I love this Publix because they have Ra-men!! Sandwich section but better them subway And sushi!!!!!!! They serve ramen and soup separate too so noodle not gonna be soggy, There is foody bowl next to this Publix but there kind pricy so I would love to come here to get my lunch!!

Deli always screws up a sub order when ordering on-line. If you plan to order a sub be sure to give yourself an extra 20 min on top of the order window when in-store. I’ve given up on this Publix and I’ll be headed to the On Top of the World location.

Stacy at the liquor store for publix is AMAZING! She gave GREAT recommendations on drinks. She is overall wonderful! Great customer service. Definitely made our shopping experience there so amazing and we enjoyed the few minutes we were there!

Mr Rollins is doing an excellent job as the manager. This is the new concept Publix with the circle deli, fast food to go carousel. Fish is the absolute best seafood person in Publix. Always clean and stocked. Monica is our favorite cashier and neighbor.

Publix isn't cheap. It's not about cheap, it's about 5 star service.

Love PUBLIX.. they should do a little better with pricing .. We are all retired on a SS. Fixed income.. Give us all a break !!!

I ordered a Boar’s head BLT and they literally only put two pieces of bacon and did not press my sub as requested. For $9.49, i did not want spend money to get a salad in place of a BLT. The manager, Tyler, then hung up on me when I called to complain. That’s not how you should treat your customers in your community.

Today it was a turkey sub and a few chicken wings. They were yummy.

This is my go to store. I mainly like picking up sushi and poke bowls. The person that's typically there is always nice, and he makes great bowls. Overall a great place to shop in general 😊

I don’t think I have ever been in a Publix that I would not eat their food. Went in to get a sub for a friend and chicken nuggets and the way the two employees left the sub station was disgusting and no they were not busy at the time. Instead of cleaning/wiping it up they just put a paper over it and made the sub. Didn’t even clean it up afterwards. And meats left out and not covered. I walked around to get the chicken nuggets and there is an employee fanning the flies off the food. I told her this food needs to be covered and she said, “they will not allow it to be covered. I tried to cover it before with plastic and they told me, no.” She even said she would not eat the food. That’s just disgusting. There was flies landing on the hot food and the bar that has olives. I just can’t believe that is ok with Publix management. I can’t believe ppl would buy the food like that. It was very disappointing and nasty!

Still one of my favorite publix to shop in. Quality goods and the staff still has that new store magic in the way they provide customer service.

Small ready to eat prepared food section compared to the other stores and usually most stores will ask if you’d like to wait while they prepare something you want, but unfortunately, I did not get that option today. You can find cheese curds at most locations except this one. Overall, I like the store, but two stars just for the simple fact that the Associate did not ask me if I would like to wait while they prepare it.

Felt totally discriminated against when asked for a receipt while leaving for the first time in my 20 plus years shopping there. I’ll go elsewhere

I regularly spend $1,500 monthly on groceries since my mom passed away taking care of two houses. I went in tonight and was stopped by an employee in self checkout asking to see my receipt after paying. Except I didn’t have a receipt because I’m a club Publix member. The employee was aggravated and told me “never mind”. Never once in my life have I been stopped by a Publix employee. Tonight just felt like discrimination. I’ll go to Walmart since they treat it like one.

I love this Publix location. The staff here make me want to get a job there just so I can work with them. Everyone is super nice. The store is clean. When we have asked for advice regarding types of fish, we received great responses and it felt like they cared we were interested. This is my favorite Publix to go to, in the area.

This is a fairly new Publix, very nicely stocked with everything. I live across the street and convenient. My reason for 3 stars is because, I have ordered Wrap Sandwich at the Deli many times. Unfortunately the deli person at the times I have ordered one. Doesn’t know how to make them. . So I will likely go to On top of the World Publix. Perhaps the management needs to train better.

Went to buy the weekly BOGO including a ben and jerries & freschetta. Upon checkout, the ben and jerries did not register as such. I asked the manager and she said it wasn't for ben and jerries but rather another brand. Completely false. He went to check and lied to my face. I refuse to buy it and upon paying, I saw his hand full of the sign that said originally the promotion. Extremely disappointed with the service. Considering taking my business elsewhere!!!

Their prices are too high. The parking lot has parking spots for golf carts but cars park in them, I've gone in and said something to management about it their answer I'm not going to do anything about it, but if a golf cart parked in car spot they would go in and raise holy hell.

When they say where shopping is a pleasure, they are absolutely right. This Publix is clean, friendly and amazing!

This is hands down, my favorite publix ever.

Super clean and well organized. This Publix offers everything you need from fresh produce, meat and seafood, dairy, pharmacy, and a sandwich deli, but please who ever is making or cooking a hole chicken should put some ingredient in it , it taste like they washed it with soap and baked the chicken. Someone should do something about it please put some Adobo at least

Two times we purchased baked whole chicken at the deli the first time my wife got real sick after eating it but we thought it might have been something else that made her sick. The second time, 3 days ago, we had the chicken again and both of us got very sick, throwing up & diarrhea. I don't know if they are not cooking it long enough or unsanitary conditions where they bake the chicken But we will never make that mistake again. We are not interested in getting a refund Just a Public Service Notice to Beware.

Absolutely Beautiful store. Every time I come here I am like impressed with there displays and decorations. However their deli (subside) customer service is terrible. If it wasent for there convenient location I would personally never shop here. Although there are some great deli sub workers I have experienced like Rachel, Georgia and Maribelle. Some of the others could use some retraining. When you walk up to the deli to place your sub order do not expect to be greeted with a smile or kindly for that matter. When I approached the counter I noticed a younger guy named James servicing others customers with absolutelly no kind of care to even ask what they would like on there subs. When it was my turn he said nothing but I could tell he was waiting for me to say what I wanted, I proceeded to make my cheese selection. Afterwords he looked up at me in silence. Again I said what other toppings I wanted. From there he passed the sub down to another worker and walked away from the counter. This type of attitude isn’t something he alone has done. I have order ed subs before and it seems this kind nonchalant behavior is normal with certain staff. Beyond the sub workers lack of customer service there lack of deli- sub station workers is also evident. When shopping for grocery’s the sub lines seem to be consistently long aswel as almost always only 1 worker present. Perhaps this is where there customer service issues stem from . It seems this store does not believe in team work. There customer service counter aswel as others stations are always full of people standing around. Meanwhile the sub line is backed up. I by no means am expecting 4star service and do understand that many people in this day and age are struggling with many problems. For Publix to be a place know for there steller customer services with prices to back that up, I had to leave a reviews. I have also spoken to customer service and different managers on multiple occasions, unfortunately still the same service.

This Publix store is very clean , well light up, has so many conveniences, lotto , money orders, transferring money and very polite employees!!

I am editing my view of Publix in Cherrywood today August 5th . I have to say that on several occasions post their original opening I was disappointed . But yesterday was particularly disturbing because it's happened in the past . We've bought meat in meat department, and two times we had a return it because it was spoiled. I'm I am going to post what I observed in the meat selection Department as I was trying to determine what meat looks the best. That took me awhile and that should never take somebody as long as it took me to find a decent piece of meat. There was blood from one of the upper shelves running down the Shelf and had to be sitting there a while. I was very very disappointed and if there were any kind of options that were viable in Ocala I would purchase them in another grocery store. I went to the deli department there was one person making an order there were two people behind the counter helping. The gentleman was making a very large order so I waited there about 10 minutes as the woman behind the counter was assisting him and I was waiting for the gentleman to be free to help me. But he must have been making up an order call ahead or whatever it was so he was occupied as well. There were four or five people in the sub Department of the deli. I'm wondering why I had to wait so long when there was other staff available. I wound up interrupting the ladies cutting of meat for the gentleman who was making this tremendous order and I said can you give me a piece of paper and a pen please I'm going to write down what I want and I will come back and pick it up really sorry to interrupt but I can't spend 25 minutes waiting for somebody to cut some deli meat. The fruits and the vegetables are not up to Snuff either. There was one cucumber left not an English that's wrapped just a regular cucumber. It was mush. My husband brought home a bag of peppers, the multicolored peppers, as I forgot to purchase it. When I opened up the package there were two rotten peppers. All I can say is the store has gone downhill hill. I appreciate Publix making baked chicken wings, however they are slimy and the skin is basically uncooked. Perhaps an air fryer. This is my local grocery store this is the Publix that I want to continue to shop in. However, they truly need to improve their management training of their staff those who prepare prepared foods. Cross-contamination according to OSHA guidelines needs to be in full force. And training is a must. I don't want to go back there and find the same spoiled meat. Manager of the deli was great. He showed us what we would get an hour order for the full turkey dinner. Which was good. I like the cleanliness of the store I hope they continue with the disinfecting cloths and hand sanitizer. The way the store is set up is very welcoming. And to boot it's only 5 minutes from my home. Be nice if you started carrying some equine food in the pet Department just a suggestion thank you

Publix is expensive that’s a fact BUT even my cheapskate husband prefers shopping there due to the selections, impeccable service, delicious store made foods and cleanliness of the facilities. Other stores don’t come close to their quality!

Charged me twice for buy 1 get 1 pay attention the computer doesn't recognize and the checkers don't care I pointed it out and they still didn't get it.....still trying to figure out what so hard to figure out....sign says BOGO! I got 2 but charges me for 2 so much for BOGO and the checker couldn't understand. No worth arguing over 3 dollars and change ILL JUST GO TO ALDI'S FROM NOW ON THX PUBLIX! YOUR TO EXPENSIVE ANYWAY

We love this Publix!!! We have always found everything we need for groceries. They never run out of food like Walmart. We even moved all our prescriptions there. Staff does an amazing job of keeping the store cleaned and stocked, and they are very friendly and helpful.

This grocery store is amazing! The employees are top notch and the food is excellent. Every time I shop there I marvel at how helpful the employees are and how hard they work. I watched a manager helping customers, helping employees, and cleaning the store. I’ve witnessed on many occasions employee patience with customers looking for items while listening to the customer’s stories. It’s rare to see people showing that level of kindness while working at a grocery store. Every time I need help finding an item someone is always there to show me exactly where it is. The produce is fresh and neatly stocked. The deli and bakery have many delicious options and helpful people. I especially appreciate the fresh sushi and fresh pizza dough. On one occasion I had to wait my turn while a customer “tasted” samples of deli meat. The employee behind the counter carefully cut bite size portions for her to try. She apologized for making me wait, and he cheerfully helped her. When my turn finally came up he added a little extra to my sliced meat for free for my patience. I’ve purchased beef filets from the meat department and was amazed at the quality. The folks at the seafood department are friendly and the seafood was delicious. I also find it incredible that I rarely stand in line during checkout. I’ve never been to a grocery store where someone helps me unload my groceries while ringing them up, packing them, and carrying them out to the car. I can truly say shopping there has been a wonderful experience for me.

It's always clean and well stocked. We have been out of Florida for about 6 years, and it was great to be back shopping in a Publix again.

The store is always clean. They have a wide selection of items not found at other chain stores. Of course the sandwiches made fresh in the deli are always awesome. I have also found that the pharmacy typically carries my medications when other pharmacies are on back order.

Fabulous one-of-a-kind grocery that was built with the consumer in mind. Grat offerings. Check out the deli area. Amazing!

I Ordered donuts Thursday evening to pick up on Sunday for Church, the guy rung up $40.00 I told him I was told $19 for 2 dz of donuts. He Keep going back & forth with me about the price so I asked him to call the bakery bc it wasn't marked. She bought up a $19.00 ticket. He never apologized for his mistake, just a rude young man.

Thankful to have a store closer to home, but it's smaller and does not have everything you need compared to other publix, they are always out of French and Cuban bread by 4 or 5 pm every day.

Eat there many many times and was never disappointed.
