Our dinner and selection was fantastic. Every dish was delicious and the staff was so friendly. We are going back again.....it was worth every penny!!

My husband and I always look to enjoy a fine dinning experience for our anniversary and Stan's did not disappoint! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was quaint, and staff and service exceeded our expectations. We added an extra day to our vacation just so we could celebrate our anniversary at Stan's ~ Thank you! We will be back!

What a great experience. From being greeted at the door to the intimate setting. Food came out looking amazing and tasted just as good as it looked. Service was on point and explained every dish and wine pairing so well. Attentive but not overbearing. The wine pairing is a must.

Stan’s is such a lovely place. The food is incredible and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The plating was gorgeous. I highly recommend trying it out.

Celebrated a birthday here, and it was fantastic. We chose the wine pairings with each course, which I also highly recommend. It's the full dining experience, including an intermezzo (tart sorbet) palat cleansing - the sort of details that are often overlooked even in major metro epicurian restaurants. I highly recommend Stan's if you are looking for that "I want to experience the tastes & flavors that you unlock". It was very, very memorable.

💖 I hope everyone had an amazing Valentine’s Day! We celebrated our love at Stans Epicurean on Reddington Beach and had a phenomenal experience! It’s a 5 course pre-fix meal and you choose your entree from a few options. We Started with fresh Raw Oyster topped with Strawberry Mignonette and beautiful edible flower. Next was twice baked Gruyère Soufflé with Chives and Parmesan. This was absolutely delicious and reminded me of a large Starbucks egg bite, obviously much better. Velvety on the inside and the creamy sauce was exploding with flavor.  3rd course was a visually stunning Arugula Berry salad with Citrus Caviar and Balsamic Reduction. For our main course, I got the Lobster Thermidor in a Cognac Cream Sauce and my love got Pan Seared Duck Breast in Port Wine sauce. We also added a Filet Mignon, which was cooked to the perfect temperature I requested, rare-medium-rare. 👌 Dessert was a gorgeous Strawberry Tramisu, likely the best I’ve ever had!  Service and staff was wonderful. The owner stopped by our table and we had great conversations with him. Preparing food is an art and I indulged in every single masterpiece created here. This fine dining experience was more than I hoped it would be, exceeding my expectations in taste, texture, and atmosphere. By perfect taste, I mean everything was bursting with flavor. And by perfect texture, I mean it took just the right amount of chewing according to each dish. I can’t choose a favorite; every single course was divine. The music and attentive waiter only added to the relaxed and exquisite atmosphere. Stan’s Epicurean stays true to its name, giving each customer a uniquely luxurious experience in the art of food. Their menu changes every week; every time you go, it’ll be a new culinary art experience. Twas more than a fair price (worth every cent) and I’ll be here again!

It's the best restaurant I've been to since moving out to Florida. I missed the fine dining in Chicago, and this is the only place I've found that really has that atmosphere and quality. Cuisine and drinks are perfect, and a nice intimate setting makes for a great date location. Right near the beach.

Fantastic food and definitely would recommend doing the wine pairing with the meal. The Red Snapper on our week's menu was perfect and freshly caught the day before. The service was great. Judson was very personable.

wow! just wow! We have great restaurants up north, and have found pretty good ones at the Beach, but tonight's meal was a fantastic experience and a notch above great. Service, top notch, food, top class. If you are in area, it's a must do, if you are not close, find an excuse to spend a fantastic evening.

An absolutely amazing dining experience in every way. The ambiance, service, attention to detail, and the food were all excellent. I knew that Stan’s was going to be wonderful and it exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

This experience was truly different in the best of ways! First of all, I had some reservations due to the limitation and obligation to eat what was on the menu as it was a linearly programmed experience. But I must say that you MUST trust the Chef's selections. This was by far the most delicious combination and follow-up of courses. What a perfect delight! From the first bite, to the very last; a pure joy and delight to have tasted such carefully executed consumables. My wife and I did not have a "favorite". Second, the pairing of wine with each course. It was a true perfect marriage. Each bite and sip heightened the following. Simply masterful how it all went together. Lastly, Mike. He was a true gentleman with great tableside manners. His presentation, knowledge, and service are enough to have you rate this a 5 start, alone. But he simply compliments such ambience and food, and then brings it to a whole other level. We felt as if we were being treated by a close friend who truly cared about our experience. This all made our date night that much more memorable, and we look forward to returning soon again.

After finding most options around the area consisted mainly of fried food, and frozen drinks we were delighted to find Stan’s. Meal was appropriately priced for a tasting menu with intuitively paired wines. Food was excellent and the wine selections smartly lined up. We liked the whole vibe and experience.

My girlfriend and I celebrated our anniversary here and had a great time. It’s a small and intimate restaurant with high quality food. We did the tasting menu with wine pairing and loved it. Highly recommend!

Cute place, small and intimate. We loved the Tapas restaurant experience of same management next-door so made a rez for the set menu experience. Waiter was top quality. Sadly the food was not. At just shy of $200 per person including wine pairing we won't be back. Dry, over seasoned tuna. Pork chop w mash potato entree was so over salted it was inedible. The kitchen did redo it for me however the improvement was minimal. Chef came out to discuss the issue. I didn't feel heard and no offer of compensation or please try us again because....... Avoid this restaurant. Take a Uber to Bern's, spend less and have an excellent experience

A one of a kind dining experience in an intimate setting. Some of the best food we’ve had in the area. Impressive wine pairings. Highly recommend.

Regarding the 1 star review recently left by a fast-foodie, please consider the source. This individual has rated such gourmet treasures as McDonalds and Burger King. In fact, he gave Waffle House 5 Stars! That should give you some context when reading his carefully crafted in-depth review. So if Waffle House is your idea of a AAA 5 Diamond dining experience, then you may wish to save some $ and go elsewhere. The only items frozen are the sorbet pallet cleansers, which our sophisticant friend would see as a chintzy portion of ice cream. If seeking one of the most exquisite dining experiences in Pinellas County, Stan's Epicurean will not disappoint. We will be back many times.

This chef is great! Delicious sauces, fish cooked to perfection, food beautifully presented. So glad to be able to enjoy an evening of fine dining in the neighbourhood! We'll be back :-)

We visited for Valentine's dinner. The food was exceptional, and the wine pairing was perfect. We enjoyed how quaint and tasteful the restaurant is; it's definitely a treat compared to the rest of the beach restaurants. We plan to be back often.

As someone who has worked in hospitality for over 8 years, I can truly appreciate the experience of this restaurant. Every week the menu changes and you are provided with a 5-course meal, choosing only between 2 options for your main entree. When we went the menu was as follows: First course: Oyster Trio The oysters were very fresh and delicious! Pallet cleanser: Blood Orange Sorbet Very refreshing after the oysters before the salad. Second course: Heirloom Tomato & Burrata The salad was one of my favorite parts! It was served with smoked tomato water Pallet cleanser: Lemon Sorbet Third Course: Filet Mignon with Lobster Risotto & Broccolini The filet was one of the best I've had. It was also served with a dark chocolate sauce which was incredible! Fourth Course- Triple Chocolate Mousse Bottom layer was crunchy dark chocolate crumbs, second layer was dark chocolate mousse, third layer was milk chocolate mousse, and the top layer was white chocolate mousse. The presentation was outstanding served with an edible rose and chocolate strawberries! See photos below for each course and menu.

Loved the wine pairings with dinner. Had the salmon with ginger soy sauce. It was amazing! The dessert was incredible. It was unlike anything I’ve seen down here at the beach. The whole place is really nice. Finally some decent food down here!

Outstanding service, food and atmosphere. Our server, Mike, was exceptionally cordial and professional. The entire staff was very attentive. Food and presentation were, without hesitation, 5 stars. While it is new, Stan’s provided an experience like a seasoned restaurant.

Stans offers a beautiful four course meal including a delightful dessert. The service was excellent and I understand the menu changes weekly. We are local and will definitely return often. Place your reservation early! You definitely want to experience their 5 star service.

Finally an elegant upscale dining experience in the beach strip area. From the service to the wine list to the salad and entree, it's uniquely excellent. Format is a single prix fixe sitting in a cozy but modern dining room attended by a professional staff. Menu is the same for every Thurs-Sat (for now, check with restaurant), changes the next week. We will likely be there every week. Recommend going with the wine pairings
