Mediocre red for $50 that was reco’d by server. A bit acidic aftertaste/undertones. Mediocre service. Nice facilities.

Great atmosphere , good wine selection but I feel other wineries in the area are more competitive for the quality of the wine. We will come back fir a pizza and a glass of wine.

We are visiting different vineyards around San Diego. This is the sixth one and rates at the top. The wine is great. The views excellent and they have fire. Baked pizza! Good parking. Come and relax

Ripped off, make sure you check the weird “ on the tablet “ but no paper bill for padded out extra bottles of wine that you didn’t drink. Thieving liars

Sweeping views, amazing wines especially the tempranillo rose. It's just a little piece of heaven in San Diego. So close and so relaxing. Gorgeous sunsets while enjoying a glass of wine. Can't get enough of this place.

This is the most beautiful and elegant stunning winery you could visit in this area! It’s women-owned, their customer service is absolutely stellar and they truly treat their guests like family - it’s refreshing and wonderful. If you enjoy quality customer service hurry up. The views are sensational, the seating is perched on a high overlook too. In Saturdays, they normally have live music, the patio is popping with energy and a buzz. There’s a pizza oven, off to the side, plenty of tables for 2 or even up to 8-10 people! There’s plenty of umbrellas, seating is nice and most importantly John and employees have impeccable service. Thank you to all of Mia Marie staff and owners. You are sincerely appreciated.

Had the most disappointing experience at the winery today. Had been here previously in Sep 2023 and had a very different experience then which was good. In the race to being instagrammable, the winery has gone down in quality and service. Their staff was also visibly tired and disgruntled. They started off by letting us know they had over 70 reservations and today being a Sat they were clearly busy and understaffed. Our server also seemed miserable and barely explained the tasting wines to us. During the time we were there, she came once to ask if we needed anything and I requested some water as our bottle had been empty for more than 30 mins with no one helping us. We began with their Valentine’s Day tasting and the wines were strictly ok. Their pours have gone down in size significantly. We seriously felt that their Malbec tasting either came from very sour or rotten grapes! Never tasted a Malbec so sour in our lives before. Also had to wait over 90 minutes for the Cali Wood Fired Pizza. If you know you have 70 reservations, perhaps hire a food truck or catering company that can handle such a large crowd. The whole experience was very disappointing and unfortunately we are not coming back again! The 1-star is for the views which were great as always!!!

This place has open and mountainous views with live music. Unfortunately the wines taste pretty bad. Tried two red wines and two white wines and all of them were overly tart or bitter. I wanted to love this place so I tried a bunch but it is really unfortunate.

Beautiful winery and there were lots of seating all around. We came on a Sunday afternoon and the place was busy. Lots of people brought their dogs along which is nice to see that it's dog friendly. The lady who was our server was great. She told us about each wine before pouring each of our tastings. Answered the questions our two sommelier friends were asking her. There are so many rave reviews on their wines but I was disappointed. I didn't care for any of their wines. And their bottle prices were about $20 more than what neighboring wineries were charging for their better tasting wines.

The views, service and wine were fantastic. Andrew did a very commendable presentation of the wines and answered our questions thoroughly. Although we are from out of town, we look forward to returning in the near future. Highly recommend!

My wife came here for date night, and it was spectacular. The breathtaking views make this a true hidden gem. The wine was good the service was great, they even have cozy blankets for you to get warm. Live music on weekends. It reminded me of Valle De Guadalupe down in Baja, except you don't have to cross the border, it's only a quick drive under 30 minutes for us.

My husband and I recently enjoyed our second visit to Mia Marie Vineyards. And equal to our first visit, service was stellar, the wine was wonderful, and the views, spectacular! Tanner, our server, keyed into our taste right away and delivered us the perfect selections of red wines! We brought in a picnic dinner, sat overlooking the canyon, and enjoyed the views, wine, live music, and a couple of games of corn hole! If you enjoy wineries, I highly recommend taking some time to visit Mia Marie Vineyards!

Incredibly located winery in Escondido - delicious wine, gorgeous views and fabulous service. So happy I found this spot and we rang in the new year there!

Excellent Vineyard, probably the best in Escondido area. Kid and pet friendly, live music, fantastic views, friendly service. We couldn't have asked for more. We will be back.

The work and effort put into this place is admirable. Congratulations to the family that has worked hard to establish it. The winery has beautiful and amazing views of the Escondido mountains and valley and of course nice wines. If you are visiting, make a reservation, definitely worth it.

Stacy made my visit exceptional! I visit San Diego wineries solo every time I’m in town. I don’t usually meet such friendly folks outside of TX. Her wine suggestion was perfect and the ambiance was amazing! And PINK blankets and menus! Sunset was gorgeous over the mountains and the musician was soulful and complimentary to the environment. I found heaven! 💓🌸🍷

Delicious wines, tasting patio with amazing views, wonderful staff, and great music all make it a very pleasant place to spend some time.

Best winery that we visited while in the greater San Diego area. View is gorgeous, wine is actually GOOD, and the service was top notch. The staff is knowledgeable and did everything they could to make our and other patrons’ visits enjoyable. Sat us in a section overlooking the hills, were amenable to making a switch to one of their tasting selections based on a member of our party’s preference, took pictures for groups that were celebrating, and just generally focused on customer service. We were there on a day with live music too. Would definitely recommend this vineyard to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing view, venue and decent wine!! I don't need to go to Temecula anymore, this is as good if not better since it's even closer to me and more accessible. Service is great. They even allow outside food which makes the experience even better.

Beautiful view. A little short staffed as many places are. I was visiting my friend. She lives locally. We were shocked to see the amount of people who brought their very young children with them to wine taste and sit there and drink a bottle of wine. What really was shocking and made us decide to leave instead of purchasing wine or getting a membership: A group of 8 couples met there at the winery and arrived all separately. Each couple brought their baby or toddler or their baby and 4 year old at the oldest. The ones who could walk were pushing strollers around unattended. Other ones were sitting on the ground with toys. All of the adults were drinking. No one was a sober driver. I don’t understand why they thought this was a good idea.,This is an adult place and we didn’t come there to be around a bunch of crying babies. It just wasn’t the place for that. It was very disappointing and we definitely would be back. I would have told a manager but I didn’t see one around. We mentioned it to our sever but he said the winery has to accommodate everyone. I just don’t think a winery is a place for toddlers and babies.

Property was amazing! Music fantastic. Wine, delicious. Service was " light" and then we asked other servers for help and all was awesome. Will return asap with picnic food again.

Love and first visit! I fell in love with this place during my very first visit and I have wined in many places. I even joined the wine club too. Beautiful environment and personable owners. Can’t wait to go back and enjoy the perks of my wine membership.

I love everything about this place. From the view to the wine to the small road trip it took to get there on that small road. This place is amazing.

This winery has a great vibe, plenty of seating from tables to adirondack's with umbrella's. Love that it is dog friendly. I have only tried two wines there and enjoyed them. It's great that they offer salami and cheeses to purchase along with crackers and more. I felt the options were a little too much and when we ordered we did not get what we actually ordered, huh surprise. The tray with everything is pricey, haven't seen it but $37. seems like a lot unless it serves a lot of people. The hummus and pita chips were a win! Have to say our service was great. We went to see a singer and the acoustics under the covered area (rainy day) were pretty bad. The talk and chatter drowned out the singer. Fun time, great for groups, I suggest you check them out.

Very nice. We passed it and I told my wife to turn around and go back. Great idea. We were limited for time, and will go back to try it when we can stay and enjoy it longer.

One of our favorite wineries in the Ramona area where we live. The wine is always exceptional, the views are stunning, and the staff are like old friends. A must stop on anyone’s wine tasting tour!

I had a great time today at Mia Marie Vineyards! Enjoyed a wonderful yoga class by Cat Valadez. Then had a delicious glass of wine sitting outside overlooking the beautiful vineyards and mountains. I highly recommend it!

Nice but I made my reservations for 5:30 and closes at 6. I wish they would’ve let me know so I could have booked it for an earlier time. Just had a glass of wine but didn’t experience much. Also I saw pizza and other foods in their pictures but they don’t serve that.. so just a heads up

My first experience at Mia Marie Vineyards was a couple months ago and we LOVED it. It’s amazing what amazing customer service will do to really keep customers happy and coming back. I had rented a bus for my friends and I to enjoy a few wineries for my 40th birthday in Temecula. Due to a fire in the area at the time, we needed a pivot and fast. I called several local wineries to find a few locations that could support our party. Stevie at Mia Marie was BY FAR the most helpful person I worked with in all my planning. She was quick, thoughtful, and so willing to accommodate our party. On the day of, she took great care of our party personally and made our visit one to remember. We, frankly, didn’t want to leave to head to our next winery. The wine is outstanding and the facility is outstanding. They are set up for some really great outdoor events. I cannot wait to head back to this winery again soon!

Lovely views, lovely ambience. Great staff and wines! I recently tried a sequence of the Grenache Blanc, Grenache Blanc Reserve and then the Grenache. Amazing! Each had an enticing flavor and yet each was vastly different from the same grape varietal. Well done!
