Grace in the deli gave phenomenal customer service. She was so nice and pleasant definitely coming back.

Pharmacy workers are always very helpful and nice, as are all the other employees in the store.

Publix has the best bakery, produce and meat. I’ve been coming to the Publix bakery specifically for the scrumptious carrot cake for several years now! This is a family favorite. Yesterday I purchased items for a party I had for my grandchildren. Publix is the one stop shop for all my needs. My menu included chicken nuggets, popcorn chicken and Waldorf salads, hotdogs, root beer floats, vanilla ice cream,birthday cake and cupcakes. I was able to find everything I needed and a courteous check out worker asked if I needed help out too. The store is always neat clean and organized. You can sometimes find a buy one get one free deal as well. I highly recommend Publix!

The employees are always friendly and if someone is on the aisle and you need help finding an item they will assist you without any problems.

I just experienced deceptive advertising in the produce department!!! They advertise buy one get one on cut up cantaloupes. In small print, it has a different label of Sunkiss cantaloupe and it looks exactly the same as the regular cantaloupe unless you read the fine print! That’s very deceptive and annoying. I had to return to the store after I realized they did not give me my bogo discount. Publix advertises integrity, but they don’t practice it!

Brand new facility. Always fresh food and shelves are always restocked. You would be happy with friendly staff, lines very little wait times. Very clean and easy to maneuver around store.

This is my go-to Publix. The store is always clean and the staff is always nice and courteous.

What's not to live about Publix? Food is always fresh and good. The only complaint is with regards to something I saw yesterday that involved a gentleman who appeared to be a store manager harassing a young man who was playing an electric violin in the parking lot for tips. If Publix doesn't own the shopping center, then that manager was completely out of line as it's not his place to chase anyone away like that. Publix is.great!

Publix is fantastic moving from update NY it's the closest thing to Wegmans here. Just think it Wegmans of the late 80s

New store with wide Isles, well kept up stock & very friendly & helpful staff.

The sub department is an absolute JOKE. They're consistently out of items. Who even does the ordering? I've given the benefit of the doubt too many times and each time......COMPLETE let down. Save yourself a headache and drive down the street.

This is my favorite Publix. I will go out of my way to go to this Publix. The only thing, is they stopped carrying Chobani honey & vanilla yogurt.

I almost broke my ankle and tipped over my shopping cart on your weird cross pattern paver stones in your parking lot.

Online ordering subs is a bad experience. Every time we do it's never even close to ready to the stated pickup time. No matter what customizations you make on your order. They give you whatever they feel like which is usually the basic. They don't take the time to add what you request. Even if you pay extra for certain items. Got a refund from customer service the past 2 times because of their incompetence!

Always out of things we need, always. Its not a pleasure to shop at publix!!!

Publix is expensive. The exact same items at Walmart are $4-$10 higher at Publix but who wants to go to Walmart. But, you can't beat the Bakery & Deli!!

I get my eye drop refills at this Publix Pharmacy, always fast friendly and helping you out anyway they can. Also great to pick up a quick bite while you are their, never a long wait in line like other stores.

I love BOGOS. When chicken is on sale I live how thw butcher will fillet the breasts.

I ordered a Chantilly cake for a birthday party online and had it picked up and it was a baby smash cake size for 27. They should be ashamed to put it in the big box for regular size cakes

One of the cleanest stores in the area, staff is also the friendliest. Really nice deli area with fresh foods. Always have great bogo deals, although their regular prices are pretty pricey when compared to other local grocery stores.

Terrible experience tonight getting a Sub. I’ve never felt like an inconvenience at Publix but tonight I did. Rushed thru making a sub, poor customer service, empty cold bar. I ordered a specialty BBQ sub and it was a mistake. The facial expressions of the two guys making the subs with the constant annoyance sighs made me feel like I was bothering them the whole time. To top it off, when I had to ask for the toppings that come standard in the sub, the guy stated “well that’s going to take another couple minutes because I have to put them in the toaster”, with a miserable look on his face. I said sure that’s fine because yeah I want it how it comes, that’s why I ordered that sub. When the onions and peppers were finished in the toaster he flipped the container over on the sub and only cover a small area in the center of the sub, nowhere near either ends. He was about to cut it when I asked if he could please even the toppings out. He then gave another miserable look, sighed and walked away looking for a paper towel to clean his knife and spread out the toppings. Long story short, terrible customer service. Customers shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience! They were still open for another 2 hours yet they were mentally clocked out.

Best supermarket there is. Always has top quality of fruit and vegetables.

first off this place was great before the remodel ..now they have a better layout . salad bar , sushi and deli ..so good . the old guy in the liquer store is a cool dude to chat with as well . publix staff is THE best , no matter if youre in a three piece suit or construction uniform you always get treated great ! *Update 6/16/24. We've been getting a cake from Publix. Or a cheesecake or something like that. Every single week from the bakery for the last eight months. The person handling that most of the time as far as I can remember was jessica. She is hands down. The best cake maker i've seen and every cake she's done for us has been delicious and just as beautiful. Thanks to Publix for hiring her and making my Sunday dinners great for a long time.. And for a long time to come.

Boars head Genoa salami is the best sub around. Also as a side, try a can of solid white albacore, mixed in with their macaroni salad. My favorite side with the sub.

Clean well lit store like all Publixes. The deli was quick and the sandwiches were delicious! $10.99 for an entire chicken tender sub which is huge!

I was just passing thru and needed a couple of Publix handmade to order roast beef subs. Absolutely delicious!! Wouldn't expect anything less. Publix Deli and Bakery sections are second to none. I would put them up against anyone!!

I prefer the Publix on Little and SR 52. Larger quanity and selection of zero sugar sodas. This one is a little too prissy for me... sorry guys

Is always our go-to but disappointed that we can never find pure leaf green tea there anymore... we always have to go out our way to another Publix or Walmart to get it.

This store is a joke! I’ve had bad experiences with the pharmacy specifically the pharmacist doing completely unethical practices. Today was an absolute nightmare with the deli/prepared foods section though. They shut down/stopped cooking the hot foods 3 HOURS before closing time!! Refused to cook anything for us and there was barely anything left to pick from on the items that were already made. Horrible experience and would give 0 stars if possible!!

You don't need to see a review to do your groceries. Do you.? They make great sandwiches here and have Sushi. Beer and liquor too. A store with McAllen, nice.

Love this store. Go at least three times per week. I love the fact they have no self checkouts. They actually have cashiers. Which is great. I love every department in the store. I especially like the salad bar which is not located in many stores. Publix is a great company. They're great for the community because they do donate a lot to the local food banks. So keep that in mind when shopping. They are a little more expensive overall but they help out the community, they have great quality food and they have cashiers. So I am more than happy to pay the little bit more that I do. There are subs and bakery cannot be beat. Keep up the great work Publix.. went today 01/23/24 Jamie at the hot food deli area was very helpful. She fixed my toppings on my sub sandwich although it wasn't her area. Thank you Jamie
