Good casual experience. Would recommend over food court. Spend a few more for grilled meats. Had ribeye for $19 with two sides. Large baked potato and salad but would skip salad next time for different side. Took food to go to eat with peers in food court. Had to eat steak with plastic ware but medium rare cut ok. People at table were jealous of meal.

Tried this place out bc it had 4+ stars and we like picanha steak. Unfortunately the steak had a char on the meat that gave it a bad flavor. Sides were so-so. Table was sticky, no soap in the bathroom, and the lights kept flickering. I realize this is fast food, but prices did not match quality. Maybe it was a bad day, but we won’t be returning…

The food was amazing. The chicken and picanha were delicious and tasty, and the garlic broccoli was a standout. The salad was fresh and crisp. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a healthy and clean dining option.

Had the steak and my wife and daughter had the chicken and it was so good. The steak was tender and chicken was juicy.

My husband and I ordered two chicken ciabatta sandwiches with fries, upon arrival of the sandwich the chicken in the actual sandwich was a bit rubbery. From my experience once the chicken is rubbery that means it hasn’t been fully cooked. From this observation we had to throw away the sandwiches because we didn’t want to take the chance to get sick. All in all is was an unfortunate experience so we wouldn’t recommend this establishment.

We ordered a classic steak and a huge sausage sandwich. It was great, the steak was delicious and it is an authentic Brazilian meal. Instead of spending money on fast food, I really recommend their sandwiches and meals.

Worst experience in a long time over $50.00 lost. The churrasco was dry and hard, the rice felt like rice from a uncle Ben's box. Then my wife's pasta taste like a frozen pasta from Walmart. The dissert was worse (if that was possible) the flan tasted like roach spray and the cheesecake tastes like nothing. Nothing was even good. First time and last.

I recently eat with my family at Steak Up and was absolutely blown away by the experience. The variety of meats was outstanding, each one perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The buffet offered a great selection of sides and salads, complementing the meats beautifully. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure our plates were always full and our drinks topped up. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, adding to the overall enjoyment of our meal. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough to anyone looking for an authentic and delicious Brazilian barbecue experience. A must-visit!"

Found a roach 🪳 on the wall of the restaurant and I reported to the owner and they didn't even apologize or care.

Hubby and I attended a conference at The Florida Hotel so during lunch break we browsed around the mall and found Steak Up in the food court. Definitely a place to eat. Fabulous food and Junior is friendly and helpful. We went there for lunch the three days we were at the conference. Good thing we don’t live near there because we’d be going there once a week! The Brazilian Classic steak plate is divine. Hubby loved the angus burger and got it two days in a row. The picanha steak sandwich was delicious. I also got the picanha steak plate with 2 sides. We brought friends we met at the conference with us our last day there.

Wonderful atmosphere, food with a taste of home, delicious meat and extremely polite and receptive staff. I highly recommend it.

45 min wait, very small portions ,I have to stop at Wendy's after this ,never again.

Never again! Half hour wait, over expensive, small quantity. I paid $23 for a churrasco and what they served me was less than half of one. It looks much bigger in the picture believe me. The steak was dry and tasted old.

The flavor is absolutely incredible, the food is top notch but the service is the most amazing part. I order the picanha and a few minutes later it’s served. I’m enjoying it and an employee approaches my table. He has another cut of picanha and tells me “I saw the one that you were served and I didn’t feel it was big enough. This should make up for it.” I was blown away. Amazing.

I arrived here when they first opened and ordered food to go. There was a gentleman at the register who just walked away without greeting as soon as I walked up to it and had my order taken by another worker. Once I opened the container to eat, I noticed the order was not only wrong but the churrasco was burnt. $25 for this was way overpriced, mediocre customer service. I had to throw it out unfortunately due to the meat not being edible. What a waste. Dont recommend.

Place was just ok. Got steak with alfredo. Asked for well done because I'm pregnant and the steak had a lot of blood oozing into the alfredo sauce. Not typical alfredo sauce, maybe because it's Brazilian but wasn't inpressed. Service was good. Maybe I might come back and try something different.
