Food amazing service fantastic. Excellent choice for a road trip stop..

We were celebrating my husband's 70th birthday and had to check this place out. It's awesome! It wasn't meal time so we enjoyed cocktails outside. They were great, as was our server. We will go back for a meal next time.

Was great we stopped by after going down the river. It was great food fast service. Nice outdoor seating.

We were traveling and home and decided to stop in the area on the way home. Our options were limited for a Sunday and not to mention we had our frenchie with us so outdoor seating was a must and we arent much into fast food ao felt this was a good option. Just based on the online photos and reviews, I felt like this place was going to have such a great vibe and atmosphere. Upon arrival, one girl had her back to the door and appeared to be working on a Togo order but never acknowledged me. The hostess came from the back a few minutes later and I made sure our dog was okay for patio seating and she was very sweet about him and lead me outside. My husband joined me with our dog and then we sat for a good 10 min before i noticed the bartender mention to another server we had been there for a minute and obviously had no drinks or anything, to which she seemed to respond by going inside and telling someone. Then she came to us and said our server was "ringing someone out and would be with us soon" and motioned that the girl who sat us would get our drinks. Completely understandable but we began feeling like a bother to these people but were hungry and exercised our patience. A little weird considering there was 2 tables inside, us, 1 other person and maybe 4 other tables opposite the bar who seemed to be cared for pretty attentively by their server 🤔. So we get our drinks which weren't the best but tolerable. I notice the bar group was having a great time and it seemed like they were locals. Then the wait began for our food order to be taken. At this point I realize it's nearing 20 plus minutes, no server for us and just awkward glances and avoidance. Completely unacceptable service in my opinion and we are major foodies and treat our servers well. So I decided to go in and place our order since we obviously were an inconvenience. Got asked once if we needed drinks with some attitude and then never saw anyone til the food came out and then our check. Super disappointing. I understand this is a touristy town and a lot of locals don't care for that but we weren't rude, we were there over an hour before closing, and were extremely patient and nice until I had to bring it to their attention which was blatantly obvious they already knew.. Never received an actual apology but did receive a discount. The food I will say was good and presents as well as the photos but I would never recommend going here otherwise, which is a shame for the potential this place could have. Maybe it was an off night but I definitely got the vibe we were a bother.

Such a unique experience. Fun foods, cool digs, delicious drinks, mini-golf and right next to several Springs. We've made the trip out twice and it's almost two hours away, will def hit it up again sometime in the future.

nobody answers the phone. i asked if golf was open the day before and someone said it was opened until 9. Drove an hour and got here at 8:20 and it was closed and nobody was answering the phone.

Met up with some friends who are regulars here to eat and play some fun putt-putt! Our waitress, Diane, was a sweetheart, the food was out fast and cooked well, and the decor is super fun and kitschy. The putt-putt has 18 holes, so you get plenty of bang for your buck--our only complaint was the water wasn't working, so one of the holes utilizing it kept stealing our balls.

Hippie Hash is awesome, melting pot was delicious. Actually everything was delicious. Servers are top notch, did not have to wait!

Literally the best burger of my life. Transcendent. (Had the Santa Fe burger with pickles, lettuce, onion and tomato.) Cannot recommend this high enough. Service was amazing.

Found this little gem after I took a wrong turn and let me just say what a happy accident. This place is absolutely amazing. The menu is exactly what you would expect from a diner style restaurant. The variety is unmatched offering daily specials, vegan options and even a full bar in the back. You can go grab a waffle on special and a margarita! If you haven't been to this wonderful blast from the past do yourself a favor and go!

Overall, my family will not be returning to this establishment. The prices are way too high compared to the quality of the food. My burger tasted quite burnt, and the bbq sauce was absent. $10.50 for a burnt burger, with cheese, onion straws, and a few peices of bacon. Then $3 more for fries that are not even warm. No thank you. As of right now, we've waited about 15 minutes for our server to pick up our payment. All while she's standing at the counter. Again, we will not be returning due to the lack of quality food at such a high price, and the lack of the servers that just keep walking right past us.

The outside of this place seems to have a nice ambiance.Inside had a retro vibe however we were sat in the back room and it looked a little rough. Our server was nice and attentive. I got a chicken avacado and bacon sandwich for 13$ which does not come with any side. A side of fries cost $3. My son’s burger was the same. Had to purchase side item separately. I feel like sandwiches should come with a side shouldn’t have to pay extra. My husband got chicken parm which was descent. One of my daughters got chicken Alfredo which lacked in flavor but chicken was good. And my other daughter got vegan nachos which were ok. Overall the food was alright!

The putt putt was excellent, the food was not. The food was average at best, and the price was outrageous for what you received.

Ordered Salisbury steak which is supposed to come with onions and peppers all i got was a hamburger patty with brown gravy asked for the peppers and onions that were supposed to come with it they charged me 2 dollars for it and asked if I could swap the sides for a side salad they said it was ok and turned around and charged me 5 dollars for it they never said there would be a fee. I will never go their again

Cute little diner. Food was better than expected. Dressings were made fresh and that a tell of how the rest of the food is. Our server must have been new as she was awkward and didn’t read the table at all, it’s fine we have all been new. The sandwiches say “add chips for $1”. I don’t like plain potato chips so I didn’t add them. They sandwich came with them and I thought hmmm maybe they just all come with them? Nope. She added them and charged without my permission. Old server trick to make your bill higher for a larger tip - so check your itemized bills. I wasn’t gonna say anything and look cheap for a dollar - it was just taken off her tip 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Have eaten here a few times, and they've been great every time! The food is good, and it's not too pricey. They have a lot of options as well.

If you’re vegan, go here! I’ve had four of their vegan options and they all were delicious. Don’t forget to end the meal with a vegan vanilla and Oreo milkshake topped with vegan whip cream and chocolate sauce!

I really wanted this place to be amazing. The menu has standard fare as well as a decent vegan offering. Service was friendly and attentive. Fair beer selection. The food ruined it for me. I had grilled chicken that was like jerky on one side. The shake was ok but not worth $10

Love finding this gem of a diner! Delicious breakfast. Gluten free bread. I recommend the house fries and sausage. My husband loved the biscuit and grits. Also, we really enjoyed the putt putt course! A fun variety of different kinds of holes. Lots of sun but that's just summer in Florida. Would come back when in the area.

My cousin and I came here for a late lunch today. Absolutely blown away. The quirky and relaxed vibe was so needed! We had multiple women come to our table and everyone was extremely friendly and caring! The food was delicious- no critiques. We were offered numerous refills and even a to-go drink- never had to ask. Not only is this a cute diner, it has a great outside area that’s open with a bar. There is putt-putt behind the restaurant/bar with 18 holes, so much fun!! The waitress even kept our to-go food for us while we played! Clean bathrooms, this was a perfect addition to our day. We will be coming back and spreading the word. Thank you to all the friendly staff and the owner who made this place exist.

I don't have much to say, I end up getting up from my table and leaving. We got to our table which was sitted outside which seemed to be a very good atmosphere. Order our drinks and I also ordered a piece of cheesecake which I noticed in a case on the way to our table. Drinks and slice of cheesecake came out fairly promptly. The sweet tea was good as expected. The cheesecake tastes like it was sitting unwrapped in a refrigerator for several days and tasted like plastic and rubber. That was probably about another 10 minutes before our server began to show up about that time. We were flagging down another server and letting them know we were leaving and while we were leaving. About that time our server showed up and didn't seem to understand why. We would have stayed and eaten regardless of the cheesecake but for the exception that it took so long for our server to return to our table.

Great place after a long day tubing on the river! The club sandwich was amazing! Fresh and delicious! Iced tea was freshly brewed and the best I've had in a long time! Don't forget to see Elvis! He's still alive! 😂

Always a great time. Even when it's busy there isn't a wait. Food is amazing, beer is ice cold and service is awesome. The local musicians are fantastic. We would recommend this place to all, young & old... first daters, or just a night out! The wife and I love it!

There were 6 adults and one toddler in my party. They messed up the order for 3 people. I ordered a milkshake with my burger and had to request it Multiple times they finally brought it out after I had finished my food.

This place is different and familiar at the same time. It has a very welcoming atmosphere and an elevated diner menu. The burgers are pretty good with a wide array of customizable features. The house chips and queso are great (could use a little more chips, though). The daily specials are a nice touch. They have a full open bar as well. Very family-friendly with a mini golf in the back. The only bad thing I would say is that the scrambled eggs my daughter ordered were the absolute worst I've ever seen and tasted. I'm honestly not convinced that they were even real eggs. That being said, Pink Flamingo has an abundant amount of vegan options on their menu. I also can't post this without talking about how friendly the staff is. The service that we received was wonderful and top-notch.

Visited w my parents who were staying at a motel nearby. The service was great, everyone friendly. Our server was very attentive. I was so surprised how good the food was! I ordered the Asian Salmon and it was cooked to perfection. The sauces were SO good! My husband said it was the best fried shrimp he'd ever had. Highly recommend!

Loved the food. Inwanna go back for dinner. They have games for kids to play and mini ⛳️ golf. Kids had fun.

Bacon was a little overcooked. Food was great besides that.

The server, Nicki, is top notch. Unfortunately the bartender is rude and has no business behind a bar. The fish portion is a flounder and both my dad and my husband ordered the platter with it and it was prepared poorly. Flounder was over breaded with the same hushpuppy breading and then likely dumped in the deep fryer for too long. My food (vegan chop steak with mashed potatoes) and my daughters vegan burger were delicious and my mother and other daughter both ordered alfredo pasta and neither had any complaints. The food is diner food but most of it is edible. If you go, ask for Nicki to be your server, she's very pleasant and attentive without being overbearing. My kids loved playing the huge connect four lawn game as well.

Cool looking place, mini golf on sight, they have an outside patio area that you can eat on and there is a fire pit in the middle of each table. What we ate was ok. I had the Flamingo Club. It was really good, boys and hubby had burgers. They said it was juicy but too salty. We shared delicious crispy fries. Service with a smile. We even too a picture with Elvis. Lol

Rhonda is the best!! We had not seen her in awhile, but she did not disappoint when we saw her back.. She wasn't serving, however she made sure we were taken care of!! Usually they forget about our Military discount, but Rhonda made sure our server put it on the bill before we got it. Great place, nice vibe, and happy to see Rhonda back!!!

Our server was not attentive to us at all. The restaurant was not busy, so she wasn't slammed.

Had a horrible experience with the manager who had a short pixi hair cut. I took my mom here for her birthday and we told our waitress that the drinks did not taste right who was very sweet and understanding.. then the manager comes out and was being very rude an unprofessional about the drinks. She does not belong in management even other customers I have ran into say she is rude!

Drinks were brought promptly. Then waitress disappeared. Had to ask another waitress questions before ours appeared. Food brought out promptly. Then waitress disappeared again. Restaurant was not busy, so no need for lousy service. My burger wasn't cooked thoroughly, had to ask twice before I got a refill on my drink. I was so aggravated at this point, I just wanted to get out of there. When we asked for to go boxes, she brought my friend a nice plastic container, and brought me a little Chinese take out looking box I had to cram my food in, which I gave to my cat's when I got home. Way overpriced for the serving you get! I absolutely will NOT EVER return to this place again!!!!!!! And won't be recommending it either!!!

Robert is such a nice young man, great server. The food is delicious, I had blackened chicken ceaser salad. My husband had a great hamburger, the fries were good. Atmosphere is great, like a 50s dinner.

Nothing fried is gluten-free including the house chips! The server was ama,ing and super sweet, but the staff doesn't really seem to understand that gluten-free isn't always a choice, but a legitimate food allergy for some. I was itching for over a day after eating the house chips which tells me it's fried in the same oil as everything else they serve. They are extremely lucky my allergy is dermatological/topical and I don't have the severe gastrointestinal celiac disease others suffer with. Be aware! That being said the GF sandwich was really good, and again the server was great. I just wish that the staff better understood what a food allergy is.

Food had small portions with no flavor and price was too high for what it was. Also food took forever to get and was colder than my drink.

This very unique restaurant is definately worth stopping by. It is a vintage diner which has been repurposed into this fabulous place. While the food could benefit from an update of spice techniques, it is good with a large menu & generous portions at competitive prices. The fun, friendly, and helpful staff is “The Best Ever”!

This place gave me straight diarrhea for a whole day. That's what you get when you eat from a restaurant that only serves you Sysco food and doesn't cook it correctly. But what do you expect when foreigners move in and jack up the prices at the expense of quality? Someone tell the owner that he's no longer in third-world Pakistan or wherever he's from and that we have standards here.

This place is definitely worth the 10 minute drive from 75! Especially if you’re vegetarian or vegan. Their menu is very inclusive and their staff are very friendly and attentive. Thank you for having options for pretty much everybody!

We loved this place! We stayed nearby at the motel and it just so happened that the closest place to eat was also the most delightful. Our server was phenomenal and the food came out quickly. We definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Burgers were way too salty. First bite I almost gagged, tried a second bite, looked at husband, asked if his was a bit salty, he said quite heavy handed on the shaker, but he was going to 'gut it out.' He didn't get any chips, and his soup came after his burger was delivered. I couldn't even, took it up to the counter and told our waitress it was way too salty and went back to my seat. I heard her tell the cook and all I heard back from him was negative grumbling I didn't quite hear. The waitress came back to the table to double check it was a real burger not a beyond veggie burger. I heard her tell him it was a real burger. When she brought my plate back, it was minus the French fries it went back with. She brought me more fries. I opened the bun to put on mustard and ketchup and the burger looked suspiciously perfectly round and an an odd texture as I bit into it. A few bites in, I realized it was the beyond veggie burger, not real meat and still super salty. We disected it and found ground up carrot bits, yep, no real beef here. The waitress was super sweet, took the burger off the bill and gave us a free piece of pie. That is all.

$15 for an okay hamburger and its served with frozen french fries🧐 Live music, cool diner vibe, great location, ample parking - are the good things..but for $15 I can get a fresh gourmet burger served with never frozen fries and a made in-house dill pickle spear from a server in a tuxedo at a place called 'palace cafe' on canal street in the french quarter of NOLA(overcharge capital of the South) for the same price..how do they expect that price in small spring, FL..not worth the price to me unfortunately

I go out of my way to dine at the Pink Flamingo Diner. They have a menu that interests me and keeps bringing me back. Thank you, Sherry, for the great service. I had the Reuben Tempeh, yummy!!!

Good food and great entertainment for the kiddos! The price isn't terrible and we got a full evening of entertainment out of one place for our 4 year old, which is a big deal. I'd easily recommend stopping regardless of age.

Had the best experience just driving by and by saw this retro diner. Menu had alternative plant based options, but She sold us on the Meatloaf 😀

I was visiting from out of town with my pup and this place was a great find. The weather was lousy but we managed lunch just fine in the outside seating area. Our waitress was super helpful and really nice. (I think her name was Debra.) The food was good and I liked having plant based options. It worked out so well I went back again for breakfast before we left. The Pink Flamingo will definitely be a stop each visit.

Traveling from Atlanta to central Florida gets pretty boring and generic on the interstate. So when we hopped of of I-75 to Crystal River/Homosassa, we were very pleasantly surprised by this local restaurant. We enjoyed the patio bar with great service and tasty menu. The highlight was the friendly patio cat who would allow a few scrooches from the guests.

I have not been to the Pink Flamingo dinner in years, was driving through High Springs and decided to stop for lunch. I was not disappointed. The food was great, the service was awesome, and the live music was a great plus that I was not expecting.

Not what I'd consider diner food, but what we ordered was okay.

Tried this cool looking diner out twice (2021 & early 2023), both times turned off by staff cursing and/or smoking. We had a hard time finishing our hamburgers on both occasions because of the taste. Our 12 year old granddaughter loves Elvis and the whole atmosphere/vibe but when she comes to town she is sure to remind us she doesn’t want to eat here again. Hopefully they will make some improvements because it sure is a neat place otherwise.

Overall, it was a good dining experience with OK food. The fish and chips and other dishes were heavily fried and the flavors were a bit overwhelmed by the oil. Our server was great and very personable, engaging with all of us in a delightful and caring way. The atmosphere was decent, though a bit dirty with having to clean the tables and seats before sitting.
