Good steak and terrific service

Stopped here for a dinner while traveling for work. Sat at the bar, the bar tender was very attentive and helpful. The food was typical outback fare. Ok place to grab a bite, nothing exciting just what you would expect for a typical chain steak place.

The ribeye was recommended by our waiter. I usually get the filet, but decided to try the ribeye. Even being medium rare, it was so full of gristle and fat that in the half I ate, I could only chew about 1/4 of it. I took the remaining half home, warmed it carefully under defrost to keep it MR, and it is truly like eating shoe leather.

Great experience. Will be back.

Blooming onion was overcooked verge of being burnt. Bathrooms barely had any toilet paper and they smelled like they had not been cleaned in a long time.

I just felt so discriminated by this restaurant, thats the first time it happened to me in 10 years living here in USA. I went to eat with my family after 1 week with no seen my husband (he goes out of the state for work) and we have 2 kids, the little one is 2 year old and he just woke up of his nap and was hungry, both kids we’re being kids when they’re upset, and WE as a parents we’re trying to calm them down because we already order and we were hungry, once we paid I saw people clapping and laughing because we’re leaving including THE STUFF of the restaurant…. I’ve never been felt like that before in my entire life… people don’t know what’s going on in your life to react of that way… because my older one has ADHd pending of testing of autism and the little one TOO. So thank you for that horrible moment because I feel so bad. And yes my husband reacted badly im that situation

Enjoyed our dinner tonight… had Regina serving us and she was AMAZING! We felt like her guests, not customers she was serving. We really enjoyed our dinner tonight!

Chain restaurant that does it right, but being a chain, service is what makes or breaks a location. Josh is the best! Top notch service, and a great sense of humor.

My hubby and I always love our date nights at Outback! The food is always tasty, and the service is excellent and entertaining. We request Josh each time we come because he is knowledgeable of the menu, and is so on top of everything. I definitely recommend dining at this this location!👍

We regularly eat at this restaurant and have usually very pleased with the food and service. This evening I needed to order our food to go. The entrees were good and the order was ready as soon as I got there. The only disappointment was the salads. $12 dollars for a little bit of lettuce is not worth it. Almost no cheese or pecans.

Salad was brown. Blooming onion was burnt. Veggies were cold. Just left a different restaurant because we couldn't get service so we just ate it. Charles was a great server though! Bathroom was filthy too. Pubic hairs and dirt in the sink. Maybe it backed up or something but trash cans were overflowing and urinals reeked

Service was great, waiter was busy but did a great job. Ordered from lunch menu and was disappointed with our lunch. Very small portion for the price. Caesar salad was drenched in dressing overloaded with garlic.

We arrived at 1:30 for a late lunch. Our server Kelli was AMAZING! She very attentive and really on point with customer service (even when it’s busy…. she just never stopped)!!! The food was cooked to perfection too, so our compliments to the cook and all other support staff as well! Great job! A+++

The best part of last night was the service from Miranda. Professional and she never said “what are WE Having tonight” a pet peeve of mine. We came in around 7:15 PM on a Sunday night and nice and quiet with a good vibe. Outback food was as expected, No issues. Try the mushrooms! Thanks again, Miranda

My steak was over cooked but it was still fine. My sons food though was different. He had ordered the fried chicken and it was overcooked where the chicken was dry and tough. His macaroni had an odd after taste of onion kinda like onion powder. We didn't complain cause we were hungry. Our server seemed to be over worked going all over the place. I couldn't get mad at her cause she was trying her best to accommodate all her tables.

No idea what the food tasted like im an Uber driver while I wait to have back surgery done so all I pretty much can do to help out is Uber. I pulled into this parking lot at 5:46p.m today on 7-13-24 and I have seen 3 cars pull up beside me and leave with and order before us while I have another order in the car that was supposed to be delivered at 5:54p.m it is now 6:06 p.m and you can’t even tell me the status of my order. I will not only never accept another order from her I’ll let the Crawfords know about it and you’ll lose a lot if business around Clermont treating open like there job isn’t as important as yours or just the lack of respect in general… Edit at 6:11p.m I go in to ask again what’s going on and they tell me it’s going to be another 20 minute wait as there really far behind right now!?! So you made me wait 20 minutes to tell em that and couldn’t just tell me as soon as I got there how far behind y’all were I’ve been there when the parking lot was slammed and have never seen this happened or been ignored in this fashion. But today parking lot probably 3/4ths full because it being a rainy day and all even though it’s Saturday surprisingly it’s not full and you guys couldn’t just let me know hey sir we’re busy it’s gonna be a pretty good wait in your steak. Oh yeah how long? About 40 minutes boom done great service but no you got to tell me you don’t know what goes on in the kitchen.

I went into Outback and was treated wonderful by the host but the server with short black hair basically treated us as we didn’t exist. A cup a water and some bread would have been helpful., No sense of urgency. Spend her time talking to another sever instead of rendering upmost customer service.

This my place. I love going to outback to relax. The most top-notch server is Veronica who is behind the bar and genuinely makes me feel welcome. Then there is D who always makes everyone feel welcome. Thank you guys for always a wonderful experience when I go there.

My first time in town and decided to go to Outback with my family. We got super lucky to experience Regina. She was an AMAZING waitress. She was very attentive and friendly. The food was great and so was the service. I recommend coming here and if you can, ask to be seated in Regina’s section! Thank you so much for giving us such a great experience!

BUYER BE WARE. Order 2 specials as they appeared on the email that I received from OB. $13.99 each including the drinks. When the bill came I swiped the CC. I didn’t think it was necessary to check the bill since it was straight forward; 2 meals at $13.99 each. When I asked for the receipt I noticed that it was much more. The reason being that the server over charged me $7.79 by charging for the drinks separately. When brought to her attention she said; “oh you’re right” and left with the bill. She came back and said that “it’s the way I wrote it up why it came out like that “ I said ok I want my money back. She left again and came back saying the manger said that she wrote up correctly and he couldn’t fix it. I said that’s not right. She said ok how much do I owe you. I sad $ 7.79 and she reached into her pocket and pulled out some money and I said what are you doing. She said I giving you your money back. I didn’t accept it. She made a simple mistake and the manager refused to fix it. P.S. I’ve been calling OB CS for 3 days and have left 5 messages to no avail.

We ordered take out. It was gross. My meal was grilled chicken and fries. They put the fries in the same container as the chicken so they absorbed all the juices from the chicken. They were soggy and not edible. Go elsewhere. Not worth the money.

Kelly is amazing! Food is sooooo good, but I'll say, the spicy brussel sprouts are SPICY. Kelly warned me but I underestimated it. Steaks are so good! Perfectly cooked and taste like butter. All around great location and experience.

Outback steakhouse is my favorite place to eat, the food is great especially the rack of ribs and the grilled chicken breast combo the food is cooked to order and does not taste like stale food, the service is great and I did not have to wait long for my meal to be served the atmosphere is great,I would not hesitate to recommend Outback steakhouse to my friends and family.

We ordered the prime rib sandwich and a hamburger medium rare. The prime rib arrived with significantly less meat than I remember when it first came out. The hamburger arrived well done, kindly advised the waiter who replaced the order...this happened two more times each time the manager became involved. The staff was great the kitchen not so much. This won't stop us from returning. Everyone has a bad day!

Just had the best meal and experience at Clermont Outback! Our server, Josh, was the best! It is so refreshing to see that customer service and great personality towards patrons does still exist. Our meal was excellent and timed just right. I appreciate not being rushed through courses. It’s been a bit since we’ve been to Outback but we will definitely be back!

Hot, appetizing food and quality service like all my visits to most Outback’s. Getting into the parking lot can be a little strange because of the shared access to other businesses but that shouldn’t deter anyone who wants a good steak dinner. The prime rib is one of my favorites (especially an end cut).
