I had a truly enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was inviting, and the drinks were both refreshing and perfectly crafted. The waiter was not only attentive but also incredibly friendly, adding a personal touch to the whole evening. The appetizers were delicious, setting the tone for an amazing meal that followed. Every bite of the food was full of flavor, and the music in the background created a lively, yet relaxing vibe. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience from start to finish.

This site is amazing! But the best thing about the whole experience was the treatment of my server, Yuliana! This is how it's nice to be served! 😁😁 patience, affection and professionalism!!! 5⭐️

Frank's good attention, delicious food and very good place, fast service

They charge for water, 20% gratuity automatically, and the service was not good. Our server was rude and she did not bring any refills to our table. She did not give me a straw and no steak knife for my steak. She would purposely avoid our table to bring anything we needed. She put our total for our large party on one check and when we asked for her to separate it she rolled her eyes at us and walked off and did not come back to our table. I will not be coming back, not a good experience at all. The restaurant was completely empty when we dined and it took forever to get our food and any small items like sauces, extra cutlery, etc.

The food is very good, we went to the place for lunch with the family, we had to wait an hour for the food to be served, the restaurant was not at half capacity. When they bring us the bill I see that on the bill they had already added a 20% tip, they do it in a way that if you don't check you give more, I think the service in tips was not up to 20% but rather a 10% I don't think I'll go back to the place to eat.

The food is very delicious, the mofongos are spectacular, I ordered the chicken with cream and it was very good, nothing too spicy or greasy, Mariana served us super attentive and special 🙏🏻🙌🏻

I tried to celebrate my birthday at this place and I really liked it. The food is brutal but you can't even talk to the person next to you, the volume of the music is very loud and the music is really bad.

First time here and overall experience was DIVINE!! Beautiful place to come for a special lunch/dinner. Food was spectacular!! Everything we had was full of flavor yet very simple, not a lot of seasoning which our family loves, easy on the spices. We came Sunday afternoon and they had live music. Mariana was our server, and she also was as amazing as the dishes and the live show!!! She was the nicest most attentive server we have had in the area. Will definitely keep coming back. ❤️

Date night and the food was great! The beef empanadas and Churrasco steak were amazing! Our waitress Patri was very friendly and gave us outstanding service. There was a DJ playing Spanish music. Overall we had a great time!

We were visiting family and decided to go out to dinner off of a recommendation by my mother in law. What a great experience from the moment we walked in. Patricia was FANTASTIC, so accommodating to every request on and off the menu. The food was absolutely delicious along with the service and ambiance. Highly recommend!

Beautiful restaurant atmosphere looks great… That being said food was a big disappointment! Not sure where the fusion is but we ordered the mofonguitos de ropa vieja they were plain and dry, then we have the chiaroscuro which was decent kind of hard to mess that up, we also ordered the picadera Sajoma which was basically a basket of fried things all the stuff in the Picadera was just plain no extra flavor or presentation very simple especially for $36. We also ordered the paella Caribena which was another disappointment it barely had seafood in it and it was nothing special the presentation was nice but the dish itself lacked. But even with the food being ok the service was the most disappointing… our server she sucked! And I was trying hard to believe in her but she was in her own world, restaurant was empty with 4 tables and 3 servers we had to ask repeatedly for refills she would continuously forget, She would was barely seen we had to ask another server for things multiple times and they wouldn’t help. With the price they charge for plain food at least give us people that want to work.

I ordered some sushi for my girls and they served it with quite a bit of spice and the worst part was that I even told the waiter that before mine comes out they shouldn't add any spice to it and it still came out with the spicy sauce. Vote all my money. And the worst experience for my girls. I work in a restaurant and as a waitress I would have solved it in any way possible so that the customer felt satisfied!... here they only gave me ugly gestures and spoke badly to me. I'm not coming back again!

Mariana our server was amazing. We went for my God mother's birthday and they did not disappoint. We had tostones bowl for appetizers both shrip and ropa viaja. We had curasco steak cooked to perfection as main entree and the brought out hot brownie and ice cream for her birthday. We had strawberry margaritas for happy hour and left extremely happy! Highly recommend!

If you haven't found the Dominican Republic fair at Sajoma, then quite frankly I think you are missing out of the jewel of Kissimmee. Located in the same parking lot as The Olive Garden and Best Buy, it is easy to miss, but once you have started sampling their tantalizing treats and the ambiance of music and first class service I am certain you will relax into the family atmosphere that i have I highly recommend starting with the Croqettes, actually I have them every time I am there. Presented with such flair, you might just like how pretty they are, until you take that first bite. Truly sensational and there has never been a time that me or anyone I have brought there has been met with anything but the smiles and happiness. On Thursday outside enjoying the Florida summer night, you will be met with a live DJ outside, but Friday is where the fun starts...!! Make reservations early or you are likely to be waiting until next week. Ambiance Flavor Everyone dedicated to your culinary satisfaction, why would you go to Orlando. Take a chance and let me know how you liked it.

The food is excellent. But Mariana's attention is the main attraction. The preparation and presentation of dishes and desserts is true art. I've been many times and they always surprise me. Grilled octopus is what I repeat the most. Please don't lower the level!

We've been here before and had really good service at the bar. Food was different, but tasty. Can't say the same for the table service, not impressed with the waiter, he was busy talking and eating in the kitchen. Food and drinks took way too long to arrive.

Start with food: I had the Pechuga Al Maduro. This entree is a couple pieces of flat chicken in a white sauce, stacked on top of each other with a toothpick. On top is Parmesan cheese but throughout the is mozzarella. In between the chicken is sweet plantain. The presentation is underwhelming for a Latin fusion entree. It’s very basic and lacks a culinary flair….it’s literally just doused in white sauce. The chicken itself lacked seasoning to bring out the flavours especially the meat. What I can say positive about this dish is that it has a good flavour with everything in one bite meaning if you have bite without the plantain then the dish is off putting. Constructive feedback: the sweet plantain needs to be of a purée complimenting the style of the dish (considering it’s Latin) and allowing every bite the chance to have the purée on every bite given it that enhanced flavour…never mind the slop of white sauce(the white sauce is good but way too much. Definitely have the slices of sweet plantain as well top. The chicken absolutely has to be seasoned. It’s not a fine dining experience either with a few flat pieces of dry chicken; a full chicken breast would be a lot nicer. Overall I’ll give this entree 2.5/5 because it has all the flavour and potential of a dish of fine dining. Salmon teriyaki: my wife had this dish and like it and recommends this dish. Churrasco a la parilla: my son ate this meal and it was a simple yet delicious entree. Service: Our Waitress was Valeria G. She was very soft spoken to the point where she comes off as one whom lacks confidence (so use that voice😉). We asked for waters for the 3 of us and came back with 2… she abruptly left, she came back after a few moments and asked for that 3rd water and eventually returned with the water. Her personality came off as impersonal, quiet and wasn’t as attentive. I wasn’t impressed with service at all and needs constructive coaching. Atmosphere: its good indoors, we were initially seated on the patio as requested however the music was too loud… I recommend this restaurant however I hope you have a better experience than us. Everything was okay but when it came time to pay the bills (large group) the waiter messed up the bills...charged me for a two person bill and a 1 person bill tob2 people. Luckily I had the money and it was a family member. It could have been a real disaster!!

My wife and I decided to go to this place since we had never visited it and it had caught our attention since the restaurant looks very nice from the outside. When we enter ready to have a good dinner, the place looks very nice from the inside. On the way to the restaurant we had searched online for the menu and my wife wanted to try the sushi, which looks spectacular in the photos. Finally my wife ordered the salmon sushi with guava sauce and I ordered a special house sushi (I don't remember the name and I searched online and they don't have that sushi menu available). When the sushi arrived at the table, the salmon sushi had no flavor whatsoever and the sushi rice was overcooked and too rubbery. My wife decided not to eat it and asked the waiter for a better option, something that he had eaten and liked about the place. The waiter recommends the Skirt Steak and my wife orders it with fries. When the waiter brought the steak, the steak was totally flavorless (at least the medium rare term was excellent), the chimichurri sauce tasted of nothing (flavorless) and the fries were literally frozen from Walmart! Finally I asked for the bill and paid $128 (including the tip, the waiter was very attentive and not to blame for anything) and we asked to speak with the manager to give him our feedback and he let us know that there are different types of tastes and that the menu It has different options and the fries were not frozen.🤷🏻‍♂️ I simply will not visit this place again, I prefer to invest the time it took me to get my $128.00 in a place that makes me feel like it was worth it and I deserve it .

The only thing I have to say is we when inside and the host said they only have outside table when the inside table where empty i can not said nothing about there food because didn’t get the chance to taste it I am a business owner but this people judged you by your looks they can keep there food because i am not goona spend my money on this place sorry for the owners you need to hired professionals that’s know how to treat customers.

By far the most elegant dominican restaurant I've been to - not your typical "hole on the wall". The place is beautiful and the food was truly great! We had been dreaming of finding a place like this and we found it here!

I visited the place because of the positive reviews I found. But since my wife and I entered the place everything was the opposite. A nice lady who saw us waiting for a while and the empty hall (the place was not as full as for the occasion) tried to help us, and the person in charge at the entrance embarrassed her, and she left us waiting a few more minutes (because she is the who commands). In the meantime, the owner or manager, moving at the entrance in front of my wife and me in a pedantic and pretentious manner (without coming to help us) ordered us to move since according to him we were in the way. After that we ordered the drinks and they brought me a glass glass with lipstick marks (Red) showing that they literally did not clean the glass before presenting it to a new customer. We ordered 2 things from the menu to give it a chance, and one of the dishes was cold when they were supposed to be croquettes. After that we decided to leave the place, disappointed since it was the parents' dinner.

Everything was super delicious, the music, the attention and everything. I recommend it. Thank you for your attention to Patricia and the entire team. We were satisfied
