My daughter ordered a bubble tea but they had to make it twice because they kept messing it up. Make sure they make it the way you ask before you walk out. It was yummy though! We will be back!

Very cute little Boba Shop inside of Nipa Hut. The two times I tried the drinks were presented beautifully and tasted great. They usually only have one person working so it's a tad slow, but otherwise worth the wait.

Need to update the hours on Google. Went today (a Thursday) around 1pm and the adjoining restaurant was open, but the boba counter had a sign that said, "sorry we are closed." We specifically drove from Melbourne (about an hour away) to come to this boba shop based on the rating (4.9 stars and 25 reviews at the time of this rating).

It was a little hard to find bc its tucked back and in a resturaunt. We got a Taro tea, brown sugar milk tea and a strawberry milk tea. They were all GREAT! The Taro was the best! So sweet and yummy. The brown sugar milk tea was average sweet and also great flavor. The strawberry milk tea was sweet and creamy. They we all just over $7 each but comes in a nice size cup.

*Inside the Nipa Hut Bar and restaurant!* I must say that I was reluctant to try this boba place because I usually like to stick to my go-to boba places; however, we were in the area and it had good reviews... and it did not disappoint! The filipino twist added to the boba drink was delightful. I ordered the Ube Macapuno- I didn't even really need to add the crystal boba because it had coconut and ube chunks already in the drink. It was flavorful, delicious and one-of-a-kind. My husband loved his Mango drink he ordered as well.

I’m not from the area and was craving bubble tea! The reviews talked highly of this place and they are correct! I got the Taro Milk tea and it’s DELICIOUS.

A really good boba place for sure!

If you want reminisce tasting that scramble you use to eat in the streets, this is where you should go, every order is very flavorful and not too sweet just the right spot. Would definitely be back and recommend.

I’ve had several boba teas in Orlando and there are very few with ube options. I LOVED their Ube milk tea and Thai tea. Definitely a hidden gem that I will be returning to again.

Hidden gem! It tastes sooo good. Not syrup-y but in a fruity way (sweet from actual fruits). It can take a bit of time because he makes them with care but def worth the wait for me! It’s actually located inside a restaurant building called Nipa Hut(?!) so you might not notice it right away

Omg, omg, omg! I have tried boba milk tea in a few different place in Central Florida. And this is by far one of the best boba place. I have the Taro and the mango milk boba. It's mouth-watering. I plan to try every flavor over time. The people there are very friendly and provide the best customer service. Don't let the location keep you from trying this place. Tea Star & a sun is located inside Nipa Hut( they have amazing Filipino food).

Small place. Not at all professional, but cozy. Didn't try food but had the boba. The tapioca balls themselves seemed unusually hard and rough. But otherwise not bad. Good choice if you want to support a small business.

Got the orange tea and it is the most refreshing drink I've had in a long time. Definitely go support them! Wonderful people, amazing tea.

TSAAS is awesome!! if you're wondering, its inside of one of the most delicious filipino restaurants in FL. the mango bubble tea didnt taste artifical at all amd it was delicious. will definetely be coming back!!

First time visitors to TSAAS, it’s inside one of your favorite Filipino restaurants in central FL, Nipa Hut. My daughter and I ordered two drinks, mine was chocolate slushy with milo (pictured) and hers was a peach mango iced tea with boba. Both were incredible! The two staff members who were there were amazing, there was a lot of detail in their drinks, flavors were great and the price was right 👍 will definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends!
