Denece was our server and she was very nice, attentive and friendly. We had a really good experience with her and wish all servers can be like her.

Used to be so much better. Service is awful and getting worse. Too many servers standing around talking. Even ordering from the bartender takes forever now. Expensive and bad service. Not a good combination.

Miller's is my favorite restaurant !!! The Cobb salad with the blackened chicken and shrimp is my favorite!!!! Make sure you try it. You will not be disappointed. They use to have fried cauliflower that was delicious also. Haven't seen it on the menu for quite a while. I hope they bring it back. I have been to several different Miller's & they've had the same good quality of food & service. The Margaritas are good too 😄

We've been a couple times and food is great for a reasonable meal out. Drinks are a bit on the expensive side but service and variety helps.

Each day brings a different experience as we go here a lot. This time food and service were great!

Low crowds due to July 4th so the service was almost personal. The food was better than I remember.

Waiting time one hour, no tables available. 20 minutes after ordering they tell us that there is not what we ordered. Then they bring us the wrong dishes. When the food arrives, cold, flavorless steaks and dry, hard pasta.

This was my first time eating at this location. The service was decent for the area, and the prices were reasonable. Both my wife and I had the 12oz. ribeye (cooked medium) and it was the toughest and most flavorless ribeye I have ever eaten. I'm not sure what is being used to cook the steaks but both my wife and I ended up with upset stomachs about 40 minutes later. It's very unlikely that I'll return. Edit: I appreciate the response to my review and I'm not sure what information you need. We visited the south Lakeland location on 6/15 around 3:30 p.m. The steak was very tough and it was a poorly cut ribeye. I eat a ketogenic diet and eat 3-4 ribeyes a week (usually cooked myself) so, I know ribeyes. Frankly these were worse than boxed beef steaks-- it was more like a chuck steak because of the gristle and overall lack of fat. Again, the service was decent and the restaurant was fairly clean but I've had better steaks from Huddle House.

We have been coming here since 2016, we have had good waitresses and so so waitresses. Today my husband and I went for and early dinner due to plans. Natalia was fantastic grade A. Flying colors great. She was attentive, interesting and soft spoken with a beautiful smile. I am stuffed, she almost got me to order desert. Best waitresses hands down!!!! Knocked it out of the park

We love this place!! The food is delicious, and if the chef isn't satisfied with it, then he will make a fresh order before it gets to your table!! The service is very good. The restaurant is clean.

Had to waitresses that took care of us. DESTINY AND TAYLOR. Ask for their section, you are guaranteed great service with a smile. Food is off the chain as well. High five the cooks!

We sit outside with our Yorkie under a cover, a small fan. I went to the bar because there was no service outside. I bought a bucket of beer and a Cajun chicken pasta, which we order maybe once a month! The pasta came out as a half serving and no garlic bread. I asked her for some garlic bread, and she said that dish doesn't come with garlic bread. Crazy but we order this dish once at least a month! She said it didn't and walked off. ( she's pregnant with long blonde hair). I took everything outside myself, which took 3 trips, lol. I then came back in and asked a server, Shyan, if the dish came with garlic bread. She said, of course, it always has. She had them make me garlic bread. People we pay $16 for 1 cup of pasta and now 1/4 a piece of chicken! Don't get me wrong, it's truly delicious. I honestly give the bar tender a 1 and Shyan a 10! Just be honest people! It was Mothers Day! A simple piece of garlic bread would not have hurt that bartenders wallet! It was part of that meal!! Glory Days was packed! That place has the best service and people! Miller's was basically dead! Now we know why!! Grumpy bartender at Miller's today! It's NOT worth your time.

Basic. Service was average. Waitress was super soft spoken and didn't check on us at all during the meal. Decor is outdated. Kids meals not worth $7.99. "Seasonal fruit" side was a fruit cup in heavy syrup. Chicken wings, mild sauce were soggy and drenched in sauce. Super odd the drink service station is by the bathrooms. You can see everything including dirty dishes piled up and garbage. Floors are incredibly sticky. There's dirt/dust on the ceiling, blowing in the A/C by the vent. Doesn't give off great vibes.

Ambiance and food was nice. Don't come here if you're wanting a beer though as it's very limited in that department. Loved the lighting and food selections seemed to offer a nice variety (even had a vegetarian burger). The server was very attentive and nice. I really wanted to give it a 5 star review... I specifically chose to come here because of the "Ale House" part of the name. I asked what Pilsners they had...none. As this was my birthday dinner, I really wanted a Pilsner. No pilsners but offered Budweiser (eww, not like I can't just have that at home for much less). Lots of selections of IPAs...which aren't really my thing. It would have been nice if even a single Pilsner was offered (not even a single one...really?) They should just call it "Miller's" so people don't get their hopes up and can go elsewhere. Had the zingers mountain melt...which was good. I had the teriyaki sauce, wasn't really what I was expecting. Probably won't be back.

The food was good can't complain much other than the fries being too dry. The service was poor, the place was nearly empty but it took then around 10 min to get us seated. The place need a good clean up.

What a delight! I've never been here before. The food was delicious, and the service was wonderful. Many huge tv screens with sports games. Our server was very knowledgeable about the food they serve. We took her suggestions and we were very pleased. We will visit again. Oh! The onion rings were the best!!

Trash. Steak tasted like nothing. Literally the opposite of flavor. Ordered crab legs and they were so dry they stuck. The butter they gave was unsalted and tasted like oil. Mac and cheese was dry and was not macaroni. Shells. Spinach dip looked like the back of house had a bite as it sat at the window. Saw waiter look at it and talk then walk away to talk more. “Loaded” fries. Saving grace was the shrimp were good and the beer was cold. Thank goodness as I needed more alcohol than expected to finish this meal. Service is slow.

This was the best experience I have had at any restaurant in a long time. Waitress was quick and friendly I believe it was Taylor. Food was hot and fresh and came out quick. Bartender was quick too . I would recommend this to everyone.

We sat at the bar and enjoyed the prime rib dip sandwich and a house salad. Both were generous portions and the house salad was fab.

Food took over an hour to be served and the place was only 25% full, so not busy at all. The waitress had the personality of a slug. The only bright spot was the bar served our drinks quickly.

We really enjoyed millers alehouse! We were visiting Lakeland and picked Alehouse based on reviews... Had a salad, Onion Rings and boneless chicken (I forget what they are called) Everything was excellent! Service was also great! I wish I could remember the young ladies name. :(

We have been there many times but this time it was for my Birthday. Ordered appetizer with our drinks but got it when we were half way done with our dinner. We were told we would get a discount on them but never happened. Sat and waited for our bill for 20 minutes after we finished eating. We were told it was because of the shift change but that should not be an excuse. Food was good but not happy with the service on this visit. Not happy!

Had a great time with my family last night. It was my mother’s birthday, Server was Natalia. She was awesome and very nice! Manager came by and gave us some scratch off cards. Very nice of him. I believe he said his name was Raphael. Thank you again for a wonderful evening.

First time at this location. It will be my last. We had the Prime Rib special. Mine was extremely salty to the point where I couldn't even eat it. We ordered baked potatoes which came out later than the Prime Rib. Just wasn't as great as I am used to at Miller's Ale House. There was hardly anyone there and the waitress kept rushing us.

I recently dined at your restaurant on Wednesday night, and was absolutely blown away by the impeccable service they provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The manager, in particular, went out of his way to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Not only was the food delicious and beautifully presented, but the manager surprised us with scratch-off tickets at the end of our meal, adding an unexpected and delightful touch to the evening. It's clear that the team at Lakeland truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to create memorable moments. The Rueben sandwich was the worst I have ever had and definitely wouldn’t order again not only was bread hard as a rock but it came without Russian dressing on it and hardly any sauerkraut on it. Awful

Made a trip here this evening for our 9 anniversary. We normally go to the Champions Gate location. My wife ordered the prime rib. Came out, Grey, looking. She said that it was dry. I got the ribeye with mashed potatoes with gravy. Very poorly plated. It looked like a sirloin. I had to sho her pictures to see the difference. And the gravy was congealed. Wasn't impressed with the fact that I had paid $75 for that. Out server , Ashley, couldn't tell the difference either. Instead of sending it back. I went ahead and ate it. The server didn't get management involved, nor did she apologize. Needless to say that we won't be back to the location again.

Highly disappointed in the service I received tonight. I ordered curbside & my order was to be ready at 10:44. I got there at 10:40 and waited for 13 minutes before I decided to call to see if my order was ready. Someone on to go picked up within 30 seconds. I asked how long my order has been ready while a worker was walking to my car with my order. She said she didn’t know how long my food was there and that she didn’t work to gos, she only saw the system go off. Just got home and just as I thought, I have soggy nachos and soggy fries. Very disappointed.

Good atmosphere. Lots of TVs for any sports games going on. Bar or restaurant. Service was good. Food tasted good but I feel the quality wasn't there for the prices being charged and the kids meals are sad and need to be better.

Katie was a phenomenal server. Recommended the fiesta bowl and it was delicious. Will be back! Ask for Katie!

I'm new to the area and this has become my go-to place to have a nice drink and good food. I just love the fried pot stickers. The atmosphere is always great and Raven the bartender is always just so nice, friendly, and welcoming when you sit down at the bar, she's also very prompt when you are needing a drink or re-fill. Keep up the great work.

After a hectic day at work going out for dinner and being attended by Raven at Miller's was extremely exceptional. The food was good, but the service received by Raven was excellent. Having a bartender with such great manners and attention to the customer is great to have for business. Food was good but not plentiful.

When we got there they were busy, took about 4 minutes and we got a table. Service was great, even so busy the waitress was there every few minutes to see if we need anything. I got fish and chips and it was great, light and airy

While there I got the chance to interact with server/bartender Raven she was very nice and professional very pleasant to be around I will be returning to visit soon
