I highly recommend this place, amazing food

So glad I stopped in to try out a new place. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The food is beautiful and yummy too.

I never leave reviews, but this place really deserves it! I’ve eaten here once before and the food was amazing! I have always dwelled on how fresh everything tastes. Anyways, I decided to try it again today and it did not disappoint. The food was phenomenal, definitely the best Thai food I have had anywhere. Lisa was very kind to me and the food came out very very fast. This will be my go-to place if I ever want Thai food. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys sooo much!

The ambience was nice and cosy. We tried the Pad see ew and Panang Curry. It wasn’t bad but wasn’t authentic Thai food. The flat noodles were a lil dry and chewy. The Panang curry was runny but tasted better with the jasmine rice. TBH it’s difficult to find a good authentic Thai restaurant in Tampa.

(Updated 8/25/24)Today's takeout Which included Green Curry with Shrimp, did not include any shrimp. Upon confirming the receipt, I was charged for it. Bummer...Minus 1 star. Impressive Thai flavors, served in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Green and red curry dishes were excellent. Requested a spiciness of medium and heat level was spot on. Of all the Thai restaurants nearby, Thai Sicky Rice deserves to be at the top of the list.

Amazing service and the food was even better! Truly a special place tucked in the plaza, we will be coming back! And don’t miss out on the mango sticky rice, the best finale!

Ate at this quaint cozy tucked away under the Oaks Thai place and it was the BEST Thai I've ever eaten! Service was very friendly and attentive. We had the Gyoza, Spring Rolls rolls and a papaya salad for starters and they were freshly made, crispy and delicious. Had the Ginger Stir fry with tofu and chicken Pad Thai also outstanding and authentic! Ended work Thai donuts and it didn't disappoint. I would drive all the way from Clearwater every weekend to eat here!

I travel for food!! Thai sticky rice is super legit! Great flavor!! You MUST try the green curry soup!! The best places are always hidden ! As you can see I also order the duck and it was everything I wanted!! The owner came out to shake my hand once they heard how much a loved their food ! Award winning establishment and they ALL hang on the wall for you too see!! 5⭐️ Thank you 🙏🏽

My daughter had a craving for Thai today so we came in for lunch and, as is always the case here, the food was absolutely delicious!! My daughter got the Pad Thai and I got the Green Curry… YUMM!! The vegetables were abundant and perfectly cooked, the flavor was amazing and the spice was perfection. Thai Sticky Rice NEVER disappoints!

I had lunch here today and the food was delicious as always. We usually order online and pick the food up, but today we dined in. The people there are so beyond kind and the customer service made this is experience so wonderful. 10/10 recommend!!

Our favorite Thai spot! I am Thai and grew up on Thai food. Their food is authentic and reminds me of mom’s cooking! My kids always approve and they love the noodle soup and Thai donuts. The service is always top notch; very attentive and so sweet. I highly recommended Thai Sticky Rice!

This was a surprise hit! The lady who works here is so nice and complimentary, and the restaurant itself is very nicely decorated. My favorite though is the Larb Gai, and it was the best I've ever had! I ate the whole bowl by myself. I think it's because the chicken had almost a charbroiled element to it that really enhanced the flavor. I can't wait to get it again!

Consistently good food with friendly service. We look forward to eating here every week or two. We order curry mild and it is just perfect with excellent flavor.

I tried to return the DISGUSTING Tom Yum soup and was threatened with violence. Called the police. Revolting food with ingredients (barely cooked thick cut green peppers) not listed on the menu or on any recipe for Tom Yum. Trash restaurant that is clearly going out of business.

The food and hostess were the best! My husband is a picky eater and I convinced him to take me to this restaurant for my birthday. The food was great and the waitress/ co owner were on point! I enjoyed our meal and so did my husband! He was pleasantly surprised how much he enjoyed his meal. Thank you for a wonderful birthday dinner and the Thai tea to go! Your place is the best kept secret in Valrico!

Excellent food! Their food is made with the freshest ingredients and as authentic as it gets. This is not a fast food chain, and they actually make all their food fresh to order, so be patient. The owners are very friendly and they're also informative of the dishes that they serve. We really enjoyed our experience and intend to go back and try many different dishes. Definitely try the Thai tea, and Thai green tea!

This place has mediocre food, horrible service, and gross facilities. Was nice enough to take on an 18% gratuity for herself without mentioning it in the menu or verbally. I will never go here again and my stomach will thank me.

This restaurant is amazing and has some of the best curry I have ever eaten. The service was amazing.

This was my first time here. The outside was quaint and inviting with its patio string lights. The inside atmosphere was homey. My daughter and I enjoyed our thai tea and green tea which were delicious and not overly sweet. Our food tasted authentic and flavorful. A definitely must try!

Just came back from that place. I ordered papaya salad and shrimp is one of it's ingredients. When I got this salad however there was no shrimp in the salad. "That friendly establishment" charged me for the salad and refused to replace the order. I don't recommend Thai Sticky Rice and their service.

Absolutely delicious food! We had red, green and masaman curries, teriyaki chicken, pad thai, and steamed dumplings- so a good variety and all tasty.

Had the best dinner there after our workout at crunch! Amazing service and food was even better. The owners were very nice and accommodating to us. PS: their mango sticky rice is to die for.

We had the green curry, panang curry, Tom kha gai soup, the steamed dumplings, mango sticky rice and Thai donuts. All food was excellent. The chef and his wife are very friendly and took time to speak with us. The decor took me right back to my time in Thailand. My family will definitely be returning here!

Come here if you want them to make your order wrong and argue about it. then force you to pay after you dont eat what they brought you because it wrong.

Absolutely loved this restaurant! Been visiting different Thai restaurants in search for a good pad Thai and we think Thai sticky rice has the best one, we asked for extra spicy and they did not fail on delivery of the heat. My kids got the rice with chicken and mixed veggies and they devoured it, I got the coconut milk soup with chicken and it was so pleasant and delicious. Will definitely be coming back again. Service was amazing and highly recommend

I had the cashew chicken, Mango sticky rice and a Thai Tea. I ordered mild spice and it was very good but not too hot. Next time I will try medium level. The restaurant was clean and had a nice vibe, the owner, a very sweet lady, was so nice and welcoming. I love that this place is only 8 minutes from my house, I will definitely come back. Highly recommend trying it for yourself.

Amazing and Authentic Thai food!!! We got the pineapple curry and Karpow Gai Sap with chicken. Our server was so nice and helped us decide what to get based off of our flavor and spice preference. Also - I am a stickler on hygiene and the entire place was so clean including the bathrooms. We will be coming back for more!!

Hands down some of the best Thai food I have ever had! I could eat here every day it’s just that good! The owner is so friendly and they are great about my dietary restriction as well and easily adjust for a gluten allergy.

Let me start by saying that this is by far the worst experience in a restaurant. Waited 20 just for someone to get our order . Then waited about 25 to get oir food. We order the appetizer sampler ( with no plates) and it was not good but it was edible. Ten minutes later we get our food. We ordered beef fried rice and the flat pasta with beef. The rice was extremely hard and tasted like burnt soy sauce. The pasta tasted like candy and the beef tasted spoiled. Now I understand we are humans and maybe it just wasn't there day but the fact that this lady didn't even come back to the table to ask how was the food or if we needed something else had me upset. Finally after another 30 min of waiting she comes back to give us the check and I told her that we didn't eat because of how the food tasted (which she can see that the plates were still full) and she just said that's how it's suppose to be. I said ok and proceeded to go pay when I notice she charged me both plates. I asked her to please remove it from the bill and that's when she started threatening me with the cops the cook comes out screaming. All I wanted was to pay for my drinks and the sampler that we ate. Worst experience ever. Finally after I told to call the cops she just wrote another ticket without the meals.

Wonderful attentive staff. Very friendly. Great food. Crab Rangoon was very different than the frozen mass produced Rangoon you get elsewhere. Tasted scratch made with more crab flavor.

Hidden gem! The food and service were both amazing! I had crab rangoon and garlic pepper beef. So happy to find authentic Thai food locally!! Update: I’ve tried a few different meals and haven’t had anything I don’t like! The thai tea is amazing and pad broccoli is my new favorite!

We ordered a pick up order on Christmas and it was amazing! The spring rolls were fresh and crispy and the pad Thai with chicken was delicious. It had the perfect amount of spice and the portions were big. The staff was friendly and kind, especially since it was Christmas Day. We will definitely be back!!

Hidden gem. Hole in the wall. Two ways I would describe this restaurant. Their 7 awards are well earned. Everything me and my wife ordered was amazing. I had the panang, mild with chicken and I couldn't stop eating it. The symphony of flavors and vegetable pairing makes me want to come back for more. We tried the Sampler appetizer and every piece of food was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. My wife loved her green curry, medium with chicken and the spice level was perfect. We ended our meal with some Thai donuts that were a perfectly balanced dessert. The service was outstanding and we were well taken care of. All in all, I highly recommend this place.

Great Thai food and great service! Hidden gem

I always get the Panang curry when I go to any Thai restaurant. The crispy duck panang portion contained nearly half a duck, fried and very crispy, accompanied by a curry that was thin and coconut milk forward, if that’s your taste. The spice level was just right for me and the veggie choices were delicious. Solid Thai food. The service does the heavy lifting for this 4 star, the lady in the front of house was very polite and friendly, she even gave us a free Thai tea as a part of the to go order we had. If the food quality matched the service, this would easily reach 5 stars.

I really enjoyed my dinner. My husband and I have tried a few Thai restaurants in the area and this was our favorite.

This is a carry out review. First of, I'm half thai and have knowledge of Asian cuisine. Everything that we ordered was amazing. Especially in Valrico, it's hard to find good Thai food. The duck Panang was exactly what I was hoping for. They got our family on lock down when it comes to Thai food. Great job guys.

Best Tai food in Tampa … really delicious …

Yum, just Yum. There were 3 of us so we tried an assortment from the menu, 1 noodle dish, 1 fried rice, and 1 curry. I had the pineapple fried rice and it was absolutely delicious. My son had the pad see ew with tofu and he loved it, and my Wife had the green curry, which she said was the best she's tried anywhere in the area.

Best Thai food I've ever had! Duck is prepared amazing with crispy skin! Papaya salad is so fresh! Thai tea is very refreshing and the green tea blew me away! Mango sticky rice is perfect! I TRULY love spicy so I get everything Thai hot! Owners are soo nice and I feel like a guest not a customer. Writing this review is making me drool 🤤 I look forward to dining here many more times in the future. Worth every penny and my time.

Came across this restaurant while searching for Thai restaurant nearby and I’m so glad we did. The food is absolutely delicious!! I ordered the green chicken curry, my husband ordered the drunken noodle, and my son ordered the pad thai and we all enjoyed our meals. For dessert we got their mango sticky rice and donuts. The owners were so sweet and personable as well, and for me that’s always a way to win my service if the food is just as good! We will definitely be coming back again.

Oh my goodness. I am not being dramatic i really have no words. Food, service, presentation. Just blew my mind. I’ve traveled the whole and had my taste of many different cuisines lol but this place, this place was absolutely amazing. Their food was so tasty and everything was put together just beautifully!! Not to mention their homemade sauces. I cant get over this. If you haven’t gone here yet and are stressing about what to eat for dinner well your welcome. Everyone needs to try this place out and bring some happiness and genuine taste back to your life!!! Not that hungry? Go there for some thai tea!! Their teas are absolutely delicious !! Friendly staff and they explain the menu if you need. The food is aesthetically pleasing and tastes really good. The water doesn't taste like it came out of the tap. The water tastes like it came out of a mountain spring from the Himalayas that Buddha prayed at himself.

Don’t let a single day go by, without trying this place. We tried this little gem yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. The food was over the top delicious full of flavor. Ordered soup, drunken noodles and cashew chicken and flavors did not disappoint. We also asked for Thai Hot P2, and we actually got it.. enjoyed the extra spices. Flavors were intense, spicy and everything served hot. Enjoyed this family owned business and even the Chef’s & his wife warm welcome. We will be back! We Highly recommend this place for those food connoisseur.
