I'm here at least twice a week. It's the best healthy low cost option downtown for lunch and most customers are people that work in the area. If you pack your plate full of fruit it's going to be more expensive but I get a decent sized salad with a few California rolls and I spend about $6. Since the pandemic I have worked from home and haven't been here since. I think about it all the time. If they were open on the weekends I would make a special stop.

Holistic trainer here. Had Jury Duty and decided to go here during lunch break. This place is a hidden gem for people living a healthy lifestyle. Good selection of raw vegetables, good dressings, simple protein selection. Ate the food and right away my body felt nourished. Highly recommend if you are starting to eat healthier!

This is the best kept lunch secret in Tampa. California rolls, homemade chicken soup, a fresh salad bar, japchae and pasta salad. The staff is so kind and the food is very fresh. I couldn't recommend it enough for a healthy and delicious lunch.

Really nice classic salad bar. Chicken salad was on the sweeter side. Would love to see a spinach or arugula salad mix, and a healthier ranch dressing if possible (maybe thinned out greek yogurt base with the hidden valley spice mix?). Overall pleasant first time experience though

Secret Garden is a quaint, family owned business that CANNOT be beat. Fresh, friendly, and clean. I moved from Tampa several years ago and when I’m back in town, I MUST stop in for a takeout box. Also, try the crab salad. It’s the best I’ve ever eaten!!!!!

This is one of my favorite spots. If you like fresh ingredients and friendly service, this is the place for you. My only complaint is that they haven’t expanded outside of downtown.

Either eating in or getting our order to go, Secret Garden is a staple of our work lunch jaunts. My boyfriend is a super salad kind of guy so from the fact that he could literally go here every single day for the salad bar is a pretty good barometer for how fresh and good the food is. The food is good the people are great, it's just an all around win.

They always have a large, nice variety of very fresh salad fixings. The even have some sushi. The best part is the friendly cashier who always greets you and makes you feel at home. I always have a nice meal at Secret Garden!

Great food and good family business. I have known these people for almost 10 years. This place is always busy! The salad is paid per lb, which is a very reasonable price. The sushi is made fresh everyday and the Chinese noodle dish is the only reason that I go there.

I read other reviews before I checked this place out so I was prepared when I arrived. I grabbed a to go container and put together a decent sized salad with lettuce, crab salad, veggies, and those amazing Asian noodles. I paid around $6 and it was plenty to keep me full until dinner time. The food was very fresh and the people there were nice. I'll be returning for more quick fresh lunch salads.

Great selection but can get expensive VERY quick. As I visit very frequent they should come up with a reward program after so many visits something free or discounted would be nice

Out of the way, small, but effecient lunch spot for the downtown crowd. Beautiful, complete, and clean salad bar, including a selection of sushi. This is a pay by weight place, cash only. It is a very inexpensive, yet high quality. Other reviewers have said there is a lack of meat/protein, but I have not found that to be the case; there is chicken salad, tuna salad, ham, cheeses, and various other proteins. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Love coming here, especially when I have limited time (and money), meaning I visit often. The many salad bar ingredients hardly ever change (speaking of greens and veggies). I like it cause you know exactly what you'll get. The sandwiches always taste homemade, with very fresh ingredients. Prices are beyond fair for downtown. I was going to deduct a star because the protein choices for the salads are quite limited and not the healthiest, but the service is too friendly, so I just couldn't. I also asked myself, "if they're not a 5-star place, why do you go so often?"... So there ya go.

Last time I was there it was a little late in the day, so the food was scant. On a regular day, the food is in abundance, fresh made sushi rolls and plenty of variety for an amazing salad.

Great Place for a quick salad! My husband and I have been meeting here to grab our lunch to go for several months. It's cheap, easy, fast and fresh. Basically you walk in and either pick up a to go container or plate with a tray and start picking out what you want. They have romaine lettuce freshly cut and separated into light and dark greens. You can then get some pasta salad, potatoes salad or chopped tuna or chicken. If you arrive after 11:30 the sushi California rolls will be ready and you can grab some of those. There are a tons of veggies at the veggie portion and the are pretty consistent with daily stock. They also have sliced ham or turkey to add. You have a choice between six different salad dressings and you can finish with nuts & raisins. At the very end by the registered there is some tasty Korean noodles (must try, trust me) and daily soup. Everything is weighed so if you load a lot of heavy food you will pay more than if you keep it light. They also have a variety of refreshments you can grab. Keep in mind this is more of a grab and go place not a fine dining experience. It's great for all those people who only have a 30 min lunch and need something fast and fresh!
