I bought a 6-in cold cut. Tried to chose something easy they couldn't mess up. Ended up being 3 in and dumped teriyaki sauce all over it and tried telling me Subway "changed" their sweet onion sauce and that's what it is now.

Pickup orders prepared on time.

Store is always so clean and service is quick

If you don't have avocados, say so. Don't squirt your diarrhea guac all over a salad with Italian dressing. Inedible. Also nothing was cut up. Tossed my whole dinner in the trash.

Terrible service. I arrived at 7 pm and they treated me horrible because they were cleaning and they didn't want us to enter. because we were going to get dirty, I never go back to that place

Terrible service, we will NOT buy here again, they are racist and do not serve Hispanics well. I went to eat with my family and they treated us very badly, they didn't even let us finish eating and they took us out, they didn't even give us what we asked for because the woman started making bad faces at us as soon as we arrived.

Thankful for High Springs Subway's friendly and professional response to a short lunch notice order for 18 people. The lunches were ready at the promised time and prepared as requested. Thanks!

The food is fine but I will not be returning to this restaurant as they've been extremely rude and obviously indignent every visit. This last visit was the last straw when the woman made it extremely obvious how unhappy she was to serve me and my grandmother, even calling out loud how badly she needs to leave. Not mentioning how unprofessional this is, every visit has been met with some kind of rude interaction despite tipping every time and being nothing but nice. I hope they get better staff soon because this has been a common experience with everyone I know.

The staff was extremely kind and friendly. Their service was outstanding as they accommodated me. I am a 74 year old severely handicapped individuals with special needs and yet everything about them and their service as well as the food was excellent. I highly recommend this place 😃.

Lots of bread lots of lettuce, tiny bit of meat. Store is clean and service was good it was obvious that workers tried but were not happy to be there.

I had been to O'Leno State park for a walk. I finished up close to lunch time. I was hungry and Subway has great selection for sandwiches. I stopped and got a turkey sandwich and it was yummy.

Always clean friendly serves and subs are made with love not just a fast food sub as most other subways are .

It's a sandwich shop. Can't mess this up. I always go for the rotisserie and bacon sandwich combo.

I order online and my subs are always waiting on me. Owner is a nice, hardworking guy. In store ordering is smooth as well.

It's just great sandwiches ....just very expensive I always have to have extra meat and cheese because I don't like much veggies on my sandwiches...I pay for meat and cheese and they want to give you a salad on it..

Jay the manager is great, just some other couple of other staff,be kinda of childishly and not really professional at times, also they do not put napkins in the bag like they use too.

staff was fast and friendly just way too expensive spent over $17 on one foot long sub chips and a drink subway now in the same category as Hardees way too expensive for what you get. fast food is getting out of hand with their prices you can literally go sit down at Texas Roadhouse and eat lunch cheaper with unlimited rolls and peanuts and way better food.

It’s sad when subway doesn’t honor their own coupons. Subway is just trash and a waste of money. Find a Publix and get a sun from there.

Was treated horribly by the two people on staff. Arrived at 8:45 pm and was treated as if I did something wrong for arriving 15 minutes before closing. I would have tipped well too, but I finally left after the 5th rude remark before I could even order the type of bread for the first sandwich.

High springs subway was clean polite and easy staff was great I'll return there the next time I'm in town

Subway has good subs they sent out coupons for there new subs but the one in High Springs will Not honor them.I got 3 ham/turkey subs but they were 46.00 dollars because they would not take them!!Fort White subway will.

This particular subway is awesome. They are always so efficient so friendly and quick to give you an idea of something to eat when you're not sure what you want. On a sad note they have cookies and there is a new cookie that they have and for the life of me I can't remember what's in it but it is so stinking good that it sells out right away. So if you want to try the cookies you got to get there early. It's always very clean. This location is one of my favorite subways!!!😋 I just wish I had some photos for you I'm sorry I'll work on that. LOL. So when you're in the area give it a try bon appetit

This location has gotten much better over the years. They haven't had much turn over and employees remain that have been there for 9 years. I will pass another Subway location in Alachua to come to this location because of the better service and order accuracy.

The employees were very friendly the store even though it's very small it's very clean. Would not be scared to sit down and have a another sandwich here.

This is my go-to Subway because of the owner, Jay. He's nearly always there with a smile, ready to rock and usually prepping my sandwich when he sees me pulling up (I'm predictable with what I get) Keep being awesome Jay at Subway!

Fantastic experience! Great sandwich, I've never seen someone so fast at subway that still turns out exactly what i asked for. Store was very clean and ingredients fresh. So glad we live nearby. I'll be back. Try bacon egg and cheese on flatbread, add chicken. Top with chipotle, ranch and pepper. Thank me later.

I didn't do this review right away and to be honest I don't remember anything.... Well.... Memorable(lol). Which just means nothing bad happened, but nothing incredible happened, either.

Subway is clean, affordable, and has very nice employees. They are knowledgeable and pleasant, and always have patience for the customer who wants their sandwich toasted, but not too much, then garnished with peppers except for green peppers, and seasoned with a mixture of different dressings whose individual quantities have to be very precise in order for Mount Pinatubo not to explode. Good and fresh quality, very nice employees, very reasonable prices

Average encounter, neither bad or especially great. One employee sweeping while another making sandwiches. Sweeping up dust and dirt right next to where my sandwich was made didn't set well with me.

We are always ordering ahead with the new app. It's so convenient and time saving. We always get exactly what we order and the folks are nice there as well!

We were coming here on our lunch break about once a week, until an employee showed physical signs of being frustrated with my husband and I for using the coupons we earned from our subway app. He was slamming things, tight lipped, and refused to look at us when we spoke. We were hurt because we had been supporting them regularly and we are always friendly to them and they had been friendly with us. We began using coupons only recently to save money as we eat out every day due to our schedules. The food is good. Service is quick and the place is moderately clean. We are hesitant to return however after the recent treatment we experienced.

Salads have decreased in size significantly. I have celiac so i can not eat bread.

This Subway is a good place to eat!

It was a fluke that we stopped at Subway. I was running late and was not feeling like cooking so we popped in. There was one worker by himself and he was friendly and efficient. I ordered 4 sandwiches all of them different and everyone just as delish as they could be. By far the best sandwich we have gotten from that location in a long time. If it's been a while since you've been there stop in and be reminded what a good sandwich tastes like.
