I enjoy going here, it's very yummy but it's a bit pricey. 2 items (rolled ice cream and a waffle stick) would cost $18. The place does need some love though, the vibe is interesting... I still come here often and wish to go again soon :)

An interesting take on an ice cream sundae. (Also a bit pricey at nearly $9.00 per person) This is a traditional Thai frozen treat of fruit, cookies, Liquid ice cream, that is frozen before your eyes; cut, rolled and served with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.

The cashier literally raised her voice and shouted at me because I asked for a milkshake. When I asked her what they had available she shrugged her shoulders. I was so utterly shocked and confused. I believe she was racist and just plain out rude and unprofessional. Inside smells like literal fish and the seats on the chairs are peeling apart. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid the bad customer service next door is 10x way better.

Walking in was a little scary. Place needs a revamp. But the ice cream was good.

Rolled ice cream tasted great! it’s a busy sunday so do expect a wait. everything was well until a couple came in complaining about the wait and service. well what do you expect on a busy sunday everything is hand made 🤷‍♀️don’t like it go make it yourself. but overall good icecream some more employees may help but i enjoyed the atmosphere and attitude of all employees except that nasty couple that came in to ruin everyone’s experience.

We were looking for dessert and stumbled on this place. The ice cream and waffles were really good. Specially the strawberry one! We really enjoyed it!

I found three hairs in my ice cream. This was after a solid 20 minute wait. Such a disappointment

i have nothing bad to say about this place. the atmosphere is amazing, it’s very clean. they have all types of ice creams & boba teas and a lot of other things too. everything is very tasty and you will not regret coming here. it’s always an enjoyable experience coming to Mr.Cool

Ok. Order was incorrect, likely because they don't speak very good English. They only have 4 types of ice cream and everything else is done with flavoring. They have some interesting types of dishes/deserts but if you are looking for traditional scooped ice cream consider going elsewhere.

Tried a few items...all delicious

No where in here do they have prices listed. 35 dollars for two ice creams and waffle sticks ,the sticks didn’t even come out with the ice cream so I didn’t even want them by them time they got out. With 35 dollars I will buy my ice cream at the store. Ah no thank you, maybe make your ice cream more affordable for the value and taste and the customer service as well

This is a great, small, family own place. A large and AMAZING selection of flavors for both ice cream and Bubba. Really recommend this place. And it feels great to also be supporting a local, family owned, small business in my community!

While the inside is extremely run down (we didn’t stay to eat)… the ice cream options were vast and the rolls are delicious!

I love this place. Great service, great treats, I love their teas and rolled ice creams they offer so much variety and customization that I can come here every day and never have the same thing twice.

I went with my partner last Saturday evening and everything was awesome! The attention was very great, our server was Livia and she was so nice and professional, she mades us laugh and help us with our questions from the menu so we made a great choice on ice creams! I’m definitely coming back!

Got charged extra for REMOVING banana off a signature ice cream, like if I wanted to replace it with something sure go ahead, but I only wanted it gone how am I gonna get charged extra for that!?

It saddens me to write this post. My kids love coming here, but today we experienced something very upsetting. We get it, anyone can get cut or have an accident when it comes to working with knifes. The problem comes when you get cut, you know you are bleeding and do nothing to show that you care for the customers. Instead of show safe sanitary practices, this employee shows the opposite (unsafe sanitary practices) He is either too lazy or just doesn’t care. This employee instead of washing his hands, placing a bandage 🩹 on his cut and putting on gloves. 🧤 He instead licked the blood 🩸 from his cut, covered it with his black sweatshirt and then proceeded to make my kids drinks. Then he gets upset when he is told, I want someone else to make my kids drinks, Sir you are bleeding. As long as this employee works here, we will not be coming here again. He has no safe sanitary practices, no care for customers and definitely no customer services. Employee was laughing, saying whatever, very disrespectful, has no common sense, needs to go to school, learn sanitation practices and professionalism.

My daughter was in the mood for Boba tea. This soloist is a treat. It was just one lil lady working but she’s quick. It’s a delight just to se her work on these delicious sweets. Stop by if you are in the area. Highly recommended.

Their ice cream is very good and have so many options to choose from! They also sell boba tea and milkshakes, Bubble Waffles and Lolly waffles. The staff are very nice and the facility is very clean as well. Would recommend to those in the area that want ice cream, boba or Lolly Waffles.

Never in all the times I have visited Mr. Cool have they ever missed. I have tried many rolled ice creams but none are as good as the rolled ice cream served here. I always try to swing by when I’m in the area, and sometimes I even drive 30 minutes just to come here because they’re open late. I always get the Supreme Berry. It just has that perfect sweetness, and it’s fruity and refreshing so I can eat so much of it. I just love how they blend the berries in with the ice cream, and they give me a lot of berries on top. Another good recommendation is the morning latte. The staff is very friendly; I come often so they always greet me, and it’s a nice, roomy hangout spot to study or relax at. I highly recommend passing by and giving it a try at least once !! They will not disappoint.

i can admit that my first experience with this establishment was less that stellar. the shop is roomy and comfortable. the music is mainly up tempo and pop. the staff this time around was more welcoming than my last experience. as for the product, i feel that $11 was a bit excessive for roughly the equivalent of one scoop of ice cream. but overall it was a moderate experience. this is a decent hang out spot. the menus are clearly displayed but pricing is not advertised.

The ice cream shop is excellent there have different choices and flavor of ice cream. I had extreme berry, it has fresh berries. The place it's totally worth visiting. If anyone is into Cold Stone, this is worth it.
