Very confusing to get into this place for visitors, not familiar with the area....parking options are terrible and they give you only a 30min park allowance ....I left ...didn't bother to eat there ,went somewhere else .

Authentic, mouth watering, and beautiful ambiance. We truly enjoyed our experience. Staff were all attentive and helpful. The owner was sweet enough to give us the meaning of the restaurant's name. Senbazuru translates to 1,000 origami. Per her explanation ancient Japanese legend vows that folding a thousand origami cranes will give you luck and you'll also be granted a wish. A touching story she provided was that often times a community will come together to fold origami to ask the Gods to help heal someone in need. The restaurant has a bowl of origami and they even let you choose from a variation of colors to take as a gift. We had a variation of gyoza and the Senbazuru Spirited Truffle Tori Tonkotsu Ramen. Both were crowd pleasures and I would suggest them hands down. The broth in the ramen had great depth of flavor and the meat was very tender and tasty. Two thumbs up to this restaurant. The seafood ramen is amazing! A must try at sistruck market… a great seafood/pescatarian option!

As someone whose gone a long way for ramen, like literally almost every where around here. This is the best ramen ever. There’s so much flavor in the broth I had the first option of ramen I think it’s called toku it’s my major recommendation! The way it all ties together it taste like a whole new world😭 I loved it and the people are so kind thanks❤️

AMAZING!!! Life-changing ramen! I went with my mom and her friend this Friday and it was incredible. Great food and even better staff, she was super nice and genuine! Loved it, the ramen is out of this world

The food and the service was amazing I would definitely recommend eating here and everything is clean and all the tables have a spray bottle of alcohol to clean the tables it's very spacious and there are alot of stations

I’ve had many ramens in my life all over the world and I must say this ramen is by far the best I have ever tasted! The broth is not too heavy, not too lite, it’s just right and with that extra truffle sprinkle it’s ridiculously good! The pork melts in your mouth and there is the perfect amount of bamboo shoot, nori, fish cake and noodles! This holds the crown for best ramen in the world💯

The tonkatsu was incredible. The noodles were everything you wanted them to be. Have a body, not too thin. The broth had such a robust flavor. I’d bring any of my friends here.

I really enjoyed my food from Senbazuru!!! Great food and great customer service. The seafood ramen is amazing! I've had it on multiple occasions and the quality and taste is still the same. The salmon balls are a nice touch of protein. I don't think there is anything on the menu that is bad. I also had the sweet tangy Korean BBQ. We ordered 2 servings tonight. So good!! I also got to taste the gyoza. Very light and tasty! Of course I will be back! Adrianna was also great with her customer service and explaining the origins of the dishes. I can't wait to come back!

Amazing food! I lived in Japan before and the food tasted super authentic. The staff was so friendly and provided a lot of detail about the food they were serving. Would definitely come again!

The appetizers are great. The Ramen is even better! Adriana (I think that is her name) is the woman that took our order and she was very helpful since it was my first time being there. Definitely found my go-to ramen spot, I love it and will definitely be a regular!

If you are planning on vacationing in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is a must that you eat at Senbazuru. They have the best chicken curry ramen soup. The dumplings in the soup, SUPERB! I can eat it everyday. I just love it. The staff are very nice and friendly. Beautiful, calm, cozy atmosphere. Service was prompt. Can’t wait to go back.

I have had ramen at many ramen places in south Florida as well as in Los Angeles and I must say this chicken curry ramen is at the very top of the list. The pot stickers are a very unique touch and the curry adds a ton of flavor.

When I tell you my cravings were satisfied with their truffle tori tonkotsu. I ordered one to eat and couldn't leave without taking another one home! Adriana was so warm and welcoming too.

Phenomenal broth, soggy noodles, and some of the worst pork I've ever had. Was super unfortunate, hopefully things might be different when the head chef is there?

Great food.. obviously a refreshing experience considering the establishment of the sistrunk market. But it felt like a full experience ! Delicious!

Excellent ramen and very pleasant experience dining here, manager/owner was extremely friendly and the quality of the food was fantastic. I think the restaurant needs to refocus their menu, the other items like the jalapeno poppers with a Mexican flag in it doesn't fit the theme of the restaurant and stands out like a sort thumb. Some of the tapas and small dishes feel like they have no business being features in a japanese ramen restaurant that wants to be taken seriously. The takoyaki is a nice feature, but I would like to see them feature more traditional japanese street foods too like okonomiyaki or yakitori skewers. Not jalapeno poppers and chicken wings with corresponding flags from their countries of origin. Still, their flag ship dish, the ramen noodles, especially their truffle tonkatsu is fantastic.

Ramen was good just a little short of the protein. Had the curry chicken ramen and the tonkotsu ramen.. yummy

Came for the first time and we had the ramen from this location and it was a bit spicy and rich in flavor. Super yummy.

I Tried the Tonkotsu Ramen, gyozas, takoyaki and papas bravas. I have been searching all around FL for the best ramen and tbh this was nothing special. It was good 👍 but the flavors are not bold enough to make me wanna come back. They're level of spicy couldn't be spicy for anyone. The broth was over-powered by the heavy handed amount of scallions -- which wasnt bad but a tad too "oniony" . However, the egg 🥚 in it is probably one of the best tasting boiled eggs I've had in a ramen! The gyozas there are 👌 perfectly cooked -- good choice! The takoyaki unfortunately wasn't the best - the octopus was still a bit chewy. The papas bravas are not authentic just taste like basic seasoned potatoes with a little sauce drizzled on top.

I had the pleasure to meet the co-owner, Oscar, this afternoon where I had the chicken curry ramen bowl. The ingredients were not only tasty but fresh, light and delicious! I highly recommend ordering from Senbazuru when you are at Sistrunk Marketplace.
