Great place! The food is very tasty, but I usually hold out for the banana leaf tamales on weekends. Very yummy and one of the very few places I have found them here.

I've been wanting to come here for years but haven't found the time. I didn't realize there were three separate businesses at this location. I thought it was just a taco place. I'll have to come back and try the others. I've been trying several food trucks and taco places lately and this is the first place where the meat actually had seasoning and I could taste all the toppings. The onions actually tasted like onions and the cilantro was bright and tasty like it should be. I bought three tacos. Asada, chorizo and AL pastor. Each taco had a delicious taste and texture but my favorite (which surprised me) was the ground chorizo! That was so delicious and tangy. Of the two sauces they provide with your food, I loved the green jalapeño sauce the best! It was spicy and brought out the flavor of the meat perfectly! The sitting area was spacious and had plenty of shade that would be perfect in any other weather but it is too damn hot to sit outside and eat spicy food right now. Mercy! I will definitely be coming back here, not only to try the other food stops but to get taco again! 😋

These might be the best tacos in town! I had lengua, campechano, and al pastor- they were all so delicious. My husband also had chicken and asada. The corn tortillas had so much flavor, the cilantro and onions were doing their thing, and the sauces were excellent. The meats were fresh off of the grill and so tasty. The limes were even extra juicy!

Had two different tacos there: campechano, and el pastor. AMAZINGG! We went there because El Asador is closed on Sunday's. Definitely put this one on your list. Our friend by mistake went to their other location on N. Palafox, and had almost the same thing as I did, and they attested that the tacos were really good. Or is they like to say: "They slapped hard!" Have been to small towns in Mexico and gotten tacos, these are damn close. Super simple is what I look for in street tacos: cilantro, onions, meat. Ofc corn tortillas. Will return!

Dirty and expensive place!!! A corn for $5 and without flavor. The old corn. Flavorless meat and semi-burnt potatoes. Almost $15 for a bad experience. I really don't understand these businesses, how to charge high price for tasteless food.

If I do anything, umma eat a taco lol. If I remember correctly this food truck has other food trucks by it. It was a bit of a language barrier but, nothing my Spanglish couldn’t fix. I remember eating and my taco stuff was falling out so I was able to split it with it’s under taco. I remember being stuffed. That’s all I remember. I will go back again to update this review.

Best street tacos on the block! I prefer this taco truck to many of the others in town because they have much more parking space and the tacos are as fantastic if not better than their competitors in town. They double stack the tortillas so that they don't rip and tend to give way more meat with better flavoring than other tacos I've had in the past. If you're feeling that other food trucks in town are overcrowded and over-rated, definitely give this place a try!

This place is the star of the strip of trucks! The BEST lengua tacos in Pensacola. Perfect texture and taste, great salsas, and clean environment. Came here twice in the same day the first time I tried it. It's THAT good. If you think the lengua tacos from El Asador are kind of bland, I guarantee you that the lengua tacos from Tacos El Amigo deliver much more in taste. I've never been someone who feels ecstasy while eating, but I came here on a cold day, got the lengua tacos, picadito from Viva Chile, and a cold diet Coke, and...it felt like I was reborn under a lucky star. I forgot everything that ever made me sad for the 10 minutes it took me to finish the food.

I been to this place more then once I it hard to rate it sometimes it’s between a 3-4 stars depending the time of day you go. today I went around 3:30 and order 1lb of pastro meat that comes with tortillas in the side to make your own tacos and with grill green onions on the side. I ordered 4 drink one guanábana and 2 horchata anyway the horchata was no good compare to other times we ordered and the meat was better then another times too. Do you see it’s hard to rate a place that is not consistent with the food. I use to order steak but that type of meat for me personally sometimes has these chewy part and my girls don’t like it.

A great atmosphere. Three different food trucks with connecting patios. Ambiance alone in the fall was great. Lots of cars and people around but it didn't feel crowded. My food tastes great! A wonderful experience and I will be back to try the other two places. My order did take nearly twenty minutes though. I'm told this isn't that unusual, so plan accordingly. Doesn't deter the dining experience.

I learned about this place from one of my amigos. So, I decided to check it out. Walked up to this little food truck deck area, it was covered, and had plenty of places to sit. The cashier greeted me and was pleasant. I was on lunch break so decided to get my order to go. I ordered 3 tacos from Taco El Amigo and paid with credit card (says Chile Lindo on my receipt so maybe that’s the correct name). 1 asada, 1 pollo, and 1 pork for $8. Took about 5-10 mins to get my food after I ordered as they make it fresh. When it came out it was hot, and looked delectable. I sat in my car and dug in. Oh my… these tacos were delicious! Only thing I didn’t like is that I should’ve ordered 3 more. Not because I wasn’t satisfied with the portion, but simply because they were so good I needed more! 🤤 I’ll definitely be a regular lunch patron over there!

This place is killer. I usually get asada or pollo tacos, but everything our family has gotten there has been good. They'll serve home made hot sauces and chopped condiments bowl with SPICY habenero, which really fills that craving when it hits. Gluten free friendly, and I have eaten their fries without issue (no, really, they're good!). Huge quesadillas, if you can eat flour tortillas. Very friendly employees and clean, outdoor eating area. Follow me on IG @stellartina, if you're looking for more gluten free and celiac friendly dining in Pensacola.
