too. WOW!

I went through the drive through, and even though it was a long line, it moved fast, person spoke clearly over speaker and was efficient as cashier, order was perfect. Great team!

I'm done with them. I've tried and tried, but the service is terrible. The food was not good. It was warm at best. Waited a long time to get it, and no one else was waiting for food at that time. For what we paid it's just not worth going anymore.

This McDonald's is typical as far as the food goes. The ladies that work here are amazing! The inside is usually clean. There is no retro avoid this location that I can think of.

Super fast service while eating in. By the time we sat, the food was on its way to our table.

I order my food i pay at the 1st window the girl was nice i go to the 2nd with and the girl that gave me my food looked like she did not want to be there no smile no thank you for coming nothing then we had food missing so had to go back and go in when i went in the staff was friendly inside and helped me quickly but if the girl at the 2nd window did not have such a look of not wanting to be there and in a hurry to get yu out of her window we might of got all of our food the 1st time

They don't hear you and have to repeat 3 times for them to get your order right just garbage

Very clean and nice. Gets a little busy but the main highlight is Anna, her customer service is great and she is very nice and respectable.

This McDonald's is the cleanest most organized in state of Florida. The ppl that work there deserve to get an award

Ordered inside, took almost 20 minutes. You can hear the workers laughing in the back. When they brought out my burger it was wrong. Won’t come to this location.

Worst McDonald's we ever went to! We waited at least 30 minutes for our order. We couldn't eat the hash browns because they were hard as rock. Employees were frazzled and overwhelmed.

I set at the drive through after told to hang on a min. Other people pulled up to the other window and was helped immediately, after the first car went through I said hello she says working the fast as I can. I was asking why the other cars order was taken I was here before them. No response even after I said I have a mobile order. 2 more cars orders were taken! I went inside where they were rude and ignored me. I asked for a drink carrier 2 times.

Ordered some chicken nuggets and they were old and hard !! Had to take them back and ask for fresh order !! I stood there and watched them cook them !! It's really bad when you have to make sure someone does their job properly !! 6-1-24 It's been a while since we've stopped by McDonald's , and nothing has changed with the quality of food !

Honestly I have never felt like this in any other McDonalds. Horrible customer service I was even yelled by the manager. I was so shakened I couldnt even eat. Food incorrect and they were blaming me.

Clean dine in area, but I had to wait 25 minutes just to get a pink double quarter pounder. My burger still had a heartbeat. I will attach a photo for proof.

It seems like every morning at 5:30 that morning crew is not ready to go. Drive thru says it's open at 5am and today at 5:30 once again their headset is on and they're having a good time talking not paying attention to myself and other cars in drive thru. I beeped the horn, hollered hello, drive up to the window and no one in sight. It's happened various times. Not happy at all without coffee in the morning. Use to be my favorite McDonalds. I'd rather drive down to the McDonald's on 200 by Sam's club before going here again. Tighten up guys.

Excellent customer service and clean store

I used my mobile app; applied some of my points to order an ice cream cone. It was ready when I pulled up, with napkins! Both the 1st window cashier and the 2nd window delivery were so nice, I was thanked by both. Really nice ladies!

Patte needs an attitude boost lol, so depressing in there.. literally changed my entire mood..

Fast, amazing service, one of the best McDonald's I've been too.

No carbonation for soda (this has happened several times). Tables needed wiped off. Floor was filthy. Restrooms needed soap. Very disappointed with this location.

Best quarter pounder in a long time

So I went through the drive thru and gave my order. Probably of no fault to the girl that took my order she unfortunately got my order wrong. I'm guessing because all of the noise in the background. So I paid what I thought would be the correct amount and was asked to pull up to one of the waiting spots and someone would bring my order out to me. After a minute or two my bag was delivered to my car window and I explained to the lady that I was missing my fries. She looked at my receipt and said I never order fries. I told her they are supposed to come with what I ordered. So she went inside and spoke to the manager and came out with one small fry. I asked her where the second one was and she told me the manager would only give me one. She asked me if I wanted to come inside to dispute this with the manager and I said you got to be kidding. You know I've been going to McDonald's for 60 years and have probably spent thousands of dollars during that period of time. Would it have killed them to make this right? One stinking small French fry? There was so much noise when I was giving my order it's no wonder I had to repeat it three times. Geez did they think I was trying to swindle them for a couple free fries? Give me a break the McDonald's corporation could certainly afford a small order of fries especially when it was there mistake. The women said I should have looked at my receipt after I ordered. Cmon how many people do that when they're going through the drive thru. Guess I need to be more careful next time.

Ordered thru app got my deals. Fast and hot food.

Management at this particular McDonald's need to be reviewed unless the policies have changed that the atmosphere of staff is very strained in reference towards the actual workers excessive turnover of personnel that's to bad!! I use to work for McDonald's in Virginia several years ago.Was a good experience.

Really bad Management in this store. Person in charge told me that the food was going to take longer because they were short-staffed. When I look in the back the person in charge was the one making the food while two employees were just chit-chatting with their arms crossed. Another employee on their phone. The same employee on their phone afterwards walks to the French fry department and grabs french fries out with their hands and starts eating them. I've eaten at this place before in their food was bad as well.

Ordered a quarter pounder w/cheese and bacon received and no bacon (but charged). Ordered two oreo shamrock mcflurries no shamrock. Also for 4+ dollars could be a bit bigger as well. First and last visit here.

Had the sausage egg mcmuffin and service was good friendly staff clean newer remodeled facility. Almost $8.00 with the small coffee! What ever happened to about $5, oh must be bidenflation.

When this location first opened it was fantastic. Each visit is worse than the time before. Today chicken nuggets were not only just lukewarm but tasted really bad. French fries were also just lukewarm and so salty ( FYI I LOVE SALT ) we could not eat them. After 1 nugget we ate no more. Just didn’t taste right. This will be my last visit

Sign says buy one big Mac and get the second one for a dollar, they told me at the drive through that that was yesterday. Crossed 200 just to get the special. Service sucks

This is the worst managed McDonald's in the world. It's amazing how long it takes to get through the drive through line this morning over 25 minutes and I still don't have my food. Avoid this one at all costs the McDonald's. And either a direction operate much better. Terrible management here.

The day shift is always on top of things but if you go in the evening it is seriously lacking. Takes forever and I've had to take food back too many times. My mocha is always an issue. Ppl leave out of the line like crazy.

Quick service and the staff is always friendly

Placed a special order for my lunch. I asked for extra pickles and extra onions. What I got was extra pickles, extra ketchup and no onions. I didn't even ask for ketchup. Tsk, tsk, it's a shame that even when you type out your order using their app, they still can't get it right for some reason.

Rude obnoxious drive thru employees with attitudes that need adjusting or need to be fired. Talking back with sass to your customers should never be acceptable.

Worst McDonald's I've been to in my entire life, tried it the first time and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for my food which they got wrong, still wanting to be fair I have it another chance tonight and must say this is the absolute worst McDonald's I've been to the staff that took my order was rude, and the staff member who brought me my food was even worse looked as if she hated her life and wanted to let it be known. Food again was horrible couldn't finish my burger as it tasted like it had been sitting the whole day took a few bites and stopped once my stomach started to turn... I will never go back to this particular McDonald's and I highly recommend anyone in the area thinking about it to please please avoid.

Of course, they couldn't make the peppermint mocha drink because of the machine being down. Cashier was grumpy too.

I usually have a good experience with this mcdonald’s but the people working there tonight had no clue what they were doing , there was nobody at the drive thru or inside and it still took 3 employees to get our order right. They all kept laughing and just seemed out of it.

Food was brought to our table and was hot as if it just came off the grill. Delicious!

Omg! I just picked up food on the way work,. I’m a nurse. The food smelled so badly! I still tried to eat it since I’m starving .. the burger was soft and smelled funny and fris were soggy and cold! I’m sure I would be a patient of my own with food poisoning If I swallowed it! I spit it out ! Yuck !! 🤮 gross!

I went inside because I wanted no salt on my fries. The cashier yelled out the special request and my order was processed quickly. I love the "new" Big Mac sandwich with extra special sauce.

The automated service is really user-friendly but it is not what we expected to have to wait to do that. When we went to pick our order up the lady that brought it yelled so loudly, I thought we were at the fair getting a corn dog or something. Also with the automated system I ask for cream and sugar in my coffee which was not done correctly. So I came back through the drive-thru when I was leaving and ask more cream and sugar. The lady at the drive through was very friendly and helpful. I just was not planning on my visit to take so long.

$20 for 2 burgers and sides....done with this chain.

Waited 25 mins for 10 nugget meal (nuggets were hot) and 2 mcdouble's. Fries were cold and soggy 🥶. Could've gave us fresh fries with fresh nuggets 😪 😕 😫

The drive through gave me the wrong food. I asked for a crispy chicken deluxe, and got the plain crispy. The Fries were chewy and cold despite the fact I live across the street. The chicken nuggets were cold and they gave me the worst big Mac I have ever had. Awful! I was going to take the survey but the receipt is barely legible.

Requested Americano coffee, paid for coffee, then found out machine wash broken. I signed the refund paperwodk but didn't get refund. Counter personnel were extremely confused.

I just did a review on another McDonald's I was going from McDonalds to McDonald's looking for this couple that I was supposed to meet. But anyway the stores there are always clean their bathrooms stay clean their customer service is definitely up to par. The food is always on point. So I just definitely would recommend any McDonald's if you're just in need of a quick bite to eat perhaps you need to use the restroom or you're thirsty stop on by get you a beautiful smile great customer service and hot food. First off hot and spicy isnt an option strike 1 . The remodeling brought angry employees and a don't care about customer attitude, I was just an observer to a bad customer service experience. If the inside walk up dine in line is faster than drive through IS this even McDonald's?

Frappe never available. Why? Get it fixed! Also, the app makes me pick up inside now. Does not show that option to change pick up location. Which only seems to happen at this location.

They are charging for sugar now? I asked for a large iced coffee with cream and sugar. I noticed that they added on a charge for "liquid sugar". Are you kidding me? When I questioned it, the cashier said I must've asked for liquid sugar and that she would remove the extra charge. I never even heard of such a thing. After getting my coffee, I grabbed the receipt from my previous coffee that was still in my cup holder. Sure enough, they had charged me for it on my previous visit. This is a prime example of how companies slip in extra charges that go unnoticed. C'mon McDonald's, are you really that desperate? Dunkin is right down the street. They don't charge for sugar, they are friendlier there, and they don't try to nickel and dime their customers. They also stir the coffee so it's mixed and I don't have to risk having it leak all over as I shake it to mix it, unlike McDonalds. Liquid sugar. So regular sugar is free, but once liquefied (read-add water to it) it costs extra. I don't patronize businesses with unscrupulous business practices. I later went to another McDonald's across town and they also tried to charge me extra for liquid sugar, even though I specifically asked for SUGAR, not LIQUID SUGAR. Seems like all McDonald restaurants are doing this.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in my life. Wait times are extremely horrible. Then after waiting so long you get nasty unpleasant attitudes especially in the drive through by an older lady that likes to brush people off with snarky gestures & comments. To top it off they come back after & tell you they ran out of your meal. Sometimes even after it’s all paid for. Decided to start ordering through mobile app & pick up to avoid wait times but every-time I’ve arrived to pick up my order was my ready. The McDonald’s closets to 75 has heavier traffic but they are perfect, fast & absolutely courteous! Guess I have to take the trip there instead. 100% not going back to this McDonald’s!

Always out of smoothies...the last 3 trips I canceled my order since the smoothie machine is broken. This is a common problem at the Dunnellon McDonald's...have to chalk this one up to poor management...

So I did my mobile order got to the window for my food and was asked to pull up to wait for my food. Which is fine. Took 15-16 minutes. Then they still didn’t give me my drinks. Had to wait several more minutes for those. Get home and my 2 double HAMBURGERS both had cheese on them. I didn’t order cheese burgers and say hold the cheese because I’ve tried that in the past for their 2 cheeseburger meal but they couldn’t seem to be able to hold the cheese. This time they added several pieces to my HAMBURGERS! I should not have to check all my food at all nevermind after waiting over 15 minutes. They need to train their people to read better. Ridiculous!!!

I'm not a fan of McDonald's . The food and service is not what it use to be. Sometimes I get a nice person who takes my order and then there are times I get rude people and I'm like wait until I get to that window and when we are face to face her tone changes then I'm like OK that's better so I have no other choice but to be kind.
