Ice cream selection is good here and the staff is very friendly. My biggest issue with The Scoop is their use of the dreaded Fabuloso cleaner. The moment you walk in the place it smacks you in the face, and for people with a sensitivity to the smell it can be a problem. Chefs, bakers and anyone who owns a restaurant will tell you that you cannot use powerful scented cleaners in a place that sells food because it can ruin and interfere with the experience of the food itself. Smell interferes with the sense of taste and it can easily happen there, even with ice cream. Plus Fabuloso is nasty anyways!

Juliette is the BEST!!!! We were visiting from Ft. Lauderdale and craved ice cream and wanted a local spot. Super glad we went to The Scoop!! Wait.....did I say how wonderful Juliette was???!!! She was so patient with ME, the Mamma who was indecisive LOL the kids knew exactly!! Hahahaha WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

Awesome Family owned Ice Cream Shop!!! Alex and Kate the owners, are both super friendly and inviting. As for the ice cream, it speaks for itself! Delicious and more flavors than you can count ! Also Be sure to check out the unique cotton candy flavors while you're there ! Would highly recommend when the sweet tooth cravings cant be contained!

Ashley was working and she was so nice! Offered tastings to us, told us her favorites and was very patient as we looked at EVERY flavor they had! The ice cream was great!! Prices are good. This will definitely be our regular ice cream shop every time we come to Jensen and Hutchinson!

Our group of friends stop in for ice cream every Sunday evening. We enjoy the Hershey brand of ice cream served here, as well as the selection of flavors and price. However, our favorite, ESPRESSO CHIP, is no longer offered. Another great flavor was SPUMONISH and also no longer available. We noticed these flavors would sell out rather quickly & we had times we were disappointed. We've mentioned this to the servers behind the counter but I'm not so sure they have passed the message on to the owners. Please bring back at least the espresso chip. You have cappuccino crunch & plain coffee but the espresso chip has a deeper richer coffee flavor. So good!

Business is busy so having back up of things would be a good idea. Went for banana split had no whip cream no strawberries and was told they are out of peanuts but the other employee knew they had them. Both people works were great and nice just didn't have product

Absolutely love the Scoop! My wife and I have been coming here frequently over the past few years, and they are worth the stop! Always friendly service (even when packed for Jammin Jensen), a ton of flavors to choose from, and ample parking! They have flights of ice cream, shakes, and candy by the pound. A Jensen Beach dessert must!

Thought I would get gelato but they stopped selling gelato for a while now. The ice cream was good, the atmosphere is inviting for families, and the staff is welcoming.

Took our family out for dinner at England Fish Market Restaurant. Wanted some else to celebrate my wife's birthday. Very friendly young lady there by herself. But got everything we wanted.

We love moose tracks flavor!!! I wonder as a limited edition, if you can order black, cherry or raspberry flavored Moosetrack, I think that combo would be amazing!

Great tasting ice cream and fudge. Reasonable priced and very delicious. The young lady that helped us was sweet, friendly and made us feel at home. Lots of flavors to choose from and combinations to customize your dessert. There’s lots of seating and a must try if you’re in the Jensen Beach area. And it’s located in a plaza with other shopping and restaurants nearby. Lot’s of free parking. Recommend!

One of the best, or the best, ice cream place that me and my family have tried. Lot of variety and colors and flavors are Hershey level. Cheap prices, quiet atmosphere, very friendly staff. They also have a reward program. My advise, ask for the blue color with Hershey cookies flavor. Strawberry cheese cake very competitive too. Outstanding.
