Quaint little Puerto Rican place. I came at 730am. They have a hot bar probably for lunch plates. I got an apple pastry and a medium coffee. It was a some sort of cafe latte. Would love to see their lunch/dinner menu. It seems relatively new place so check them out

Everything was great. Food delicious, very clean space, enough parking space, cozy spot to have a great meal. The mofongo/pionono OMG. I would go there just for this dish. Definitely returning.

Food, and service was amazing, very welcoming, helpful to choose food. The only thing I would suggest is for them to not put so much salt in the food. The Pernil was amazing but too 🧂 salty. If they fix that it's a win win. Thank you for great food and great service 😀 👍 see you soon.

I visited The Factory Bakery for the first time today. I had a wonderful experience! The food was extremely flavorful and the cafe was the best I’ve had in the area. I had a lovely conversation with the owners while I was there. They were very warm and welcoming. I will definitely be returning as a regular customer! 🇵🇷❤️

Tried this on a Saturday afternoon after seeing their menu on Uber Eats. I went in-person and ordered the pechuga de pollo a la plancha (grilled chicken breast) con mofongo, with a jugo de limón (natural limeade) to-go. It was fresh and everything I ordered was absolutely delicious and incredible value. Would highly recommend and will be eating here again.

Todo Todo lo que cocinan es sabroso. Comida puertorriqueña como si fuera hecho en casa. Hay variedad para toda preferencia. Prefiero ir allá que cocinar mi almuerzo. Por alrededor de un año y Nunca he he estado decepcionada.

When I tell you I went on a man hunt to find this place again I'm not exaggerating. Eating here was unplanned but since then I crave their pastrami sandwich so much I drove from Saint Cloud just for this sandwich. Highly recommend 👌 👍
