Absolutely horrible service and appalling conditions. Two people were working, one making sandwiches and the other standing at the register watching. The customer in front of me needed 4 sandwiches which were made one at a time, That is clear to any regular Subway customer that it's not the way its usually done. It just takes too long. To make matters worse, we spend 30 seconds on each sandwich watching the toaster. After 10 minutes and two sandwiches are complete I was getting frustrated and start looking around. I noticed flies all over the food and it was about 90⁰ in the store, but neither of those things seemed to bother the employees. I was kinda grossed out by then so rather than investing another 10 minutes I left. I chalk the acceptance of the flies and the elevated temps up to culture differences. . Anyway, I'll never go back to that Subway.

Visited 7/28/'24 @ 12:30PM. Served by '85'. I requested that she put the meat and cheese on ones side of the bread and veggies on the other side. Otherwise, it causes the sub to split and fall apart. I also requested that she un-clump the veggies and spread end to end. We were multi unit franchisees for 30 years, and these have both been long-standing policies of Subway. I also ordered an item which 'server 85' decided I didn't want/need and put it back. We were the only 2 people there yet there were dirty tables. Food was good and fresh. I suggest "spaced retraining", something we did in our corporation which was quite affective. We are generous tiopers but 'server 85 was, unfortunately, not deserving of a tip.

This location is HORRIBLE. AVOID!! Cant make a sandwich. Meats horrible, OVER LOADED mustard so much its all over the place and dripping out of the sandwich. Missing condiments. I Called and I couldn’t understand s word the sandwich maker was saying but it sounded like he said I was cheap and thats what I get for ordering off doordash. He sounded high off his rocker.

We Got two BMT subs, and they were horrible. The meat was so salty. We couldn't even eat them. Had to bring them back.

Ordered subs this evening. And. They were absolutely delicious. Both worker did a great job!!!!

Service was adequate. I had placed an online order and it wasn't ready until about 10 minutes after the time I was given to pick it up. However, The sandwich was good and the bread was fresh.

Tried it one more time because the subway series sandwiches looked very good. Received nothing like the pictures on the advertisement, even worse. Opened up my wrapping and the sub was slapped together. I have the app and ordered pick up, which is the only good thing about the experience. That's probably why my sub sucked. I deleted my app and I am done with your subs. Will go to Publix for the Pub sub. Much better quality and price. SORRY !! Burnt store, Punta Gorda FL resident.

I ordered online lady was nice but vegetables were way past expiration. I mean all the vegetables. I would not recommend this location.

The quality of Subway food has dramatically gone to the dogs Won't go anymore to Subway. All bread no meat . How do you ever make a profit Subway?? People are going to stop comming to you.

Worse subway ever I asked the young guy with a beard if there were specials he abruptly said no then he says Too many people ask him that question !! Where is the training He was was not completely rude but not friendly! I had a tuna on wheat bread Was stale and not fresh even my wife said they the bread was not good there in the past All I am asking is a little more professionalism and Better bread more fresh I have eaten at about 100 Subways in this country and have been in Restaurant the business and know what’s fresh and what’s not!! We won’t return Publix of course will get the business…

Stopped by Subway last night on the way home from the airport around 8:45pm. The teenage girl behind the counter was rude, threw the meat aggressively back into the containers when she was corrected on the sandwich, then proceeded to tell us that she’s a minor and isn’t allowed to serve people beyond 9pm. It was 8:45pm; she was definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed. Because if her poor communication skills d attitude, we will not visit this Subway again.

Awful awful service employee came from outside with pepperoni in his hands did not wash his hands before preparing my turkey and ham footlong sub. Slopped sauce over entire sandwich after I told him only half. This is subway in the Publix plaza.disguisting ugh!

Visited this Subway an hour before closing. (8pm) Although we placed a to-go order, I noticed the dine-in area was open. There was a sign on the door indicating customer masks are required and the employee wore a mask the entire time. We were the only customers during our visit. The employee behind the counter greeted us immediately as we entered. We were told to take our time as we looked over the menu board and that he'd be happy to take our order whenever we were ready. The employee was friendly and professional, engaging with us in conversation as he prepared our food and while we paid for our order. The restaurant was clean and orderly. Our food was prepared quickly and just as we had ordered.

You can sit inside yayyy felt normal! Today Thursday I had a 6" Italian BMT came with chips and a drink 5.99.. another yayyy! Btw did I tell you how awesome our sub maker was❤

Not only is the bread baked fresh daily the sandwiches are very tasty and filling

Clean store, Daytime experience great. On the other hand Night crew (1 female) always in a hurry and with attitude because she wants to close doors before the actual closing time. And rushes to prepare subs not taking care completely customer service.

Even with the bread still Subway has a long way to go to be on the same level, at least, with firehouse subs. I don't even talk about Publix sandwiches. My opinion is that are trying to hard to increase the profits and not concentrating enough on bring in the customers.

Great subs with fresh ingredients. The sandwich artists are excellent at making the subs and offer great customer service at the same time. They have high chairs and are family friendly. Great place to grab a quick bite to eat. They also offer great catering service and you can pre order your sub online if you are in a rush so it is ready for immediate pick up.

Subway is subway. Food ok service the same. Nothing special expected or received.

I like this place as it's generally not busy. Located at the end of the strip mall. So, there's always plenty of parking.

High props to Nick, who took both of our custom sub orders in stride and nailed them perfectly. So awesome! To add to that, there were three groups of customers including myself, and a fourth was on the way in, and Nick made sure that everything went smoothly but kept his attention on us and the sandwiches. Excellence under pressure, and again, perfect sandwiches with a LOT of customization. The only weak point was the WiFi. It was incredibly slow. Fortunately, it was just fast enough for me to finish some quick business, but we tend to look for places where we can spend time online while enjoying our food. Hopefully it improves.

Alana was the best. She was very sweet and accommodating when we arrived toward close. Good subs as always!

It's a Subway like anywhere else but they did have a good amount of staff they kept it moving on like the other ones in the area that are very slow very laid-back and do not care about the line building up other chit-chatting this place actually stays on top of it keeps you moving as a great meeting area clean bathrooms
