Cashier was super nice and friendly. Really cool I even left 5$ tip on sub without even trying sandwich. However rotted tomatoes with dark spots and cheaper chicken meat was a turnoff. I took a few bites and when I notice the tomatoes had blk spots and were white then notice the chicken Philly had the meat that they do t grill was a turn off. I turned the sandwich over to the gentleman and he offer a refund which I decline. Really big let down because reviews were so good. Just shaking my head. Hopefully this review will goto owner and he will talk to his worker to use good looking tomatoes not white with brown core. Wth

The place is small, quaint, and take out only. They've been in business for many years, I've been going here over 15 personally. I'm so glad they have an app to order ahead now. Their subs are by far the best I've ever had! Prices are in line with what you would normally pay for a good sub. Quality is above excellent. There's something about the bread that's absolutely addictive. Service is quick and easy. Do not miss the opportunity to get the best sub ever from Royal Subs.

I brag about this place all the time. Hands down, the best Subs in town. My go-to is the 12" Classic Italian. Thier delicious, default dressing on this pièce de résistance, is their Creamy Italian. 5-Stars.

The best Subs in town! The Owner is the sweetest. My daughter and I love this place ; great staff , very professional and food is always delicious. Our favorite is the Turkey , ham and cheese.

I usually go to the other location but it was closed. The sub overall was good but the bread wasn't as soft and the pink lemonade was not as sweet as the other location.

Great sandwiches with fast service

Soooooo good, sub was delicious (Italian), broccoli cheddar soup was awesome, potato and macaroni salad was pretty good too. Pickles were good-they have a very strong vinegar brine but if you like that you'll LOVE the pickles- also good price for the huge size!! Will probably be my new go to lunch spot!

Always a great experience. It can be busy around lunch time so prepare or preorder before you go. The food is fresh as well as the bread. I hope they remain top tier. Very few fresh tasting sub spots.

My first time at this location. I grew up eating at the one on 45th, the food here is delicious. I got the meat ball and there’s nothing negative I can say, the customer service was great from the time I walked in til I left. The wait was very fast , I was in and out within 10 mins. The restaurant itself is very well kept, clean and in a good location! Definitely will be going to this location more often, to me . This location is better than 45th.

Worst cheesesteak I have honestly ever had got a 6inch and could not finis half started feeling sick right after. Your Italian sub is amazing but supper disappointed today.

Hands down best subs in Palm Beach County. The owner is fully involved with the business and makes the subs and runs production with the staff and works very hard to improve the business through experiencing the process, problems, & victories the store goes thru himself. Cool guy, good crew and great food. Italian is a classic favorite but the chipotle steak and cheese is my favorite hot sub.

It’s a sub shop with very friendly people. The potato salad is so many steps above anything I have had anywhere. Ham and Swiss total excellence, especially the bread.

Pretty good, I like the bread although its a bit different style than the Northeast Italian rolls Im used to. Its more pillowy and soft, somewhat reminiscent of an amoroso roll. The royal supreme was pretty good, but I was not a huge fan of the cheesesteak. It wasn't bad, but the meat wasn't up to my standards. I dont think this style of roll suits a cheesesteak very well. I would eat here again though

Everytime I go to this location everyone is so nice. The guy in the front that takes orders has great customer service. Even the workers in the back. No one looked unhappy and even smiled. My sub is always on point. Keep it up.

I’ve been coming here since it opened. You can tell they sold out to somebody. They have got cheap on the meat. Cheese. I got Swiss cheese and it’s cut so thin you can see through it. Subyways cheese is thicker. Breads the same. Thank god.

My friend was looking for a seafood platter well this was the only place i could find it and it was delish my chicken salad was pretty great as well

The best subs in town. Fresh baked soft bread. All the subs are deluous but my 2 favorite are the steak and cheese, also the Italian it's one of the best around. The staff is super friendly. Try thank you will be happy you did. They will become a favorite after your first try you will be hooked.

I dream of these subs, my partner took my other half once and I’ve never felt such violence towards him, my first thought when I woke up that morning was my leftovers waiting patiently for me in the fridge. Total devastation and utter disappointment. absolutely the best spot in a 100 mile radius. I can’t eat pub subs or anything else since my standards have been risen ten fold, accidentally and wonderfully ruined every other sandwich place in the country. Amazing workers who’ve been there for years, and community and attention. Once I went and they couldn’t do my sub (a BLT) because they had sold out of bacon and I was quite literally holding back tears- my fault not theirs- happy to know they sell out and are constantly successful as chains tend to drown out wonderful local shops, but not this one, ever. get there fast and early on weekends!! Somehow, the sandwich can sit in the fridge for 9 hours at home and still be incredibly delicious- the bread is flawless and holds up well with time. Kinda want to recommend, but kinda want to keep a secret to ensure my personal benefit ;)

I haven’t had a sub from here in years and decided to drop by. It took me back to high school dances when I was first introduced to them. Everything was superb from the customer service to the taste of my ham and cheese sub. I also loved my southern sweet tea. I’ll be ordering my platter soon.

I have been eating Royal Subs since I was in High School (over 40 years). The Fresh bread and quality ingredients really made the Sub. The Italian if fantastic the BBQ is AWESOME (messy get extra napkins). Thank You Bryan Family for y'alls AWESOME Food.

We had this place last week and everyone liked it a lot! The bread is so soft and really makes the sub, So we decided to get them again and this time I got the steak and cheese with "grilled onions and peppers". I asked for the peppers and onions to be well done... These things never even seen the grill.. Not sure if it was just laziness or just don't care but all the subs that had "grilled onions and peppers were raw". This is a good place just do better.

Cheesesteak sub was pretty bad, pre-made and heated up in the microwave, could do so much better if they invested in a flat top or skillet. Wouldn't kill you to make an effort?????

This place is phenomenal!! Salads and subs are great! I've had 3 different subs in 2 weeks and they are always fresh and packed with meat. Service is exceptional, they forgot a salad on my pick up order and when I called, no grief, no issues, just a "I'm sorry we can deliver it to you". Delivery was fast and friendly. Wish I lived or worked closer I'd be there daily. Plus their sides are great too!

Royal Subs is the best sub shop in West Palm. Both locations are fantastic with wonderful service every time. Just discovered them this year, after living here the past 20 years. The bread is just the BEST.

This royal subs location has a way bigger menu then the other location. Loved my veggie sub. Very filling. Had everything I requested. My boyfriend has the ultimate Italian and enjoyed his as well. Was delivered fast.

First time here and these guys are great. Super friendly and patient. They look like they love what they do. The sandwich shows it too. The food was delicious. From the bread to the toppings and everything in between its five stars from me.

Best sub I have ever had! My husband and I decided to try this place today. When you walk in you are greeted with that amazing deli smell.I got the Italian and my husband got the club with a side of creamy italian. When we both took our first bite we looked at eachother and moaned out loud. The bread is so damn good and soft. The bite literally melts in your mouth like butter. The service is awesome. The guys who were behind the counter were so nice and made us feel like we were old friends. We also had a side of the mac and cheese and it was pretty good, very creamy but not overly cheesy. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend this place. I can't wait to order them again.

I recently left Palm Beach County and upon my return the first thing I wanted to eat was Royal Subs, after the first bite I felt like I was HOME!!! I am a Italian Ultimate, Stake a Roni, Stake Bomb kind of guy but everything is fresh and delicious. The meat is top notch and the BREAD is SUPERIOR!!! The staff is super friendly, attentive and fast the Seth guy is really great. They use all the delivery apps and have their own as well.

Learned my lesson, i live in royal palm and i will only buy from 45th st location only from now on. The okeechobee location was so disgusting after 10 yrs i will definitely never go back.

The subs used to be really good they changed the bread it's not as good and the meat has changed and you barley get any meat or veggies the staff are not very friendly

Firstly let me say I would post pictures of my food but I ate all of it in one sitting!! Lmao! It was so good and the ingredients so fresh. I mean the ASMR on the crunch from those pickles. I was disappointed the OG banana bread was discontinued but the new chocolate swirled banana bread & m&m chocolate chip cookie more than hit the spot. I have been in palm beach more than 20yrs n would frequent the other location for a few times a week. I understand people may have different opinions on food due to having varying levels of taste. But there is one fact that has always stood true. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH! THE FOOD "I" have always received was FRESH. Every single time. 45th street has had some of the same people since I can remember and Mike is always great & charming at the Okeechobee location. Great job!! Customer for life!!!!

Used to be a frequent visitor there and they were usually nice. When I received my food this last time, the bag of chips I received was open. When I called to let them know, they offered to replace the item. I asked for a refund since I wouldn't be able to get there in time before they close. I had to bring back the bag of open chips (which to me, should've been checked before handing out the order) in order to give me a refund. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt in the case that it was me who accidentally popped them open, but the bag was mangled and the chips inside were stale. Disappointed in the customer service there, especially after going there so often.

I love royal subs and I drive a distance to get it but the best thing about the sub was there unique soft sweet bread. They no longer have that bread, it’s like regular sub bread now. The sub was still really good but I’m going to miss there old bread. My favorite is the Italian or Ultimate Italian sub. I also like the Philly Cheesesteak. They also have a delicious Creamy Italian sauce.

This location of Royal Subs consistently uses stale bread and is very light on the toppings. The other location is consistently good and never disappoints.

Phenomenal service. Fast. Their subs are amazing: down to the bread, mayo, and meats. They're a long time staple of the WPB area.

Had more lettuce than meat on both subs. I could literally close the sub and you won’t see anything hanging out but lettuce. Paid for extra cheese and had only one slice cut in half. Bread was soggy as well. The one on 45th gives exactly what you ask for and I never have to complain. I will never go to this location again.

Another establishment I've frequented since my freshman year in high school; just in a different location. The staff is great, friendly and fun! Many familiar faces and get this, the new faces actually smile. I have never had a sub that taste even similar to these. My favorite of all time is the Italian Combo, but everything is wonderful!!!
