My husband and I moved to north Florida in December of 2022. We read the positive reviews about MotLee's and decided to drop in. From the warm genuine greetings to the delicious food, MotLee's did not disappoint. Thank you for making us feel like family!

I was expecting a bit more for the price but don't really have any real complaints. It was mediocre. Not bad, not great. Probably the thickest milkshake I have ever had, though. The flavor just needs a little work.

The staff was arguing practically the whole time we tried to eat. I was afraid to come back out of the bathroom thinking I might walk into a fight. The burgers were subpar and looked like they were cooked on weeks if not months of caked on burnt food. The only things good about this restaurant were the waffle fries and the quick service. We will never eat here at this location again.

Stay away from this place⚠️. Horrible food, worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. This was the first time me and my family went here and we ordered food and the food was just nasty and it wasn’t fresh. The bread tasted old and had a nasty taste. We also got milkshakes that we threw away after a couple sips After we ate the food our stomachs started hurting and it was because of the food we ate at this place. I called and asked for a refund and he said no we can’t put it back on your card and you didn’t want cash. And hung up on me. So after that call I drove there BY MYSELF and asked for the manager and I said please give me my refund and he said no he can’t. And I said you told me over the phone you can do cash and he said no. I was furious and I started speaking my language with my mom on the phone and he started mocking me. The managers name is Sam and he is the worst person I’ve ever met, so rude and disrespectful I can’t say how much I am furious with him. He should get fired with that kind of attitude. He then said I came with multiple people and caused a scene when I only came by myself to ask for a refund calmly and there were only a couple people inside. This manager is a liar I have no words.😡👊🏻 We filed a complaint because this place is horrible and has nasty food. Do not come to this location it’s ridiculous. I could give a 0 if I could.

I just had to say something this guy Dave says this chicken is like a chicken nugget Dave the chicken is premium sliced tenders. That’s why it shreds whenever you freak into it. Mum mum good

Everything was cold did not get a burger the way I asked for it. The crunchy broccoli is a joke.Terrible experience!!!

Driving back to Tampa from a court hearing in Jacksonville and wanted something different than the usual fast food. I had the smash burger with the extra patty, waffle fries and ice tea. Everything came out great. The burger was perfectly prepared and seasoned. The fries were well seasoned and the tea was fresh brewed. Everyone working was kind. I also got a low carb chicken bacon wrap for later and it was great. All the food I had was great. The menu was very impressive and had a lot of innovative options like Korean Barbecue. I come to Jacksonville sever times a year and will be making this a regular stop. This is a great small business. I read two negative reviews and all I can say to these people is “you should have said something when you first had an issue because this group would have fixed it immediately.”

No greeting when we walked in. The cashier we couldn't hear her had to ask her to repete herself several times!!

Wow! I stopped and got shrimp and fries at this place and wanted to try everything on the menu. If I lived any closer, I would. This is so refreshing compared to other fast food choices. The only thing I would request is that they change their oil so that people with soy allergies can try this. I have one of those people in my family and finding fast food choices for her is really hard. But that just shows that most restaurants use soy in their oil. It must be cost prohibitive for them. You can get vegetable oil without soy but that’s rare these days.

Ordered that blackened shrimp wrap and a Macclenny Mud Pie AND IT WAS SOOOO GOOD. Will be back when I'm visiting the town again!

The tender plate was pretty big. Their chicken is actual real chicken not some pressed junk like a nugget from other places. My smash burger seemed more like the entire burger was smashed not just the patty. The fries were not hot but still pretty tasty. Sweet potato fries were good

We only got a milkshake but from the smell from the kitchen made me drool!!! I can't wait to try there food!!!

The place itself wasn’t bad at all, but the food wasn’t great. I got the low carb grilled chicken and bacon wrap, and it was bland. My fiancé got their Korean BBQ chicken sandwich and he said it had wayyyy too much sauce on it. That it seemed like they smothered a mediocre, nasty piece of chicken, and drowned it in sauce to try to combat the taste of the chicken. The fries were the only good thing. It wasn’t call the health department horrible, but definitely not worth $12-$13 a meal. Maybe their burgers are better

Ordered chicken blt wrap and Korean bbq chicken sandwich. The chicken in both was very low quality meat, only chicken sandwich I’ve ever thrown away. Way too much sauce, and the sauce had way too much soy sauce in it. The fries were pretty damn good though, maybe the burgers are better but the chicken today was terrible.

Best fast food in the area by far, I go weekly never bad.

We hit this place up on a random whim when we stopped on a roadtrip and wow…it was amazing. I don’t know what i was expecting, but it wasn’t that! Got the Korean BBQ chicken sandwich and the loaded fries. Both were some of the best of their respective categories I’ve had in a long time.

Where do I start, this place we went to in the middle of a road trip. The service was such kind people then the options were crazy yet delicious! This will be my go to place for random trips specifically to just come eat here!

Holy cow - this food was good! Found this place while traveling in Florida for vacation. Hope they open up more locations!

The taste was pretty good not fancy. I just fine it weird, after I ordered 2 burgers and an order of fries. I paid and walked to sit down and my order was ready. How do you cook two burgers and fries in 13 walking steps? I have no idea, but they did it. Food was warm, so I guess they started cooking the burger when we pulled up, I'm not sure. A bit weird for me. Would I go back? Yes mostly because of the lack of burger places to choose from in the area. Was it tasty, yep. The kids behind the counter were bland and not excited to help anyone. Typical teens. That's all I got. Nothing bad to say about them. This visit was a 3pm weekday.

MotLee's has amazing food and wonderful people who work there. If you are looking for delicious food that is fast, stop in here. AMAZING FOOD and WONDERFUL PEOPLE!

The food was good and it came out fast. Not many options if you don't eat meat. The worker was very nice.

Stopped here on a trip home to Jacksonville from Fort Walton Beach. We were hungry and saw a billboard that promised "fresh cooked" burgers, NOT! The place is a lot like Cookout. But it's not nearly as good. I had to wait about 3 mins for anyone to answer the drive thru. I thought they might be closed and as I was about to leave a lady spoke up. I ordered the #1 which is their signature cheeseburger with a vanilla shake. I had to wait a few moments for the man to finish cleaning up the outside of the drive up window. Then waited about 5 more mins for my food. The burger 🍔 was cold and just a mess. The fries are disgusting. The shake was pretty good. All in all how I wished the drive thru lady was just a few seconds slower and I would have left. I will never return. I can't imagine this place will be around long. It's awful. Awful service. Awful food.

I had the Korean burger and my husband just had a regular burger. They are absolutely delicious 😋 and so are the waffle fries... Definitely going back... An extremely large selection of gourmet burgers 🍔

I ordered a chicken bacon wrap from Montlee's which was absolutely the best sandwich I've ever gotten from a drive thru restaurant. I now get all my fast foods from there. It's very fast good and efficient. I do prefer my food without the Montlee sauce added on. A cup of the side is great.

First time their was pretty good.. prices are kind of high! but definitely better than McDonald's!!!

Forgot my ranch, their fries are straight from Arby’s, chicken is way too chewy, roll is bland, and the chicken and fries taste a little off. It’s ok. I feel like there are better places to go. It seems like they put a bunch of different restaurants together into one and this is what we got.

Extremely clean great restaurant with very polite courtesy employees. Great food for a nice price. This is the flagship for all others to follow. Will be back when in the area again. A++++

Ate lunch here for the first time today.. the Smash burger I ordered was cold and the fries barely warm. My daughter ordered the shrimp po'boy fried and it was served grilled. When I informed the cashier, she just shrugged her shoulders and said ok. Never offering to remake the sandwich. If I am in the area I might give them another chance but won't be driving out of the way to .... For sure.

Stopped here because we were in town and my toddler wanted waffles. I asked if it was multiple pieces for $4 and told no it’s a very large waffle. First lie- the waffle was not even the size of my toddler’s hand. Secondly I asked for the original burger - made it a double and it was sadly underwhelming. The chicken sandwich I bought for myself was also salty and lacking in any other flavor. How do you make a fried chicken thigh taste so bland is beyond me. I really really really regret blowing $20.83 at this place. If I wasn’t dealing with my infant and toddler in the car I’d have gone inside and return the terrible food. Don’t waste your time going, I should have known that’s why it was empty.

First of all, the food was really good! We had the bang bang shrimp and a shrimp po-boy, the sauces were unique and bursting with flavor. We stopped there because it looked like a local place bed on its web site, and it had a very different set of food options compared to the chains all around it. Really glad we stopped there! And we met one of the owners - very friendly and enthusiastic! We don't come by this area very often, but when we do, we will be stopping here!

We had the shrimp po boy and the bang bang shrimp. What a great find! Local fast food that was really delicious! Thanks to owner Mr. Lee for introducing us to the shrimp and grits, too. Total yum! We highly recommend- you gotta try it! We will be back next time we pass thru! The staff was super professional and very cheerful - sign of a good manager!

This was a redemption visit. I am so pleased to change my review. The staff at yesterday's visit was absolutely amazing. The milkshakes had great consistency, and the quaso chicken BBQ fries went really well w my beer at home. Thank you, guys, for making it right and the service was amazing.

I liked what I ordered (Bang Bang Shrimp Po Boy,) but my kids didn't care for their food or their ice cream. If the kids and wife don't care for the food I won't be back. The food was fresh and the service was great; they just didn't care for the taste of the food.

They have the nicest staff. Super sweet and make sure your order is correct. Also there is never a line and if there is, you will not wait long for your food. Can’t recommend them enough!

If I could give the food a zero I would I paid almost $12 for a low carb wrap the picture on the window looked like nice pieces of grilled chicken. What I received it it was dark meat chix that was finely ground up. It was absolutely disgusting. I had never been here before so didn’t want to cause a scene but to say the least I would NEVER come back even if it was free. My friend got chicken tenders that were very bland. We both threw our food away and wrote it off as a bad experience. I really wish I would’ve taken a picture. I just can’t believe how they served me the wrap.

The food tastes good. The service was good. The staff was very friendly. If you haven't already eaten here you should give it a try.

I normally don't leave reviews but I had to for this one! We were traveling and stopped in for lunch. We'd never heard of it and wanted to try it out. After we left I tried to look up locations closer to our town in Florida and realized this is just the one location. We wish it was closer! Great place! We had a burger and the yard bird. Will be back when traveling back to the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in the fall.

Wish they had more locations. The service was great and food to match. I'm happy we decided to go outside the box and try something different on our trip.

Best Nashville Chicken Sandwich I have ever tasted

I had the lone star burger with waffle fries. Burger had a deliciously charred crust, plenty of fried onions and bacon. The fries are nice and crispy outside and fluffy inside. I’ll be back!

Bread on my po boy was rock hard

As I was waiting in line at another "fast food" drive thru 6 minutes and no one had taken my order after asking me to wait. I saw the Motlees sign. I never heard of it but figured, it could not be worse!! OMG!! AMAZING & SUPER FAST REAL FOOD!! Also great service! 10 Stars

The fries were my fav!!!! the line wasn’t long nor was the wait. The shrimp were a little salty for me but could have been a little better. But i will be back to try something else. Best place in Baker tho.

Road trip must do!! If I lived here I would go often. Great shakes & those sweet potato fries are heaven. Big varied menu, I have never seen shrimp and grits on a drive through menu, so definitely nice if you are in a hurry but wanting something other than the ordinary drive through. I enjoyed the yard bird and peach crumble milkshake a lot.

Excellent food. Wish there was one in lake city! Awesome milkshakes and burgers! Last visit, the hamburger was mostly bun. And the sweet potato fries were so sweet, as if there was sugar on them. Im a little disappointed.

Nothing is more fantastically awesome than trying out a new small restaurant you just serendipitously discovered. Particularly one that is new itself! #SmallBizFever We stopped at Motlee’s on our road trip. And let me tell you! YOU need to stop in here, too! The food rocks! The people here are fun & friendly! It’s just wonderful to enjoy a meal and not make it so transactional! What’s really amazing is this is (for now!) a one-off location! It looks like a usual chain/franchise kind of fast-food place, and that’s by intentional design! I spent just a hot minute peppering one of the owners with questions, and for me, a guy with some business knowledge, I learned a lot! But come in and try the food, yo! My wife enjoyed her wrap. And I had a shrimp po’ boy. Dang good both of them, as were the delish french fries on the side. Drinks were as you expect anywhere. Sit at the picnic table a short spell, and recognize the blessings we have being in the greatest country ever… 🇺🇸 See y’all soon?! I do hope so!!! ✌️🤠❤️

I had The Nashville hot sandwich and it was ok. It was lukewarm so I didn’t get a chance to experience a fresh sandwich. I understand some things are premade but customers are willing to wait for fresh food. It’s what’s expected when we pay. I’d be willing to try again but maybe I’d go right at opening.

We tried the burger with the BBQ sauce and fried onion straws , sweet potato waffle fries , and Korean BBQ fried chicken / yard bird sandwich. Everything was great! We did prefer the taste of the fried onion straw burger.. the Korean BBQ yard bird was good but just came with too much sauce on it. Would eat here again and recommend.

I hope this place opens up more locations. It’s the best quality fast food you can possibly get. I’m so bummed it took me 3 years to try it after driving past it so many times.

I don't eat the burgers, so I can not say anything about those, but the other items are always so fresh and delicious. Drive thru staff, always friendly. I was not asked to pull up this time to wait. However, my only complaint about Motley's is them asking me to pull up and wait for my food, and they will bring the food out. I literally think that bothers me so bad, especially if there is no one else in the drive-thru.

I can't believe it's taken this long for me to try this place out! I will definitely be back. A definite fast food alternative.Food was fresh and I would not consider it fast food. We did get our food in less than five minutes. Much better than the other restaurants around here. For close to the same price!

Not your typical burger joint with some unique items on the menu but something for everyone.

Fast food well above the typical chains. Service was friendly and fast. Staff answered all our questions and accommodated all requests. Milk shakes were great, fries fresh and a great selection of sauces. The burger was a little dry but overall good. I will definitely stop again (Nashville hot chicken sandwich is next).

This place is awesome! Finally a drive thru with real non processed food. Real vs a frozen tv dinner. I will certainly be back!

Omg YUM! I stopped here during a road trip and was starving. Was looking for something other than the standard fast food places and was absolutely blown away by the standards inside! Super clean, very friendly staff, yummy menu, good prices. Had a plain burger and fries with a sweet tea; it was all delicious! Used the restroom too, which was super clean and well stocked. Bravo to the management and staff because this place is all around killer!

Wish they had more of these because the only one around me is 30 mins away but I'm still going all the time
