Overall nice experience. We ordered samosa and samosa chat. Both were delicious. They were super hot, fresh and crispy. Samosas are highly recommended.

Wonderful flavors! Freshly made. Delightful atmosphere and the grounds have been straightened up and it looks new again.

Food was good , staff was courteous and we ordered paneer bhurji, bhel , all was good, keep up the good food ☺️😊

Butter chicken is some of the best I’ve had in Texas! And the Indian hot is actually nice and HOT! Must get the garlic naan to complete the meal. So good!!

The food is AMAZING! The Butter Garlic Curry with the authentic heat, not the watered down American version, with the Garlic Naan is my go to every time. This restaurant has my utmost loyalty and will always recommend

Just got back from eating here. The food is outstanding! We had the samosas, chana bhatura, and papdi chaat. All three were great, especially the chana bhatura. Many wonderfully complex flavors, without the spice-for-spice-sake we find at many of the food trucks. The food truck is part of a group of 6 (pizza, Mexican, Lebanese, Afghani!...), so it's perfect for a large group, something for everyone :). And it's in Southwest Austin! Love it!! :)

Tried lamb rogan josh & it was terrible..

Motton rogan josh was bitter and horrible. Samosa chat was decent

Ordered Bhel Puri to go and it was a little on the sweeter side. Would have loved it if they could have added some spices and made it a little spicy

Really nice food, we had butter chicken, naan, masala chai. It was really good, even kids ate it, which is the best sign of good food. Totally recommended.

Really delicious Indian food truck — we got the lamb rogan josh and the lamb korma, both came with basmati rice. We usually get them mild, which does still have some spice and is still flavorful and delicious. So if you’re not used to heat/don’t like spice, definitely get mild or something not spicy. Our friend got the Chana Baturi (savory chickpeas) and the fried bread they give with it is ridiculously good. They’re so nice too! Everything is cooked fresh so be patient, but it’s worth it.

I just had the veggie korma and can't wait to come back to try so much more!

The owner was so nice! And oh wow was the food DELISH. I got the Mango Lassi and the butter chicken and they did NOT disappoint! We will definitely be coming back!

Location is great, so near from Dripping Springs and we don’t have much Indian food in Dripping Springs so it’s a great option. This is highly underrated place. It should be more popular. All chats are very tasty. Hidden gem for Indian street food. We ordered bhel puri and aalu tikki chaat. Liked BHEL more compared to the other one. We also ordered chhole bhature. It came with pickle and onions salad. Chhole was really scrumptious. Very delicious. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The atmosphere is lovely with all different cuisine food trucks and nice outdoor sitting area. Many vegetarian options available. Will visit again.

Food was ok.. we ordered Paneer burji but this is what i got. I am not sure if this made this way in any other place in India. But this not at all paneer burji

What an amazing place we stumbled upon! The owner is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting. We sampled the Bhel Puri (beach snack), which was a burst of flavor! We also tried the Tikka Masala, Paneer Bhurji, and Chana Masala which were so flavorful. Highly recommend this spot!

This some of the best Indian food I’ve had in a very long time. This is honestly comparable to the best of the best, even after doing a restaurant tour in New Dehli. Nice work.

Two. Do. Rendu. Dhuto. HUGE. HOT. Homemade. Choley. Bhaturey. In apna Austin. In the cold. In the gorgeous Austin hill country. I don't think you understand: There are TWO. TWO Bhaturey. Both are piping HOT. The Choley are melt in your mouth good, a warm hug from back home. This place isnt an indian food truck. It's a teleportation device, its Star Trek meets Swades. You eat one single bite here and you're one of the background salwar dancers in the DDLJ - ghar aaja pardesi song with the Yellow flowers, wondering why he didn't just pull the train ka chain last mein. O Pochi, O Koka, O Bobi, O Lola. EVERYTHING is delicious and came out piping hot. E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. There's all kinds of chaat, the bhaturey, gulab jamun, tikka masala, rice. The tikka masala is exquisite - its the richest gravy in Austin, with the cream and the flakes of methi and generous chunks of protein. The chaat is all amazing and spot on - the paani puri comes with cutting chai-sized tubs of both the paanis. There's tons of seating on picnic benches and games for kids, a couple of hammock tree swings. The owner, a young dad, is full of jokes - just the nicest guy with a huge smile. GO NOW.

My friend and I came here after a hike and it hit the spot. We actually came several months ago but I JUST found the business card the owner gave me and decided to write the review I promised. He was so nice and told us the story of why he opened the food truck. So glad he did because it was some of the best Indian food I’ve had. We got the butter chicken, pakora, mango lassi, and garlic naan. And yes I still remember what I got because it was that good. Hope to take a road trip back here!

Wow, wow! Ordered many different dishes to feed my work team for lunch yesterday. EVERYTHING was delicious! Thank goodness there were leftovers. Get to this truck and eat up!!

Heard so much about this place. Based on reviews decide to give a try, food is good service is great but eating there was very stressful due to way too many flies were there to enjoy food ! but that is not restaurants fault just heads up if you sit and eat there be aware of flies.

The chole Battura here is just the best in Austin. Also the salted lassi is very traditional with cumin seeds etc. Definitely recommend.

Absolute best food and service, hands down. I asked them about doing a large-ish order (for about 10 people) and they were super helpful in navigating ingredients, quantity, and timing. Everything I've had here is amazing, and the people are the best!

Wow! This place is absolutely delicious. The naan was the perfect combo of crispy outside and fluffy inside & the flavors so bold. I got the Palak Kofta and I will be dreaming about this dish forever now. SO SO good! Thank you!!!

Amazing food! We had the butter chicken, Dal Makhani and Bhel Puri. Very true traditional flavors blending so perfectly together. We were very satisfied and will be back. The owner and staff always friendly. The meal comes in a green reusable bag. Positive experience!

I wish I could give Namaste Austin more than 5 stars! As someone who has been starved for good, authentic Indian food since moving here from the Bay Area 4 years ago, I was in food heaven! We ordered Bhel Puri, Pani Puri, Papdi Chaat, garlic Naan and chicken tikka masala. Everything was super delicious. Fresh, hot and tasty! Definitely going back here. Many many times!!

I love coming to eat here. The food feels so nourishing and is loaded with flavor. You can taste the love and care that it was cooked with. Haripal is always very kind and great at recommending things, as I love to try new things and everything they make is delicious!
