I waited 15 minutes to have someone take my order. During that time, I never saw one employee, nor did I get to order. I left and will never return.

Every time I visit Sonic's it's always a good experience.

Always fast & friendly , I go every couple of days to get "the good ice" for my mom, she loves their ice and. The shakes are a little pricey, but if you catch them on special, its definitely worth it. Especially that strawberry cheesecake shake!

Every now and then we like to get their tater tots.

Ordered at 8:10pm and half-price shakes start at 7pm. We were charged full price.

Don't usually have issues but this morning whoever made my burrito needs lessons... everything hanging out, falling out. Do better people!

We sat in stall 28 for a while and nobody answered, was never acknowledged, I walked up to the center and pushed that button and finally someone answered, asked why nobody answered stall 28 and was told that it's out of order. By the person acknowledgeing that it was out of order they should atleast put an out of order sign or a comb. Moved to another one and whoever behind the mike pretty rude. It's my last time coming here.

3 napkins given to 5 people, They don’t tell you they don’t have chocolate ice cream, they put chocolate syrup on vanilla ice cream. Mgr should be on night sometimes to see how things are?

For fast food it's good, love their tots and onion rings. Footling chili dogs are good better then a small dog and if the hamburger meat was thicker then I could say they are really good but the meats so thin you can't taste it. Ice cream items are good and the shakes are good and drinks, my fav is cherry limeaid!

Best Sonic I’ve been too. Staff is always friendly. Food comes out quick and is always fresh.

It was kinda dirty but this is a sonic, the food is normal and better than any other fast food in the area.

This is the Sonic that time forgot. Old, dirty (really dirty!) and just feels gross all over.

Once I went here and ordered a burger and when i bit into it the patty was hard and upon further inspection the patty was black and looked molded or completely burnt and overcooked to the point it was rock hard and disgusting looking. I’ll only order the milkshakes and the conies here.

This is a good sonic with decent food. Service is normal for a sonic. Really like the burgers and tator tots. Don't go in a Friday night, this is a hangout location for the local high school kids. They are loud, play music from their cars, and run around in an almost dangerous manner among the cars. Otherwise, I'd recommend.

They have this down to a science. Friday night packed house, food delivered in 5 minutes. Bravo, nicely done.

Over half the order stations were broke in one manner or another and waited 15 min and never even got to put in order

WORST Sonic location! Seventeen minutes from when I completed placing mobile app order and checking in to getting our 3 drinks and one cone! Had to hit the button after order progress disappeared from screen to ask about the status. Then they forgot the cone and we waited another three minutes, with another prompt of going to the door to ask! Cone finally came - no napkins… Sad part? THIRD TIME THIS HAPPENED! Wasn’t even busy! My visits are free and far between. If I didn’t like their prices and good unsweetened tea, I would NEVER go back to this location!

For fast food this is our go-to the food is fresh and the drinks are awesome

Took almost 20 minutes to get our food.

Normally really love going here since it’s the only one around for miles however today I realized there was hair frozen into my ice I got in my lemonade which I don’t like, not very cleanly ;(

There were two employees standing outside when we pulled up. My daughter had to use the restroom before we ordered so one of the employees opened it for us. When we went in I was disgusted with how filthy it was. There were roaches and roach eggs everywhere! Needless to say we did not order anything.

Slow as all hell (35 min wait for us), but food was good when it finally got there. Also, several of the order machines are broken and unmarked which was confusing

Half the order screens didn't work, the employees were rude and the whole place stank like sewage and dirty grease trap. Place was poorly maintained. A perfect example of why Sonic is slowly disappearing.

I pulled in 20 minutes before closeing. People parked and eating and sitting at the benches as well. I hit the button and waited 10 minutes to be told there closed. After reading some reviews sounds like something they do often close early.

I am in my rv, so I can not pull into a car spot. I walked to the seating area and pressed the button to order. No one responded, so after 3 or 4 minutes, I hit the button again. The screen definitely acknowledged that I was waiting for someone to take my order. The waitress saw me and advised that I needed to push the button. I let her know that I had done so already. It turned out the machine was broken and they asked me to go to another order station, which I did. I pressed the button, and again, it was 3 or 4 minutes before they acknowledged me. I had actually started to walk away. It then took a long time to get the food. I didn't time it, and it may have been shorter, but I think it was at least 15 minutes. The seating area was dirty and grungy. I wouldn't sit down at the table. The building was lackluster in appearance, and there was dirt and food all under the enclosed seating area and the parking lot. Surprisingly, the bathroom was pretty clean. It did however lack hand drying g methods

My daughter ordered a slushee and after waiting 30 minutes aft er she had already paid they came over the speaker to tell her they didnt have slushees.

Chicken sandwich on Texas toast

Drove 30 minutes on a Friday night to get here before midnight (11:40pm) for my late night ice-cream fix only to be told over the intercom "we're closed". Guessing they wanted to go home early? Might want to change your advertised hours if that's the case Sonic! Not a happy camper. 03/31 - should probably check with the manager on duty ...

I ask for. Very little ice they filled the cup full then tried to charge me for another drink when I complained the location was in bad shape several stalls were out f order

I was 0 for 2, chili dog, took to long to get to the car, bun was soggy. Cheeseburger was overcooked, one entire burger was very hard and crusty, not just part, but the entire burger.

A lot of machines were broken outside

At this sonic, we're we're told "the dinner combos do not come with a side", such as tots or fries, even though on the menu board it says that is included (see photo). It turns out, my dinner did come with tots after all. The food was mearly warm rather than hot and fresh. We had to go searching for condiments rather than them being offered (too bad for you if you were driving away once you received your food) Additionally, several of the stalls do not have a working menu board and/or cannot take card payments.

Waited over 20 minutes to place an order. Every stall that had customers come in after us had their order taken immediately. We moved stalls twice in case the box wasn’t working and still waited over 15 minutes with no service! Called their phone number to be sure our stall device was working and no answer.

App glitchy and doesn't communicate with store location. Speakers in stalls need to be updated. Update 02/2023: app still doesn't allow check-in, so you have to hope the speaker works (many are currently in disrepair) or flag down a carhop.

The food was not made right and full of Grease. Tried to give this place a second chance but the food is always disgusting. Don't waste your time or money here.

Best sonic burger I have ever had

Sonic is a favorite of ours. Plenty of choice to satisfy everyone. I love their strawberry limeade.

We ordered four burgers, not one of them was made as requested. The quality of the food has been less than we have come to expect at this location. Disappointing especially for the price. Staff we're friendly, but we're simply not going to ask for the entire order to be remade...

Nice stop on way back from Lakeland. Had hot fudge Sundae, umm,, almost made me order a burger.

We go here from time to time and 4/5 everything is hot and delicious. My only gripe is the tots are sometimes cold

Decent and fast but also a little creepy after dark. Seems to attract the bass thumper vehicles that swarm around this place. Fixing their bathroom might be a good idea too.

I placed my order and after about 15 minutes the hop asked the couple next to me if they ordered.....I couldn't hear what but the small bag could possibly be a chicken Slinger ?? Then I heard her ask how long they had been there and she turned and went back inside. After about another 15 minutes I was about to leave when she approached me asking if I had ordered a shake to which I replied not a slinger and she was like shocked And she suddenly left and came back with the same bag according to the health code when anything that goes over the counter don't come back it goes in the garbage and I shouldn't have paid 4.00$ for a cold chicken Slinger it was tough and tasted funny. I should have went to McDonald's and I could have gotten 2 Hot McChicken and at least 20 minutes faster for same money

Every time we come here we wait about 30 minutes and the orders are always wrong and the food is cold and soggy. Avoid or be disappointed.

Their food is out fast. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of huge white truck that pulls up with blasting music and a loud deep base it vibrated their truck and out nerves!

The only location near us Is 25+miles away. So when we're in Watchula {FL} we stop in. Every time the food is HOT and OHY GOUY! 🥰 Thank you Sonic for removing the Arcadia {FL} location. 😑

Quick and easy. This location was hopping on a Friday night. Our food came out quicker than I expected it to. My chili cheese tots needed more chili and more cheese, but the BBQ popcorn chicken was awesome. We'll be back.

When I ask for extra cherries in my drink that comes WITH cherries....but then I never get cherries....every freakin time. Idk why I even bother coming back.

Good food and decent service however order is wrong from time to time.

Ordered the bacon croissant breakfast sandwich and my bacon is severely burnt, and when I pulled back up to the stall to inform them they were pretty rude, and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I understand things like this happen but the way it was handled was poor!

Flys. Everywhere. We ate at the tables out side. Flys were horrible! All fries and tots came out stale and cold. Women's bathroom door doesn't shut nor lock. Was a total mess also.

Omg...get more staff that want to work. Only 2 out of about 5 people were working. The others were standing around smoking and chatting on their phones. And no it wasn't a break unless breaks are an hour long.

Very sad, stopped here before heading to the airport to fly back to pa and I couldn’t even bite into my hotdog, they were that hard, the onion rings were burnt👎🏻

Sonic has the best milkshakes! I am never disappointed. A little bit expensive though so I only get one occasionally. Overall the food is great, very friendly employees and fast service.

Service is abysmal. They make ZERO effort to help people in the order they place their order. Unfortunately, this is the third trip in a row with extremely poor service. There's no excuse that the two cars next to me got their large orders before me when they arrived several minutes after I placed my order for an Oreo Blast. There's no excuse that I was served a melted Blast 20 minutes after placing my order.

Worst Sonic ever. Been here many times and it just goes down hill every year. Bathrooms are disgusting. Basically got locked in there bc the place is so unkept. Waited 30 minutes for tots and a milkshake. Never again

Awful just awful, my poor chicken sandwich was so nasty, the bun was burnt and the chicken was so dry, to much salt on the tater tots.

It's hard to get a good meal on the go all the time, with sonic at least I know they are going to try and get everything you want to you fresh and hot, and if they make a mistake they are quick to fix it.... I've had issues with my orders only because my kids are so picky and something small like pickles or not enough mayonnaise is usually the biggest issue I've ever had here but very rarely. No place is perfect but this place will make it better. Just about anywhere I've gone I've had issues some places more than others sonic is indisputably the most accurate when making my dinner selections thank you 😊

It was a really good service but I don't know if the windows that you order from are messed up because you have to repeat yourself

First all 4 of our drinks have no flavoring, straight seltzer. The the chicken sandwiches were Luke warm, like been setting out. Will not visit this location again.

this location needs a little help. I’m not sure if they are short staffed, like a lot of businesses right now, but the wait lately has been quite long. My order has been messed up each visit, and forgetting items completely from my order, whether it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner. the staff members that have brought the food out have mostly all been pleasant tho!

The car hop girl was sweet, but the food was far from hot and far from fast.

Ordered a small onion rings - I got 3, my wife got 4. Just about a dollar per ring. The rest of the order was fine.

Enjoy ice cream stops buy didnt like the service. Waiting on order is one thing but waiting on food due to horse play from staff is another.
