Our favorite gelato place! The pistachio is my favorite. Only downside is the atmosphere- there’s nowhere to sit! If it’s raining (which it does a lot), you better book it to your car to eat. :/

Ice cream was delicious. But the size of scoops are miserable. Never seen anything like this. 2 stars because of it. Expensive for what you get

I’m obsessed with affogato and Paciugo’s location on the bay☀️ is just perfect when you want to have a nice view. It’s one of my fave places to hang out for something light and seeet with my friends. Their ice cream is not light tho! Oh so creamy! Award-winning! They also have non-milk alternatives. Coco-based and water-based. I’ve been here an embarassimg amount of times. Oh! Recommendation: pistachio and peanut butter ice cream with 2 shots of espresso. Happy energy all day 😃

Absolutely amazingly delicious. It’s a joy to visit the shop on Beach Street and enjoy the atmosphere and the great gelato! I’ve never found better! So many flavors, but I’m a simple chocolate girl!

Amazing! And right in downtown St Pete so we were able to explore after enjoying some incredible gelato (once the crazy rain passed). Brookie flavor was surprisingly not good so glad they allowed samples. There were plenty of other delicious ones like strawberry milk, dark chocolate and mint chocolate!!

So many options! We came pretty late in the day close to closing and everyone was really nice. We got the coffee flavored one and it was so good. Definitely a great place for a sweet treat when you’re downtown!

My favorite gelato shop around, great quick service and tons of delicious flavors. The regular is plenty! Fairly priced for a downtown dessert stop. My favorite was the white chocolate raspberry.

Gelato was so delicious, they have so many flavors and let me sample a lot! Ladies were so nice and patient as it took me a while to decide. Definitely recommend

The ice cream here is amazing, hands down one of the best in St Pete. It is a little bit on the expensive side but totally worth it.

Love the vegan gelato and sorbet. The oat milk version of the gelato was delicious. They should try offering the avocado version again.

Ice cream is super delicious, but they do not use gloves😮😳when packing or serving ice cream .. mmm not good

The flavors were amazing and the quality was top tier. The employees are so nice and allow you to sample. It was raining when we went, but there's also nice outdoor seating :)) I loved the pistachio because it was smooth but wasn't too salty, and the cherry with chocolate chip was a unique combo.

Best Gelato outside of Europe! It's almost impossible to get good Gelato in the US but Paciugo has the best I've tasted yet. The Pistachio is so delicious and very flavorful. I also had the chocolate chip and cappuccino which are great as well.

Cool place to sit and have an ice cream, the workers are little bit unfriendly, and I didn’t liked the taste of the vegan options, I tried the dairy free oats cookie & dairy free blueberry, I’m still feeling nausea 4 hours after having the ice cream, too sweet, little flavor & too much sugar on it. You barely can feel any blueberry taste & same about oats & cookie… the taste was more like a weird very sweet cinnamon I don’t know. Weird. Didn’t liked. 😣

Both my father and I got the cappuccino gelato dairy free flavor and we both got severe food poisoning an hour after. Very disappointing!!! I did write this review before calling the store. I gave them my information and the manager Debbie called me back within 30 minutes. I explained everything and she reassured me that the coconut milk was not expired. She did refund my money. She sent me a picture of the actual coconut milk label with the expiration date being in 2025. She also mentioned that the reason why I got food poisoning is not because of the contamination, but because of this chemical that’s in a dairy free ice cream, which is called arithritol. I find it very hard to believe that a chemical like that would give both myself and my father 4 to 5 hours of projectile diarrhea. I’m grateful to God that my daughter did not come with us. Otherwise she would have ended up in the hospital from dehydration by consuming this contaminated ice cream. Lastly, I’m extremely disappointed that this happened because everything looks so delicious. I believe the staff and management should work on making sure everything is up to par and nothing is contaminated.

I got the coconut and it was very tasty! The kid small was a perfect amount! Quick service and they also have a ton of flavors!

Gelato was delicious, very creamy and spot on with the flavours. They allow sampling so it was good for my wife and kids to try different ones before choosing. The ordering line is spacious with more room than other places. There is a lot of seating area out on the patio so we could enjoy the nice weather.

We ride our bikes here for an evening treat at least once or twice/month! The water based chocolate is so yummy and satisfying. For those avoiding dairy you won’t have FOMO here! Sitting outside watching the world go by while enjoying this gelato is the epitome of living the dream!

The best gelato in the Tampa Bay area! Our favorite flavor was the Amaretto. We also tried the Banoffee pie, Stracciatella, Cafe Mocha, and Peanut butter.

Easily the best gelato place that I have tried in North America. They also offer an excellent custom cake service, as well as sweet drinks/shakes and ice cream take out.

I been here 3 or 4 time, it’s my favorite place to go, not only that I saw my childhood m&Ms cookies taste like the original cookies back in the 90s.. don’t get rid of those cookies.when I saw those cookies I had an nostalgia moment.

I always forget to review this place because i demolish the ice cream so i don’t have any photos but i’ve been coming here for a year now and it never misses i swear. The gelato here must have crack in it because i never get tired of this place and the flavors they have. Also the employees are always so fast and on top of their stuff. Highly recommend getting your gelato here you will not regret it!!!!

I tried the peanut butter and jelly, cappuccino, and chocolate dairy-free gelatos and I was astounded. Creamy, sweet, indistinguishable from “normal” gelato (to my memory). Amazing spot for anyone looking for dairy-free/vegan frozen treats!

They consistently have the best gelato outside of NY or Boston…at least that I’m aware of. Today I had egg nog, pistachio and gingerbread cookie. My “scooper” had an attitude that I’ve never encountered here before but otherwise it was as good as ever.

Ice cream is to die for! And so many delicious varieties make it so difficult choose.

The Gelato is very light. Loved the coffee flavor mixed with salted caramel. I do recommend trying before getting. I found some flavor to be on the midler side.

i’ve never had anything here i didn’t like. you can sample the gelato before you purchase and the staff is glad to help you. pre covid you used to be able to sit inside but now you can’t so i took a start off for that but there’s ample outside seating.

You just can’t get better dessert anywhere and it is always out of this world. My husband and I go all the time, and will drive an hour to go just for the evening. There is a reason this is rated the best in the US. Just go; you will fall in love!

We had a Paciugo gelato cart at our wedding in St Pete and it was the biggest hit! It was so delicious and all the flavor (& non dairy) were amazing. Could not recommend their services or product enough!

Ooooo~ My wife and I loved them! We each had multiple flavors, but our favorite was the apple pie!

The Gelato was smooth and delicious. Some of the staff were friendlier than others. The place was busy and seemed to have a rush after we entered. I sampled a couple of flavors before making my decision. The gelato was fresh and creamy and I enjoyed it very much. I ordered mine in a chocolate dipped, sprinkled waffle cone. It was a pleasant experience.

I've never been a Gelato fan but this place is different. They have an amazing Mint Chocolate Chip.

Yes I have a sweet tooth. And this is a must when I go downtown. My problem is trying to decide what flavor to get. Everything I have had has been excellent. I even bring home a container.

We just had Paciugo do my daughters wedding. We had the gelato cart and the coffee bar. Everything was amazing. The gelato was delicious and the coffee was perfect. Debbie is absolutely amazing to work with. I’m definitely recommending her to anyone having a party.

i came here during pride and i tried the lavender(or violet?) gelato. it was incredible. im very partial to floral flavors in sweet things and you dont see them a lot so i was excited to find it here! definitely worth it.

Gelato was mediocre. Tasted like bluebell which I typically enjoy but not for $6.40 a scoop.
