OMG! The food is absolutely delicious and the portions are so big! For a small place, it's great. I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful tacos and refreshing drinks

Simply put, this place is legit. Service is family friendly, sorry I forgot her name but our waitress was the sweetest thing. Food is great! I had the barilla tacos and so good. Wife had the fajita quesodillas and my son had the chicken burrito, they were impressed and stuffed. Only suggestion is providing more consomme for the 3 barilla tacos, I ran out after 2. But other than that, Wow, a great place. We will be back.

The food here is amazing. Best nachos in town. The guys in the kitchen are fast and clean. Their flavor keeps bringing me back whenever I'm In the area. The menu could be streamlined and simplified to make the ordering process quicker. I've seen a ton of first timers confused about how to order, But once you know what you like, it's easy to order the next time. Don't let the menu intimidate you!

It's a small place but the food is awesome! The portions are large. Small seating area but has a few tables outside as well. I think most order and go. Staff is friendly as well. Love, Love Love!!

Small space with excellent tacos and nachos. Ordered fish tacos, shrimp tacos and beef nachos. A shrimp in every bite and a piece of fish longer than the taco! Super delicious! Nachos were loaded! Will definitely come back!

Food was so delicious! We were from out of town and stopped by this little place and it did not disappoint! I had the steak fajita quesadilla and it was one of the best I have ever had! Would recommend!

Were passing through Daytona and spontaneously stopped at Senor Taco - cause it looked so authentic! We had Burritos and Fajita quesadillas and it was SOOOO delicious, fresh, filled well and all in all a great experience! Good price for a great meal! Can totally recommend! 👍

Their AC had busted so I was very hot in the restaurant the food came out hot and delicious

I’ll begin by stating the portion size was great I ordered 3 crunchy tacos a beef nacho and a side of rice. Were I’m from restaurants had authentic flavors and you can tell that time and effort was put into the food. The quick out of a box flavors you get from the rice and the flavorless runny texture of refried beans screams absolutely no effort and authenticity. The taco shells definitely are from a box but, at least place them in the oven at 375 degrees for 5-7 mins as instructed. The dull crunch was heart breaking. When I see Mexican food signs I want to be able to go there and be WOW’ED, like leave knowing I could and have made better and I’m not Mexican. This same problem exists in the city I live in now. 10 restaurants and if you boxed up food from each, it’d all taste the same. Most enchilada sauces now resemble the exact sauce in canned ravioli. But what can I say, because in the areas this food exists, it’s good for who it’s for.

The birria tacos are excellent as well as the service. Totally recommended!

We stopped in and grabbed dinner and sat outside we ordered birria tacos which was made with shredded beef. The flavor was ok not bad but not mesmerizing. We loved the rice and pinto beans and queso!

Senor Taco has always been good and we’ll be back.

Fantastic tacos, easily one of my favorite taco restaurants. Never had a bad meal there. In particular, the shrimp and the fish tacos are very tasty and can be made 3 different ways. Highly recommended.

Daytona became my family’s vacation spot in 2019, mama of 4 young ones trying to make memories. We hit Senor Taco every time we are on vacation… more times than I’d like to admit… like 30 tacos by the time I leave vacation haha and 10 coke bottles. BEST PLACE EVER.

Quick and affordable. Quality meats and able to accommodate allergies(gluten and lactose). I did eat 9 tacos, but I'm a bit large. Would recommend 👌

Cool and casual. Clean and comfortable. Simple menu and all of it is delicious. Generally bilingual and always respectful and kind. Seating indoor and outdoor. A yummy ice cream parlor next to it for dessert.

I'm use to really good Mexican from Philly and was super disappointed from this place. First off, it was a dry and small burrito with little taste. Second, I ordered to go so when I got home I noticed it was the wrong burrito. Really dry and not good.

Amazing service and food. They do not skimp on the meat and cheese. By far the best Mexican place around Florida and I travel a lot and have had much authentic Mexican food . We tried 5 dishes, all amazing! Best ever!!! We are so fast I forgot to take before pics.

I ordered takeout from this place March 29 they overcharged none of them speak English the food was all right ordered three tacos one burrito and one quesadilla was supposed to be $22 charge $36 and their machine automatically puts tip when you use yr card won’t order from here any more and their prices are on online menus isn't nothing misleading your online menus are misleading

My GF and I came to this restaurant after the beach. It was a very cozy atmosphere inside. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I got the Señor Burrito and my GF got a quesadilla. We also split a chips and queso. It was around $10 each. The portion sizes were very good and the food was tasty (especially after being at the beach). I would definitely recommend to anyone I know to come here. Next time I am in Daytona, I will be eating lunch here again!

Can't get enough of this! Authentic, delicious Mexican food. My favorite is Mexican style vegetarian burrito with black beans and a side of their hot sauce, so yummy! The chefs are always smiling, it's clean and has seating both indoors and outdoors.

Best food around! Cashier/sever was beyond friendly. It was such a great experience we came back two days in a row(and the server recognized us).The señor style square burrito was phenomenal! Tables inside and outside were clean. The burritos are yummy and are as large as a bottle of water!!!

I have visited Señor Taco for the first time. I must say I was blown away by the hostess how sweet and attentive she was! I could tell this place was her heart and soul. I came in for a late dinner for my family and ordered 3 shrimp tacos in a soft flour shell with Mexican style toppings, 2 pork tacos, 2 chicken burritos and side orders of chips with salsa. With the first bite, my daughter and I were in heaven! Delicious and full of flavour! The burritos were also delicious- the right size and right amount of toppings. We loved it so much we returned next day for lunch. We ordered burritos again, cheese quesadilla and 3 fish tacos with señor style toppings. Once more DELICIOUS! Too bad we are out of town, but I will definitely be back. I love to support local businesses and I recommend this cute, very clean and pleasant Mexican restaurant. Food was warm and served in no time. Prices are very reasonable and portion size was perfect. If you’re in town, give it a try and you won’t be disappointed! Please remember to be kind! I’ve lived in Daytona my whole life and somehow never noticed this gem, you get the bang fr your buck it’s good prices for quality and tasty food, service is awesome very clean they were even cleaning when we walked in. Stopped by for a easy dinner and certainly wasn’t disappointed. Tacos are obviously bomb but if you want a really filling meal I recommend the nacho the most. I got three tacos so that’s obviously not a big meal but the taste was certainly killer, when you ask for side guacamole they do not, disappoint I had to share the portion with how generous they were cannot recommend more PLEASE TIP WELL THEYRE AWESOME!!⭐️🫶only 39 (I ordered a pricier meat so it varies) for three adults

We stopped in last night as for a quick supper. They were super nice and I'll say good value for the good. Everything was fresh but just not a ton of flavor as I would expect from a small local place. I would recommend to try. We probably won't be back mainly cause we like to try a different place every time.

So, I need to speak candidly about my visit here. First, the service is wonderful. We were greeted at the door by Esther. She was the cashier/hostess. The place was clean. It was a Sunday afternoon. The business was not heavy. The order was taken and delivered in a timely manner. I ordered three hard shell tacos and some rice. The shell was stuffed. The condition of the shell was either stale or not warmed up at all. The rice tasted as if it had been sitting for a while. This was a huge disappointment to me. I was hungry and finished the meal only because of this. Ordinarily, I would have sent it back and ordered something else. The reviews on this place were half the reason we made the trip. This is not the worst dining experience I've had, but please beware.

Terrible food stail tostitos chips they give instead of homemade restaurant chips and burnt cheese on top of my square burrito with nasty rice... they charged me a drink but didn't give it to me!! I would never go there again or recommend anyone else to go there either!!!

It's authentic, good sized portions, fill your own drink fountain , not much seating, It was a very fresh pleasantly delish experience.

We got 3 hard shell tacos of beef, chicken, pork and a fish burrito that’s senior style. You could chose between California style or Mexican style. Kind of wish we had gotten the senor burrito which is fried square shaped burrito. Overall, for a small town in Daytona, this Mexican shop was tasty.

Totally got ripped off from this establishment. I paid for a taco shell that I didn't want. I shouldn't have to pay for something that I didn't get. Also they charge $3.00 for a 3oz of Pico. First time in this establishment and definitely the last. Also paid $3.00 for a taco shell that I didn't want,but still was charged for it.

My burrito was ok, my daughter's tacos were so dry she trashed one of them.Definitely not real Mexican food.. chips are straight from a bag and they don"t serve salsa! I guess if you've never had real mex food this is the place to eat. Prices are good! I ordered a soda, got diet coke, but Mr pibb came out. When I asked about it the lady said sorry, then told the guy(in Spanish, which I speak) that Mr Pibb is coming out, he replied yeah because when are out of diet. This could be an issue for someone that cannot have reg soda due to health issues, and to do it on purpose. Would I go back? I doubt it.

My husband and I ordered take out since we were in the hotel across the street. The nachos were pretty good but they accidentally put beans after we asked without it. They did give us another nachos without it. Hubby got the Senior Taco and he loved it. Will be back.
