My husband and I have been here several times, and they never disappoint. Great food, great service, and all around a great vibe.

This is our go too sushi delivery and pick up spot. It’s casual quick fresh and hits the spot. The employees there so sweet they helped me with a sushi platter for a gathering I brought brought in the platter and they displayed the sushi for me so sweet.

Very yummy, everything clean. Loved their tempura, it was perfectly crunchy. Got their chicken crunch roll and their vegetarian roll + spicy mayo. No complaints, would definitely come again, my stomach is happy.

I ordered a tuna & salmon poke bowl. It wasn’t worst poke bowl I have ever had, but I would I get it again? NO The rice was hard and cold. Also the seaweed didn’t taste fresh it had a tingy sour taste to it, like it was going bad🤮

i was craving poke bowls all week, i just moved to the area and needed to find a new sushi spot. this place definitely took the prize and wowed me. we had pork gyoza, tofu steak, poke special and tuna kobachi poke bowls, it was all amazing and very fresh! the staff were super sweet and attentive. 10/10 recommend.

Good prices, good sushi they also had unsweetened green tea. I bought 3 more bottles to take home with me after dinner.

I use to eat here back when I worked at the mall in highscool and loved it, I came today shortly after closing and the staff was so nice and kind and still offered me service!

I finally found my favorite sushi spot in Orlando. We live in Virginia Beach but we are always down here. I've been on the search for good quality, tasty sushi here in Orlando and I finally found it. The mom and pop places are ALWAYS the best places to eat. They were short staff but you wouldn't have known if they didn't have signs posted. Even though they were busy, they still offered great customer services and good quality food. You order at the counter and they'll bring your food to the table for you. The price is fair for the quality of food. The menu is niche to sushi, poke, and just what you would get at authentic sushi restaurants. My food was delicious. It didn't smell and it tasted like fresh fish. The wasabi was definitely kicking. Some places use fake wasabi (is what I'm told). I recommend the spicy salmon poke. My son says the eel roll is really good. My husband loved the tataki. The place isn't fancy so don't expect anything but good food from a small business. We will be back to try more rolls and dishes.

The chef is underrated on this restaurant: he is simply excellent and his nigiri sushi irresistible

The food was delicious. Quality price is very good. And they were very helpful and friendly. The miso soup is very delicious and also the mochi. We definitely recommend it.

The specialty rolls here are delicious and presented beautifully. This is a very casual spot - so you don’t need to worry about getting great service even if the humidity has wreaked havoc on your hair. When you walk in the front door, you’ll immediately see the bathroom. But just hop on over the counter, place your order and take a seat. Soon you’ll receive expertly made sushi. There is something so charming about eating sushi this high quality in such a relaxed environment. This spot is a short walk from the Vineland outlets, so if you’re trying to save money on rideshare, hop over here for lunch then walk to the shops. Easy! Thank you for the beautiful meal and excellent service.

We came here for early dinner after a day at the theme park on a weekday. It wasn’t crowded at all. Only two other parties besides us. You order the food at the counter then they bring the food to you. They’ll also clean up the plates after you eat. There’s a self serve water station. You get your own utensils and napkins. There was a selection of canned/bottled beverages to choose from. Bathroom was clean. Overall, a clean and bright establishment. The staff were polite. We ordered some apps, rolls and a beef bowl. Everything was delicious but the beef bowl could’ve had more flavor. Couples pieces of rolls fell apart easily but overall great value.

Can’t figure out the positive reviews. They must be paying a company to write them. Definitely the worst sushi we’e ever had. Supermarket sushi tastes better. Ponzu tastes just like soy sauce, no difference. Place was empty for a Saturday.I don’t normally write reviews, but it was just absolutely terrible.

Definitely recommend. Nothing fancy about the location or the decor, but worth a visit. I had a few rolls, a salad and edamame... and I couldn't finish it all. The fish was fresh. The portions were good (not great) and the flavors were on point. Parking is plentiful and it was walking distance from my hotel. I got a taster of the cucumber salad, and I will definitely get that next time. They aren't reinventing... they are just delivering.

Hands down the best Sushi in the Orlando area. Very spacious inside you can bring the whole family comfortably or just quickly grab a bite to eat. Great dinner spot we come all the time! I always get the Salmon Sushi with Cream cheese and Chicken Sushi!

I seriously love the location for this spot! Near the outlet and in between the neighborhood and hotels.we had stopped by because we were looking for vegan rolls and weren’t having much luck. Jason and staff were super friendly and the food was very fresh. We didn’t do fish because it was late and we were the last ppl to stroll in. Our favorite sushi in the Orlando!!! Amazing quality at such a great value. We eat here several times within each visit we make to the area. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. This place turned our two boys into sushi lovers and as soon as we hop off the plane and pick up the rental car, we drive straight to Sushiology. :)

Great sushi. They don’t have a lot of employees, however, they work well and fast and bring excellent food to the table. If you’re looking for a super fancy restaurant, don’t come here. If you’re looking for a clean place to eat fresh sushi, this is the place to go.

They may be short staffed but they do a great job making up for that in flavor. Not to mention they are so kind. Highly recommend going to get sushi here.

It was my first time here, I arrived 40 minutes before the store closed and they treated me very well; The food was ready in 15 minutes and the best thing is that everything was delicious haha I ate very quickly because they knew that there were 15 minutes left until the restaurant closed, however they never rushed me to eat or anything like that. The owners (I guess?) made sure I was enjoying what I was eating. I wish the rolls were a little bigger. Here's a photo, I ordered the crispy chicken + California salmon :) and I'm not a big fan of dark sauces so I only ordered white sauce. Delicious, I would go again to try the other rolls 😁

In fact, I lived abroad for about 3 years, and now that I'm back, I've already been here 3 times, and everything is still equally delicious. We are so happy we came across this little gem when we were looking for a different take away for dinner in a sea of fast food. Sushi was absolutely delicious, fresh and at a great price point. We had the salmon cali, tuna cali, spicy tuno I/O and shrimp tempura rolls - all were yummy. We also had the edamame and steamed gyoza which were also very good. Finally the staff was super nice as well. Highly recommended!

Delicious and fresh sushi! Perfect to satisfy your sushi cravings at a reasonable price (and we got quite a lot). The service here is great and the dishes came out quite fast. Such a good find! The salmon nigiri was my favourite along with the shrimp tempura roll. I got back up to order more of the salmon nigiri and the server came out with an extra piece!

got off work early & was craving sushi so intensely i looked up the place closest to me & sped towards it, and it did not dissapoint at all !! the staff was so kind and friendly, they were shortstaffed at the time but still asked how everything was and the chef even took our order for seconds from our table! the salmon tempura really hit the spot, will be coming back next time i have a moment after work

I used to come here with my girlfriend at the time. And we would enjoy every moment from the drinks All the way down to the crispy chicken, The Volcano rolls are awesome. Now I still come here, Just to enjoy not just the atmosphere but the memories. walking into this place every minute of it, From the staff all the way down to the low sodium soy sauce love every moment.

I love everything about this place. I have been coming to this specific location since 2011. Back then I used to live down the street and visited often. For the last decade I come about once a year when I’m in town for a wholesale buying show. It’s never failed me. The owners are so nice and the food has been consistently good for YEARS. The restaurant itself is extremely clean and inviting. My go to here is the grilled tofu teriyaki steak. I literally crave it all year after I leave. The umami flavor is out of this world. And I’m not exactly your typical tofu eater. It’s not something I eat or even think about at any other point of my life. But Sushiology’s tofu steak is on my mind the moment I land in Orlando. It’s that good.

I love Sushiology! I’m a frequent customer at the I-Drive location, but this one is the same in the fact that it’s amazing. The quality of the food is top notch and the price is unbeatable. If I lived closer, I’d probably come every week. I love salmon and that’s what I always order. Food is quick and fresh, never any complaints.

This is a hidden Gem!! I came one after leaving the outlet and found this place on accident and I’m so happy I did. I was greeted by Dez and she was very kind even recommend a roll which was delicious (yum yum roll) I love sushi and eat it often but I always am willing to drive the extra mile to come to this place.

This is just in front of our hotel (Spot X) which is really convenient. The food is prepared fresh and it did not disappoint. We tried their las vegas roll, tuna poke bowl and shrimp tempura. Food is really good and tasty. And if you have a sweet tooth, try their fried cheese cake with ice cream and mochi, so good.
