EXCUSE ME! DO NOT sleep/pass by on this wonderful place! The very nice lady at the counter was helpful and helped me pick out cupcakes for my boss’s birthday. The cupcakes are FANTASTIC! Moist, soft, and perfectly made. The icing and decoration of each cupcake is so elegant and pretty. I will recommend this place to everyone I know!

On July, 25, 2024 my sister took me to this store for my birthday and we were met with a warm welcome and a smile from Miah. She was so pleasant and kind. She has amazing customer care skills! Miah helped make my birthday celebration super special. She is awesome!

Delicious cupcakes and what a great idea to have Ariel as a guest! We also saw Tiana and Belle and they are always great. Suggestion: maybe have kids tables especially on those days because the high chairs are dangerous for the littles. Thanks!

I forgot to take a picture, my bad! The cupcakes were soft and light. I had the strawberry cupcake with strawberry buttercream icing; that was one my favorite. I also had a blueberry cheesecake with cream cheese icing cupcake. The cake actually had cheesecake chunks in it, which I was not expecting. I didn’t enjoy that one much. I’d definitely go back though!

Loved the beautiful cakes for a couple wedding shower. We added the flowers but the cakes were delicious. The icing is really sweet and there was alot of it. The cakes were moist and delicious.

Not much flavor besides sugary and sad to say the caramel did not taste of anything, got delivery so can’t say much about the actual store though but the packaging was nice. I’ve had better cupcakes at supermarkets

The only negative thing I can say is the price, it's pretty hefty, but all together it is worth it. They're super sweet, the ice cream that you can get with it is so creamy and like perfect flavoring. Honestly, for a birthday celebration it is 10/10. And they have doggie treats as well.

Took a chance on Smallcakes with a takeout order. Not disappointed at all. Got 3 vanilla cupcakes (no frosting) and 3 red velvet cupcakes (no frosting). The cake was tasty but not too sweet. Very moist, soft. Perfect. Next visit I will try the full cupcake with frosting etc. Highly recommended. When you visit, get six cupcakes and there is a price discount.

Wow bought the wife a Strawberry and Cheesecake Cupcake and I don't eat them often (always thought of then as just bread) buy wow the breading was soft, moist and so flavorful and the cream topping is incredibly delicious. This is a place where you need to get more than one or you will be disappointed after you finish the first for not having more. Love it. Very friendly staff and the place is just immaculately clean. If in Jax you have to try.

Stopped in today for the first time, the customer service was AMAZING.

Beautiful presentation, taste was satisfyingly sweet both cake and icing. The consistency of the cake was moist while still maintaining a soft cake texture. A very nice icing to cake ratio, some places get a little heavy handed with the icing. Pricing was fair, very delicious treat.

I Iove this place. The problem I have now is knowing where they are and fighting the temptation to go by every week. Their cupcakes are amazing! Full of flavor and moist just like a cupcake should be. They have so many flavors to choose from it's hard to pick. But the wedding cake is incredible as well as the bourbon and run cupcakes. If you haven't been here before you have to go. If you're looking for a small treat you have to try this place. You will not be disappointed.

Stopped by to get some cupcakes yesterday for a birthday. First time going to the Beach Blvd location. Same amazing cupcakes, same amazing service! I didn't get the employee name, but he was great, very friendly, helpfully , and attentive. I got 4 cupcakes, 2 cookies, and 2 PUPcakes 😁. I picked the strawberry cake with cream cheese frosting for myself, and it was divine. The other 3 cupcakes were for my bf, who's birthday it was and Those smelled just as divine. They were chocolate, red velvet, and vanilla. Last but not least were the PUPcakes. Best believe those smelled JUST AS AMAZING as the cupcakes! And my dogs thought so too! They took a few seconds to understand it was for them because they smelled just like the people cake. I think they thought I was fooling them. But once I said ok, they tore em up! Cupcakes were sooooo yummy and moist! We brought our dog a small sized pup cupcake and he went crazy after finishing it! Needless to say "we will be back!"

I am super impressed! I’ve been searching for an awesome cupcake/cake by the slice place since I moved to Jax. This place was great and I found the flavors awesome. Great value too!

2nd time going in to try new flavors! The icing I will say is a bit too sweet I have to scrape half off. I wish it was lighter on the sugar. However, the cake part of the cupcake is moist, fluffy, and wonderful! Customer service is always perfect! 😊

I went to this location last week to get some cupcakes. Normally I go to their other location. I was happy to see how close this location was to me compared to the other one. The guy who was working that day was super nice. Great cupcakes!

I would say I'm a amateur cupcake conisour! And I start my judging a shop by the most important cupcake flavor. Wedding cake. If you can't make a delicious wedding cake, 9 times of of 10, I'm not going to like your other flavors. Hands down the best wedding cake cupcake I've ever had. Everything else I tried was amazing. This is the place, don't waste your time trying the others. I will add, I do not know anyone personally at this business.

I used small cakes for my wedding. I wanted a small cake and a bunch of little treats to create a dessert table. They delivered it and set it up using trays and holders that i purchased. I thought the price was great for the amount of treats we got! Everything tasted delicious and the variety was a hit at our wedding! I highly recommend small cakes for any event!

The cupcakes are really good; but my husband & I were SO IMPRESSED with the young guy behind the front desk. He knew his stuff, super polite, and was just generally on it. Customer service 10/10. Wish we would’ve gotten his name to put here.

Needed a good cake and a bakery that was open on a Sunday! This lil bakery in the center to the rescue. Opted for the strawberry/cheesecake w/cream frosting my wife LOVED the cake! The cheesecake inclusion in the cake itself was delicious! The strawberries were spot on. Also, the pupcakes were a hit with the pooches! Bark bark! Support your local shop, a high-five on service, a wonderful cake! Will be a repeat customer.

Great customer service and yummy cupcakes. I love the location over by River City and I'm happy they opened a location closer.
