Pizza was horrible I wouldn't order ever again. Your quality has gone down .if Pizza hut closed nobody would care just nasty food

Worst location ever. I ordered a margherita tavern pizza and bread sticks. It was delivered to the wrong house. I called and spoke to the manager, who told me he was still in training, and all he offered was to remake the order and send it back out. This location is 5 miles from my house, a 10 minute drive at best and the "replacement order" was delivered 50 minutes later. The driver tried to tell me that it was the GPS' fault for taking him to the wrong location i.e. next door except our address is directly above the driveway and fully visible to see. I cannot stress this enough, if you want to order pizza GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I will NEVER deal with Pizza Hut ever again. Corporate doesn't care either so don't bother to try calling them, I tried and was hung up on multiple times.

Worse pizza hut ever! Don't deliver im only min away! Just hung up on me before I could complete my order!! Last time our pizza was wrong! We got thin burnt cost instead of deep dish!! Ugh I'm so disappointed 😞 never again 😞

Have recently tried the $7.00 Deal Lover's with the oven baked Italian meats pasta & chicken wings & the My Hut box with the personal pepperoni pan or the 1/2 pepperoni melt & chicken wings. All were very good along with a decent price Picking up the orders at the window was easy & always hot! I would recommend either deal! Their delivered pizza and/or wings are also very good!

Pizza was not good. Supposed to have 3 toppings. Pineapple was one topping . On the 2 pieces I ate I had 2 very tiny pieces of pineapple,very little cheese. Just not a good Pizza.

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks. Says it was delivered on my text message. I go outside to get the pizza it is not there. I call the store and they hang up without saying anything and I call back they answer and say they tried to find my house but couldn’t and I gave them the wrong number that was disconnected and that was all my fault. (Even though I’m getting text messages with order updates so my number must have been entered correctly) Then I tell them to use a different gps because we’re in a new development and she tells me that are not allowed to. Then she tells me she needs my correct number so that I can manually navigate the driver to my house? I told her just to cancel the order, I don’t understand why all the drama for a simple pizza delivery at 11am on a Saturday. This store needs to hire better employees with respect and common courtesy for customers. The fact that the call started with it’s all my fault and I gave the wrong number and they can’t find my house? That’s not my problem. My number was correct as I was getting order updates via text message and they scammed me out of a pizza because they said it was delivered when it was not. Fraudulent business practices!!

Druggies sit outside on the bench and smoke their weed. Will be using another Pizza Hut or just a different pizza chain

Ordered 2 pizzas to go from the website. Went to the location to pick it up. This location has a drive through. We sat at the window for 10 minutes no one created us at all. I made eye contact with the employee several times. After waiting so long I tooted my horn still no response. Finally an employee with long hair cane to the window. He was not pleasant and did not say hello. He asked for the name and went to retrieve our pizza. I could see in the window as he grabbed our pizzas off the metal shelf. We thanked him and went on our way. We got home and opened the pizzas. He gabmve us the wrong pizzas. We went ahead and ate them because we were starving and it is a 10 minute drive back to this location. We did not call to report this error because of the way we were treated while at the location. Buyer beware check your pizzas before leaving.

Never got my food when I called they acted like they didn’t know where my order was only that it showed it was running late I spent $65 and said I would get my money back in 3 to 5 days I’m really disappointed never will order from the Pizza Hut on 540 a ever again.Im a really patient person but the way the staff acted was very unprofessional.

We ordered the Big Dinner Box last night at the 540A location. Our pizzas were made to perfection. The amount of sauce was perfect. The garlic Parmesan boneless wings were delicious. My husband really loves his cheese bread sticks (we chose to upgrade and add cheese). My husband repeatedly commented on how perfect our order was. The associates were extremely polite and courteous at the drive-thru window. Excellent dinner for the price ($27)!!

Breadsticks were kind of hard and they gave one really small cup of marinara. Both pizzas were tasty, as well as the bbq wings.

I order the lunch special personal pan but it was mix up with my order when I arrive my order was never placed. So manager said my lunch was on paid for due to mix up. Thank you

DO not waste your money! I have been going here my whole life and it’s steadily gone downhill. The pizza has gotten worse and worse. The service is below subpar. The workers are rude and ungrateful.the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. Go across the street to papa John’s instead the people are much nicer and way more helpful.

If you order online and get a ready time, expect to wait in the car line for 40 minutes or more to get your order. Then, your food will be cold. This place is super slow.

Horrible. Never have I ever called to complain about pizza. Our 2 pizzas were undercooked, doughy, and tore into multiple pieces (each piece). Called to inform management and get out 2 "new" pizzas.... the next 2 were even worse undercooked. Insane.

Food was good and hot and customer service was solid.

I called in my order and told them I had 2 coupons and was told 1 per transaction. No problem...First coupon Big box for $23.99 and second order 16 Boneless wings for $11.99 when I went to pick up the order I gave both coupons and the manager who charged me $27 for the big box and tried to charge me $18 for the wings all because the coupon didn't work. I am a manager at another fast food place and this would never happen to my customers. This is bad customer service and I will NOT be coming back to this location.

We placed a very complex, quite large order yesterday. The food arrived very quickly, very hot and 100% accurate. The quality was great and overall very worth the money we spent.

Rude as all can be manager Jen. Refused to give a credit for a pizza that the delivery was dropped on the floor, called for the credit and other food, was hung up on multiple times after explaining it. Came to pick up order and they threatened to call the cops on us just for trying to get our food. Do not recommend this Pizza Hut. They refused to refund us or give us our food.

The whole experience was horrible. Went to place order on their app and their breadstix weren't listed. Called and spoke with manager, Joey, and he said he had no control over it and that he couldn't honor the pricing they had on the app, which made our pizza $6 more. He did, after a 2nd phone call get it close to the price on the app and he placed our order with the breadstix over the phone, which was the ONLY positive thing about the experience. Got our pizza and cheesestix and it was so over cooked all you heard while we were eating was crunching like we were eating chips. The cheese was crunchy, not melted or stringy as you would expect, on both items. The pepperoni was crunchy as well to were it was chipping off. Also there was absolutely no sauce on the pizza either. I'm done with this place. We have issues everytime we order here. Not to mention, the manager that I dealt with was extremely reluctant to help and take ownership of the issue with ordering on the app at first. It's sad that it took 2 phone calls to even be offered some sort of resolution.

Terrible, I mean horrendous customer service! I could not believe how they spoke to me. I legitimately had to ask if this was the right number and this rude human being said “are you going to order a pizza or not”. I’m literally 16 why the heck is a grown man speaking to me like this or any other one of his costumers.

Last order was ok but pizza was slightly undercooked. Didn't quite have the pan crunch I know it for and cheese Stix were a bit over cooked. The manager Brian got s hold of me and made it right by me...I ordered about 2 weeks later, and we dang near perfect. Glad they took the time to make a long time pizza hut fan and old employee/manager feel like we mean something. I will gladly order again.

Ordered Delivery, it came faster than expected and Hot.

Here it is 4th of July and im ordering pizza. Chose delivery as I have a broken foot and can't drive. Must be honest as I really didn't expect much. Well I have to admit I am amazed !!! Not only by the sweet woman who answered the phone but the fact my order was right, it arrived HOT and well within the time I was quoted and the pizza was the best I've had in a very long time! Kudos !! I will be a repeat customer. 😁

The pizza was better than I thought it would be; it was like ordering from a Mom and Pop pizza place. Also, the chicken wings were great which blew my mind because most chain pizza restaurant wings are awful.

$4.19 for 12 fries is crazy. Other then that everything is always good from here.

Very disappointed in this store. My last 2 orders have been wrong. The first order was a dinner box. It was missing the bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. They did eventually remake the sticks. However I had to point out to them that the pizza was getting cold while they made the sticks. They did make a new pizza too. Tonight I ordered a pizza half veggie and half pepperoni only. That was reflected on the receipt too. When I opened the box, there were 3 slices of pepperoni with peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms and 5 pieces of veggie pizza. The driver called the store. They did make another pizza for us. I am done with this store

Pizza was delivered in a timely fashion by a friendly driver. Pizza was cooked to specification and an aesthetically pleasing appearance, desirable temperature, and even distribution of ingredients across the pie.

I had completely built out an order on hungry howies website. Everything i wanted. Was about to order and saw the wait time. 150 minutes. It was 6pm. Went to your website qnd built out my order. 20-30 minute wait. Awesome! Food came right on time as described. Driver was amazing and funny. 100% will be back again.

In this last order, I did not receive all the items I ordered. The restaurant missed the Cinnabons. I found out after we finished eating and were ready for dessert. I was too tired to call the restaurant for a claim or refund. Therefore, I lost 6 something dollars in a purchase that never arrived.... Next time, I will have to thoroughly check my purchase before sitting down to eat.

I wanted to update my review for this Pizza Hut. Three years ago, I had originally given it a 1 star because the service here was bad. The employees at that time were not conscientious at all and often times I’d find myself waiting an hour outside for my pizza to be ready as I watch customers knocking on their door, their phones ringing nonstop and no answer. Today, I wanted to update my review because after a few times back since then, I can say the employees, managers and the experience picking up your pizza has completely changed for the better. They are fast and reliable, pizza is hot and ready for you to pick up at your scheduled time and the employees are friendly and fast. I’m definitely happy to be able to update my review!

Please continue to deliver good service and pizza. I stopped using this store for a while because it seemed that every order was incorrect in some way, but the last 2 orders have been correct and were delivered quickly. Please keep it up and we will continue patronizing PizzaHut.

This location consistently has great food delivered within the time it says. And everyone we have encountered whether we are carrying out or having delivery, the staff is always friendly and professional.

We tried the new Edge and were very, very, happy with our choice. This pizza was very similar to quesadillas with a very unique taste!

11/15/20, this store has a bad rep. However, I personally have not expericed any negative issues. Our pizzas have been cooked as ordered and we're most delicious.

I admire this venue a lot. there is a nice mood. The meals are splendid. the service is dynamic and the team is well trained. The cost is fair. deeply recommend.

I ordered pizza online tonight and when I got to the store tonight on 7-20-19 the price was off by a few dollar I asked to speak to the manager for clarification on the discrepancy in price. He was a younger gentleman and explained what had caused the issue, then he proceeded to correct the discrepancy and then gave me a better deal which I just didn't see on my phone. The manager was very professional and I left the store very happy with the experience!

The food here is pretty good, but it's the service that killed the rating. It's so bad we actually skip this one and drive an extra 10 minutes or so to another. Almost never answer the phone and we've had missing or just plain wrong orders several times. Pizza Hut is recommended, just...maybe not this one.

We visit this place regularly for pick up and delivery. I just don't like that one pizza defaults to a flavored crust. Otherwise excellent.
