Gorgeous food and great service!!

I usually get great food and great service. Today I ordered and got my order it was wrong received a refund reordered and the lady still got it wrong idk if someone’s new making the drinking but I ordered a cafe con leche protein shake what I got was half shake half oatmeal it was so disappointing. I won’t be back at $11.60 a drink I expect it to be made correct

I at first loved this place the shakes are really good but the lack of customer service last visit made me not want to come again. I had ordered a shake online the estimated time it said it would be ready was 15-20 minutes and that’s when I had arrived. The minute I walked in the guy was like “ I thought you were never coming for your drink” I said “ the time online said 15-20 minutes” he said “if you put asap it’ll be made that second now your drink is all melted and not pretty” I felt so uncomfortable how was I suppose to know why didn’t the time say 5 minutes then and if it’s melted why wouldn’t you have offered to remake it after I explained myself it’s not like it’s super cheap, and you would think a shake place would have a freezer to put pick up orders in to hold the coldness. We were addicted but now we will Go elsewhere. I don’t do well with bad customer service

Me n My son absolutely love this place. Everytime we are in the area we get their Nuttella and cinnamon toast crunch protein shakes! Service is super fast as well.

The best shake I ever tried was here. Besides, the customer service was great. It is inside of a barbershop but the guy explained me you can also go in by the back door directly. All I can say it was a great experience, I enjoyed my shake a lot

One of the best hidden gems in Pembroke Pines. All of their shakes and smoothies are delicious and they have less calories and more protein compared to the competition. I will always come here after jiu-jitsu practice or for a quick snack. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been going to Pines Wellness Spot for a long time now. I tell my friends at work about this place so they can come and join me maintain my healthy weight goal. Jose is very motivating to keep you on track! They have a great selection of teas, shakes, even waffles and snack bars! You will like it! It’s very well kept too!

One of those well kept secrets that you need to share because it’s to good to not to. The snickers shake was delicious. Staff was welcoming and immediately text me details for me to share and welcome new customers and receive 30% off. The entrance is a through the barbershop or the back ally making this truly a secret little gem. I can’t wait to try the waffles and all the other flavors. Key lime yummy… bubble gum too.

I love this place. It’s small but clean and has a nice vibe. You can dine in or take out. My daughter and I got the waffle and the protein shake. So delicious I forgot it was healthy!! I must go back. Such a nice little spot. Prices are reasonable and you won’t be disappointed in the taste!
