I always have an amazing time with great help and resources everytime I'm at Million Air KSFB. Every one goes out of their way to help out, especially MariJo! Everyone feels like family over there!

Staff was very attentive to the needs of the aircraft after having a mechanical issue. The FBO is very inviting and comfortable. Looking forward to my return trip.

The WHOLE staff, every single person I met there was so kind. I even had the General Manager escort me to the other side of the airport, free of charge, after he overheard me say to another staff that I might have to walk to the shuttle area. I cannot speak more good things about the customer service and the relaxing time I had there. Thank you everyone!!

Can't say enough about the staff at Million Air. Called ahead and when I landed my little Cherokee, the car was waiting for me, water and smiles inside, do all my paperwork when I get back. I can't imagine flying with anyone else next time I'm in town.

Million Air at Sanford Airport is a beautiful FBO. All the people there are friendly and professional. Furthermore, Million Air FBO has a little café that prepares some tasty food.

Choppered in Saturday two weeks ago. Reasonable $30 landing & facility fee. Staff provided polite, helpful and quick service. The Wife and I greatly appreciated the use of the nearly new and spotless Mercedes Benz 300 crew car to run our errand in. Thank you Million Air for remembering that it is all about the service.

I have had the opportunity to used this FBO since I purchased my Cirrus a couple of years ago. I have nothing but praise to give. The Manager Mr. Greg Smith operates this FBO with the most highest attention. Him and his team are remarkable. Never has been a time that a request of mine has not been addressed and handled in a very professional and expedited manner. The FBO itself is very clean and it has an extensive amount of features like Business meeting room, Pilots lounge with Private nap rooms, Bathrooms, Movie theatre style TV area and even a Restaurant! If you are looking for an FBO in the Central Florida area that will make you feel amazing, Look no further!

Jeanine and the young night shift guy provided the best customer service I’ve ever received at a FBO!!! Fantastic five star service both days I was there. Easy in and out. Great amenities. Very clean. My passengers needed barf bags due to potential turbulence and Jeanine ran to our plane before departure and brought some. She saved the day! I met the manager and he was very welcoming and friendly as well. Thank you Million Air!! Can’t wait to be back!

This FBO sets the standards for service both on the ramp and inside. When we fly to/from KSFB we know everything will be A-OK.

My aircraft and crew travel to many FBO's around the country and this is one of our favorite of all time. Greg and his crew provide excellent service above and beyond.
