Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to

Ordered this evening from this location for the first and what will be the last time. Wish I would have looked at the reviews before doing so. Since it’s Pizza Hut didn’t think it would be necessary but now seeing it is. Received two wrong pizzas this evening and when I called in to see if it could be corrected. Received nothing but a condescending attitude. Was told by the manager that she knew our order was wrong before it went out that’s why she told the driver to talk to us. Why not just fix the order if you are aware it’s WRONG BEFORE it even leaves your building. Then when your driver delivers it and says it’s wrong but give it a try if you don’t like it let us know and we will replace it or credit you and the customer calls in to do exactly that why give them the attitude and run around. Usually Pizza Hut is usually spot on and provides customer service. I was told tonight this one is independently owned I guess they are not required to provide decent customer service.

I called to place an order, they said they reported me to the police. Never got a pizza because I couldn't order one.

This is nothing more but a thinner crust of the thin and crispy pizza and almost twice the price with extra herbs and seasoning, and a few extra toppings that you can buy unless you order like what you want. Stick With the thin crust pizza the only difference with this as far as Chicago style is they cut it into squares you can cut it into squares at home and save yourself a bucks and they don’t have extra cheese when you ask him to scam your seasonings you’ll be fine. Another desperate ploy by Pizza Hut to reinvent the pizza and maybe they changed a few toppings but the pizzas no better and it’s no more filling. It’s almost cracker thing that would be the only thing I would say that’s good if you don’t want a lot of carbs, but one person can eat a whole pizza And not really maybe equates to maybe two pieces of regular pizza sad sad sad sad ..😞

Pizza was lacking sauce, meat and pineapple. Cheese was sparce as well.

I order often. Pizza Hut wings are the bomb and their New Yorker pizza is incredible. I’d happily wear a Pizza Hut cap if they’d give me one.

They want you to do all your orders online but their website doesn’t work!

Paid for pepperoni, no pepperoni. Called the store to get the right pizza delivered and the girl on the phone told me it was her fault and was gonna credit me $14. No thank you. I also asked for the pizza to be cooked well done and it was a dough mess. Im good - never got the right pizza though.

This place literally charges a arm and a leg for stuff and they don’t put sauces in the bag or box trash

Your delivery driver in the dark colored challenger is an idiot that's gonna cause an accident. He is going through Mulberry with your sign on top of car cutting in and out between cars.

Love Pizza Hut, but this specific location has just been awful the last 3 months. Our delivery's have ended up with burnt pizza, pizza delivered late & cold, wrong pizza crust, and wrong pizzas being delivered. Always try to give people the benefit of doubt but this is beyond coincidence at this point and seems more like carelessness. Will not order from this specific location again.

Customer Service Was Terrible Just Straight Attitude & Gave Vibes As If They Didn’t Want To Help

Don't bother the pizza that I got was like a twelve-year-old, threw it together. I ordered online for curbside. And the girl had an attitude Saying we don't do that. I pointed out that it says so on the website.

my boyfriend came up there to pick up a pizza and he was waiting there for almost 30 minutes for them to keep saying it will come out of the oven in a couple of minutes but yeah it's been sitting on the heat racks the whole time he's been there. I've called them literally seven times in a row because I either a keep getting hung up on or two they don't even say anything to me and just put me right on hold. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me I have to wait and just put me on hold and I was on hold for 20 minutes and not a single person came back to the phone to talk to me and while he was in there every employee is just goofing around and on their phones that is not how you run a business

Last night my family and I ordered a large Pan Pizza, which is our go-to. After the order was placed, I got a call from the location and was informed that they were out of large original pan pizza, but she offered to put together two medium panned pizzas in place of this, which we appreciated and accepted. Arriving there for pickup, I found just the woman I spoke with (I believe she's the supervisor) and maybe another employee in the back (who would be clocking out soon) leaving them short staffed. Despite the pace, the stress and low pay that comes with working in the food service industry, and being short-staffed last night, she went above and beyond to make things right and be friendly throughout our interaction. Oh and of course, the pizza was delicious.

Horrible costumer service. My son called and he speaks another language and the man just hung up with no second thoughts.

I was trying to order food and was under the impression this location closed at 1:00 A.M. and I put in my order at 11:50. After placing my order I got a call saying they were in the process of closing for the night and could not fill my order.

Rude staff. Called to make an order. After I didn’t want any of the specials she hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

5 years ago I wrote a review with a 1 star because of how horrible the service and food were. This time pleasantlt surprised. Food cooked and ready on time. The gentleman at the counter was friendly too.

Horrible customer service by a supervisor that calls herself cat. I was promised a credit due to the incident I had with cat. I called to redeem the credit and was told by Cat that I did not have any credit. I asked for the general Manager that told me I would have a credit and she gave me an attitude yet again and friendly reminded me that she remembered me. NO HELP Horrible service from Cat and she would not give me any number to call to make a complaint so I came to google to see if somehow cooperate or the store manager reaches out. I use to love ordering from this pizza hut but since she has been there it has been a nightmare I was told it would be taken care of and it was not

Called me while I was in the store waiting in line to pick up my pizza at the time of pick up to tell me they were out of the pizza I ordered… and it would be a 25 minute wait for a different pizza… why wasn’t I called at the time my order was placed? Why was the app/site not updated to reflect available items? Why was no one at the counter with 5 people waiting in line?

The 2 times I ordered was very disappointing. The food was delivered ice cold, barely any toppings-,,not enough cheese. I love Pizza Hut , but this particular one doesn't care about customer satisfaction that's what I've witnessed.

I ordered a specialty pizza on the phone and gave my coupon code. The Pizza Hut worker told me on the phone the code wasn't working but they would figure it out when I got to there (so bring the coupon in). When I got there, I'm told that MY specialty pizza is not covered with the coupon. I don't know why she didn't tell me that on the phone! It was an extra $10 for my pizza!! I asked the worker if she could find another discount for this confusion but she didn't even try to help or care.. basically take it or leave it. I had to drive 5 miles to get this pizza so I just paid up..but not happy. . Please ask your workers to tell us on the phone if they are not going to accept coupon codes BEFORE we arrive (not just tell me to come in with coupon).

It was a horrible experience I ordered a head and my pizza was done waiting in a warmer for 25 minutes more on top of the 25 minutes it said it would be done. The manager in charge was the most unorganized person his main priority was just to get the delivery orders out and forget about the people placing a order in the counter. I asked someone and they put one finger up and it said it be a minute. After the 25 minutes I see a lady that was making pizza finally come and sorry . I told her all I wanted was my in the warmer gave it to me finally. This will be the last time I ever go to this pizza hut. The most unorganized unprofessional crew I ever seen it all starts with management I rather take my business to little Caesars signed very disappointed David m

I just placed an order and they tried to tell me they have NO crust at all??? Not even thin crust?? I work at dominos and that's literally impossible. Either that or this store is so neglected that somehow have no dough ordered at all ? Now they're refusing to answer the phone ? Ridiculous

Ordered a special pizza for a family member. I said I can t wait to eat pizza without silverware due to broken tooth.

After multiple attempts to order from this location they continue to disappoint. Don’t bother and order from somewhere else. Every single time they forget items you order and pay for when getting delivery. Then when you contact the manager he is rude and says you are lying (and that he will credit the account for missing items which is never done). Need to hire better staff, especially management. Will never order from them again.

I can't give a zero star rating, or I would. I ordered 2 medium specialty pan pizzas and I was sent 2 of the small pizzas from the dinner boxes.

Terrible…I mean horrendous customer service! This is my first time ordering from THIS Pizza Hut and I absolutely do NOT recommend! The man who picked up my phone call was extremely rude, I could not believe I was being spoken to in such a manner that I had to ask Is this the right number? And oh the lord held me back from throwing hands. He had the nerve to say “ Are you going to order a pizza or not?” BRUH. ( this is one of the many rude sayings ) When I got there I spoke to the assistant manager ( he was nice ) and he said he’s sorry about it. Glad to see someone who works there is a decent human being. First and I mean ever!! That I had to Karen out. I’m literally 16 why you speaking to me like that. Update: The bbq pizza sucked! Pizza wasn't as good as I remember as it has been a while since I have ordered Pizza Hut, but pan crust was very airy and almost THIN. And The Edge Pizza was just mediocre.

Ordered 1 pepperoni pizza, breadsticks and 2 brownies for the grandsons who love pizza, we got a premade crust barely any sauce a sprinkling of cheese and over baked pepperoni, was all hard as a rock. For a total of 62.00 with a nice tip, very disappointed, never again... kids wouldn't eat it, said it was nasty. Brownie was good..

Placed an in store pick up, service was fast. Got home ate 3 slices of the large pan pizza. Taste was okay. A while later, realized what a mistake i had done. (3 months pregnant, craving this, i had to give it a try).. Had a stomache and even threw up. Not sure what happened but definitely was not what i was hoping for :(.

I ordered $66 worth of food with an additional $10 tip on Thursday, Feb 10 at approximately 11:30am. Roughly 40 minutes later I receive a call from the restaurant stating that they don’t go West of Yates Rd (shown on the map picture attached). I stated to the guy on the phone that we are in the brand new complex right behind Yates road (as you can see). He proceeded to argue with me, telling me they don’t go west of Yates road because Yates road is a 35 minute drive (one way) for their delivery driver and they “can’t afford to lose a driver for over an hour”. As you can see, Pizza Hut is 3.5 miles from my house and only a 15 minute drive. After arguing the distance with him for the next few minutes I told him to cancel my order and refund my money - I will take my business elsewhere, and hung up. We regularly order from Sals II Pizza who is farther up the road (roughly 20+ mins) and regularly delivers to my house, however they were not open this morning when we placed our order. I guess Pizza Hut would rather trash $70+ worth of food then drive the extra 5 minutes past “Yates Road”.

Include more ingredients on the specialty pizzas, like the Super Supreme. And the boneless chicken count included 5 pieces that were just battered pieces. There was no chicken in them and were so small 2 of them fit on my fork across it. Just very disappoibtex.

Made like I asked and delivered hot.

We have been extremely satisfied with our locations customer service for a long time. We order about once a month on average or every other month. The delivery driver is always early, friendly, and the food is always hot and just the way we ordered it! 10/10 every time.

It's pizza hut pizza what's not to love? Meat lovers stuffed crust is the only real way to go don't @ me, we'll fight!

Too much red sauce and needs more cheese.

They're pizza's portions are odd. You get uneven crust, sometimes under cooked dough, or your toppings will be scarce on some pieces and heavy on the others. But when they will compensate when they run out of something. I just ordered the alfredo pasta and its not even a full pan, its a problem if i can see the bottom of the tray before i even touch it. They dont give you enough sauce to even make up for the missing portions, resulting in rock hard and burnt pasta. All you get is the center. You're better off getting a pizza for your money's worth.

Pizza was undercooked. it was hard to cut it into edible pieces using a steak knife. Moreover, it looked like someone dumped a packet of seasoning on the left side of the pie rendering it very hard on the stomach.

The fries were soggy which was very disappointing.
