A very well maintained and large supermarket. A variety of groceries for the household. Meat, seafood, dairy, fruit and vegetables, flowers, drinks, etc. Prekarna, cakes are also available. The service is very good. There is also a pharmacy on site. I recommend.

Great place good deli.. after multiple visits this Publix has never fallen... As; sit here eating my Philly cooked roast beef wrap.. I like no ice in my soda this cherry cokes cold and delicious... A must stop

Half the canned goods are dented. They keep putting them on the shelf anyway. Several Publix brand products are more expensive than name brands. Meat is poor quality, over priced, and will probably go bad if you don't eat it the same day. More self checkouts than registers open when it's busy. The store's layout is chaotic. Better put your running shoes on and good luck finding anything. Shopping somewhere else is worth the drive.

This is my favorite Publix. It's so clean and nicely organized, not to mention the subs are amazing in my opinion but if u ask my daughter she'd say the ramen noodles🍜 are her favorite. They have a big variety to satisfy everyone's needs

The pharmacy refused to fill a prescription for me because it was an otc medicine. Not because they didn't have it. Because it was otc. They were rude explaining why & they did not accept my explanation on why I needed it filled via pharmacy. Also they forgot one of my pills so I had to go back to get it. Normally I'm pretty happy to go to Publix & Publix pharmacy. Today I was not.

Clean store , fresh salad , the only downside is the self checkout doesn't take cash

What you would expect from a small Publix?

Publix Pharmacy @ Wildlight Gave me the WRONG prescription, which made me sick like dog. I went back to the pharmacy and all the pharmacist said was: 1 Lecture on complex the system is the many patients 2 I should check my prescription before I leave.

This Publix is great to shop at anytime of the day. The aisles are well stocked and clean. The employees are very friendly. One particular worker always asks how I’m doing. His name is Tim. It seems like I’m running into an old friend when I see him. The deli is great too. The food is delicious. I’ve never had to wait in line at the deli. It is well staffed and they are hard workers. It’s like shopping in a modern supermarket with a small town grocery feeling.

This is the creme de la creme of grocery stores.

Was very clean pleased with the service everyone was polite and happy loved the fruits and vegetable display. Pharmacy is the best I've seen in a very long time will be shopping alot more there when possible

Ordered a buffalo style chicken wrap and asked for no condiments on bread as it makes the wrap too soggy. Izzy then asked how about mayo or mustard I then said again no condiments on the bread. Just wanted it tossed in the sauce. He then squirted buffalo sauce on the bread. I informed him I asked him not to do that. He became agitated and said that’s how I make them. It then became time for The older woman working behind the counter to wrap it. That is when the sandwich fell apart because as I stated it would become too soggy. Izzy noticed what happened and got extremely mad and I said you need to re-wrap that sandwich. He started throwing things around, and just laid the sandwich on another wrap and rolled it and rudely came back and wrapped it in sandwich paper and left. You can validate this if you review your cameras as I was in the line on 7/14 from 1:05 PM approximately to 1:20 PM. I was wearing a red tank top, which said Newport Rhode Island on it. People like Izzy give Publix a very bad name. I live in the area and in your store almost daily. Please educate your employees to listen to the customer and maybe they won’t have any issues. Thank you.

I go here often because it's the only grocery store that is close to my house. The customer service is great, I did have an instance where it wasn't but for the most part its good! It can be crowded at times. There's sometimes a wait to get a sub but it is worth it.

This is a typical Publix in terms of customer service but I find the store a bit small and lacking in variety as compared to other locations. I don't shop here very often anymore because of the prices. Recently I needed a few items for a party and was short on time, so I went to Publix because of the convenience. I purchased a pork shoulder roast that was well within the sell by date. When I unwrapped it to cook it, it smelled horrible. So now I wasted money on a cut of meat that clearly wasn't kept in a continually cold enough environment. It's bad enough that EVERYTHING is over priced, but now they are selling spoiled food. I'll take Walmart any day over Publix.

UPDATE! As of 12pm no update that my medication was filled so I just went up there as only 2 days prior I was told it was set for Sunday because of the information incorrect WHICH IM HAPPY TO SEND STILL. I walked up to the counter asked if I can pickup my medication now. Kaylee brought up wrong script saying June. I said no not that one I know I got that filled only a lil bit ago the one that was supposedly scheduled by piper. Kaylee responded we can start it but will be 30 minutes . I said ok I'll wait over here. I proceed to ask besides the incorrect script she read what if any other meds I have there that I just transferred over so I know when I transfer it back out I can make sure they don't mess up my prescription refill dates anywhere AGAIN. I then asked 1 more question " I would like one of 2 things, piper last name (updated 1st review on Sunday with it) AND OR her license # as I'll be filing a complaint through the florida pharmacy board. Piper then voiced up finally saying "talk to customer service " over and over and over.... what she didn't realize my husband joined me and stepped in and said "So let me get this straight you are REFUSING to give her your last name " her face changed reluctantly said cade and spelled it.to search for her license # I needed ATLEAST her last name. Well during our wait, 4 people got told meds were ready but when they got there were told it was going to be another 30 minutes. Then, a dad, his wife, and kids walked up. He came in and APPARENTLY, THIS PHARMACIST has somehow mixed up medical information of a CHILD not once BUT TWICE, including giving meds out, and this was for his seizures. He said he's complained! He's wondering how his kids' medical information is going out to God knows who and who got the meds? He said he likes publix to shop at but he doesn't have to use this pharmacy and of course, Piper then got irritated and started raising her voice. The dad got his kids meds but I'm guessing by sounds he paid full price because the pharmacist messed up AGAIN because he said he had to gead with insuranceagain and if he has an issue he will be back to get it resolved. Piper needs to lose her job and, at minimum, her license suspended. My husband got to see and witness it all plus evidence of this all being said and her "district manager " finally calls MONDAY he heard me tell him that story and this woman needs to stop this career is obviously not for her. Lies galore to people (meds were actually ready for a couple people she just cant do time management well apparently) and I finally got her license # to go and file complaint against her directly AND NOW publix pharmacy for that CHOLDS info being "mistaken " multiple times from them... DO BETTER!

We got 3 hogies sandwiches yesterday, 1 of them, the roll was so old and stale it was actually inedible. With prices the way they are, come on. there is ZERO way, when someone picked up that roll and cut into it they had to know that it was old junk. Do better and have integrity. P.s 10 people standing around and cleaning vs helping customers at the deli is very frustrating.

I take lunch at Publix all the time but this was the worst experience I've ever had ordering food from a Publix. We waited in line for 30 to get told they where out bread then after ordering a wrap we find out they are of barbecue sauce... from the bad food experience and bad customer service I would not recommend.

We always find what we need and then some at Publix. This is a new store 3 years ago. The cashiers have had great training and have admirable people skills.

This Publix is astounding. Immaculent store in terms of cleanliness. Shelves were fully stocked and were being worked on to maintain their appearances. The bakery department was very helpful in decorating a cake that we needed finished. Definitely an A+ store.

Beautiful place and lots of color selections. They were quick but also paid attention to detail.

Their deli needs to slow down and read the orders for pick-up. Got our subs all kinds of wrong, wrong meats on wrong topping and missing condiments. Still good just very disappointing coming from Publix.

I really like visiting this Publix. The people, both customers and employees. There's always a positive energy coming from here and I always feel welcome here. I do highly recommend shopping in this area. The Publix is always clean and well-organized. I applaud the leadership of this store.

Been shopping at Publix for over 20 years and this is by far my favorite location. The shelves are always well stocked and the employees are so polite. I even know people who drive out of their way to come to this location.

Clean,im not from the area, so i had no idea what to expect. staff was able to navigate me directly to whatever I needed. Similar to what we have called a Giant eagle/ Meijers/ or even Krogers

The person at the service desk would not let me sign my checks so I could cash them . He just said they were denied even tho I never signed them. Feels like he didn’t want me to have my money that I worked hard for like he just wants me to go to work for free

Today I went into Publix and had the pleasure of having the lovely Vincent prepare my sandwich not only was Vincent cleaning the counter as he was preparing to close, but he took a break in that cleanup to assist me and making the greatest sandwich I’ve had from this Publix thus far. Vincent did not overpower my sandwich. When I asked him to place extras in a plastic bag he did so generously, and with great attitude, he was happy and joyful to be working and I was happy and joyful to be his customer. Thank you Vincent. P.S. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars! Get a sandwich with Vincent.

The store layout is great. It makes it easier to get in and out with too much hassle. I love how the deli is setup, reminds me of a traffic circle in Dublin. Every employee seems happy and eager to assist. The parking lot does seem a little small for future planning of other stores. All in all, it's the best new Publix in Nassau county.

Out of all the publix's I've been to, this one has the worst customer service. When you ask where something is people will just kind of wave you off and say that direction somewhere, and the cashier talks to the person bagging instead of interacting with you.

Went on vacation but was tired of eating out but no fear, publix had premade sandwiches that kept everyone full and the assortments of choices made everyone happy

Incredible,clean well organized everything I've come to expect from Publix. I had a steak and cheese sub to go, absolutely delicious. I'm sure I will stop back next time I'm in Nassau county.

If I could put negative Stars I would. My daughter ordered AND PAID for a cake. Then when I went to pick it up they repackaged and sold her cake. I was told I can go choose another cake. Totally unacceptable no call nothing. This was all for her mother's birthday.

Excellent store with great customer service. They have a more modern layout to the store which can be a challenge to navigate things quickly though.

My husband and I absolutely love and adore Publix and we’ve never had a bad experience until we went to this location. We were on a road trip and stopped here for some subs for the drive. Needless to say this was the worst deli experience we’ve ever had in ANY grocery store we’ve been to. Not only were they slow but they were so rude and made us feel awful just for wanting to order something and asking for the things we wanted on our sub. I understand people have their off days and there’s days that can be so busy it makes you almost miserable. However a huge part of your job is customer experience. I’m not asking you to kiss my rear end but don’t make me feel bad for ordering some lunch.

Pretty cool location equipped with an elevator ! Clean & fully stocked. Of course friendly staff as well. It's definitely worth the drive.

I was in today. It was really busy. Understandable. The cashier that checked me out rolled and threw my fruit and veggies down to the girl helping out. The bagger apologized for this. But would mangerment please train to not throw the f & veg that I painstakingly picked out. Thanks
