Took family for ice cream last week we tried rolled ice cream Delicious ice cream and it's so much fun to watch being done in front of you on top of that this place is SPOTLESS!!! not often do you find that in a restautant. Great family atmosphere love this place..I see a review from a mr. Hughes I read your nasty review don't you have anything better to do than to leave such a nasty review on a small business that is just trying to survive.Some of your prior reviews are similar or worse like the one on Joury's ice cream in Avalon . this is cyber bullying? As a customer I read both positive and negative reviews but your review seems a bit much for what it is, it's just Ice Cream relax, life is short. Will be back next week for more delicious ice cream.

I had vanilla rolled ice cream with hot fudge, peanuts and KitKat as toppings. It was really good! The girl was really attentive and explained us the whole menu as they have so many options, rolled ice cream, regular (great flavor) ice creams, smoothies, you name it!

We came here to try rolled ice cream out here in Florida we’re from Massachusetts, the owner Louis was very nice greeting us the moment we walked in. Made sure we felt welcomed. Even explained to us how to order. He has such a welcoming and genuine spirit. The ice cream was delicious and the best I’ve tasted and good portions . I definitely recommend this place . I’d come back for sure.

Dear Owner, as a multiple franchise owner myself, I feel compelled to notify you of the terrible service experience we had this evening on Aug 8th at 9:31 pm. We’ve met before , you’re from the northeast and we always visit your eatery when we are in town to vist our girls. I hope your cameras are working so be able to confirm what I’m describing. The place looked closed before we entered your shop. Most tables had chairs on top of the them. A young lady with black straight hair and glasses was basically forcing people to stand by placing chairs on top of the tables to prevent people from sitting or staying in the store. If you look at the camera, you’ll see my wife headed to a table that had just vacated and this young lady she rushed ahead to put the chairs on top of the table where my wife was going to sit. I’ve never seen anything so flagrant , as the store closing hours indicate 10pm not 9:30 or earlier. This young lady is making you lose revenue by doing this. I just thought you’d want to know that she is closing shop way before closing hours. At the end we had to eat $34 worth of ice cream outside as we walked to our cars. Updated: thanks for clarifying your 9:30 closing policy, however never I have seen someone try to rush to beat a paying customer to the table and just start turning over chairs, basically blocking you while actively starting to sit. I would personally would have let the customer sit and finish. All other tables were closed except 1. At our stores we open at 8 and 8:30 respectively for both stores we close at 6:30 sharp. If customers are in the store after 6:30. We lock our doors while patrons finish their business we let them out and close the door behind them all while the other employees continue their closing procedures. My grip is the way that young lady ran to race my wife to the table and just block her from sitting, that should not be condoned. I’ve updated the rating but service was unacceptable, I was with 5 people And they all were surprised at what they saw.

This place is so unique and has so many options, I was a little overwhelmed but got the taro with brownies in it. The small cup is a lot so I can’t imagine anything bigger. They make the ice cream combo right in-front of you which was cool and the workers were super friendly.

The ice cream is OK, but the service definitely has some gaps. It's basically priced a bit higher because of a gimmick. Much like Marble Slab has a gimmick. If you sort by one-star reviews, you can see this owner has some issues and lacks self awareness and even some reading comprehension skills. I used to go here a couple times a month with my family. A while back we ran into a small issue and after it repeated I offered a polite "hey, just thought you should know". It was not met with an apology but an explanation....and a lengthy one. Now, as I read this owners responses to any criticism, there is something off about this guy. It is consistent with how he tried explain things.

I love everything about this place! It feels like home with how friendly everyone is, but also gives early 2000s arcade vibes with the interior. I don't now how to explain it but it is just so fun! You get to watch them make your rolled ice cream and have great conversation. I ended up getting a butter pecan rolled ice cream with condensed milk and rainbow sprinkles on top. It was so good! They have so many options. If you don't like rolled, they also have scooped! I would definitely recommend this establishment. We will be back!

WOW! My Grandkids LOVED this place! This was our 1st time & won't be the last! The nice guy behind the counter assisted us immediately, he was so friendly & 9yo kids enjoyed watching him create their fav "cotton candy" & Grma LOVED her "mango" rolled ice cream. "Thank You" for keeping it affordable to enjoy a special treat! Next time we are in the area, we will be sure to come back!

I got the taro rolled ice cream and it was so delicious! Super creamy and full of taro flavor. They had a Lady Gaga playlist going and I had so much fun singing along.

The ice cream was great but there were Bible quotes all over the place. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I won't risk going back, I worry that I'd get nasty comments if we were visibly LGBTQ/allies.

I absolutely love coming here, I come here quite frequently and the staff, no matter who it is, is always friendly and helpful. They are the only place in Orlando that I know of that have a dairy free and gluten free option (with multiple options for flavors too), and it taste just the same as the ones with dairy. My lactose and gluten free intolerant peeps this is your place to finally enjoy ice cream again.

Customer service was great, what was horrible was the caramel rolled ice cream I got. I ended up getting food poisoning. I'm pregnant, the reaction was so bad that I was admitted to the hospital. Please check the dates of your dairy products that you used for the rolled ice cream. I did not enjoy the ice cream, the ice cream was hard, I've had rolled ice cream before and it was not as hard like this place. The price of ice cream is very high too, due to this experience I won't be coming back. Follow up review: Wow ,the way you responded to this review is so unprofessional, it says a lot about you, I know for a fact that I got sick after eating this ice cream, I started feeling sick 30 mins later after consuming it, I was the only one in my family that had the rolled ice cream, my son and husband just had a regular scoop of ice cream, and they were fine. As far as the rolled ice cream, I was it was mainly talking about the hard texture of the ice cream, plus the ice cream was covered in caramel syrup that could have altered the taste of the ice cream being bad. Your ice cream is over priced, I've visited a lot of ice cream shops that offer more for the price, so please don't even go there. I was admitted to the hospital the very next day to this bad ice cream, I'm pregnant so this really affected me. I don't go to restaurants to find something wrong and write a review, I go to have a great time with my toddler and my husband. I can tell how rude you are by the way you respond to negative reviews that have been left about your shop, I'm not the only one who had left a bad review about your restaurant.

I had dairy free chocolate rolled ice cream with peanut butter and it was very good, you couldn't tell it was dairy free.

This ice cream place is a classic, they make the rolled ice cream in front of you and spark conversations every time we’ve come here. The employees are super sweet and the owner is almost always there, remembering our faces and even giving us a punch card for free ice cream the more we come! You have one person working, which seems to have no idea how to talk to people when they come in As soon as there was a rush, he was overwhelmed. Try having better training as management because I know the young man tried his best. COLD STONE across the street is better by far. Don’t waste your money here.

There are so many nice things to say about this location. My sister loved the taiyaki, and their smoothies were so good I came back two days in a row! Literally the best smoothie I’ve had, it’s fresh fruit (from Colombia) and a slushee like consistency, with no added sugar and vegan option. Yesterday I got mango and today they let me mix mango, soursop, pineapple, and passion fruit. Usually when a sign claims “the best smoothie in FL” I’m skeptical, but it truly is my new favorite. The owner is so kind and caring, he remember me from coming in over five years ago. I went to sit down and he was asking the family beside me about how their day was going. This kind place deserves support. I will be back to try more smoothie flavors!
