This is a good place for a quick rest, while shopping can get expensive fast, if you hang too long. It is best when the weather is moderate. The staff is very accommodating. The coconut shrimp is my favorite. It isfine for families as well.

Love this place, especially on cool winter evenings! Super cool vibe, food and drinks.

What an awesome experience here at Tommy Bahama! We were extremely lucky to have nick as our waiter, what a nice guy! He was always checking up to make sure we were happy and enjoying our food. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was as good as it was. Food was really good and fresh and the drinks were very well enjoyed. Thanks nick!

Absolutely loved the tacos! Bar is awesome. No where better to sit and watch sports while my wife shops in the town center!

The shrimp salad is bomb and it's a great atmosphere. Don't get me wrong the staff are nice but the order at the counter, and wait for them to run the food to your table is not my favorite. They used to do regular table service.

Shop till ya drink at this Tommy Bahamas location. Store and restaurant all in one. Had a dink to coolndown after spending a few $$. I had a Pina Coloda after baking in the sun walking. It was yummy! Indoor seating, bar, live music.

Ordered the Mahi tacos, they were not the best. We informed our server Mia and she and the team made it right. I will definitely be back to see Mia. Great customer service!!!

Had lunch with my daughter on 4th July Saturday. The mahi tacos and Sicilian Virgin drink were excellent! The pina colada cake was beyond excellent: light and not too sweet. My daughter said her tuna tacos were also good. The atmosphere was excellent: clean with rapids service and pleasant live music which we had the option of sitting away from to enjoy while having our girls talk. The pricing was modest but worth every penny.

In the summer they have misting fans and in winter heaters, by far the best outdoor restaurant in Jax. The kids mac and cheese is amazing and the entire adult menu 👌 have not had a bad experience here yet.

Visiting Jacksonville, I stopped by to meet an old friend. It is a beautiful and relaxing restaurant. There was live music, which is awesome, and we sat on the patio. It was nice and warm and coming from 3 digit dry heat, I enjoyed the weather while dining at Tommy Bahamas. I ordered crown on the rocks while my friends had the Sliders and Chips with Queso. The queso was yummy, and the chips were nice and crispy. Service was good for the little interaction I had with her. Great spot, and I'll check out the out other locations closer to me.

UPDATE (6/22/24): Yikes…our visit today was not good. Service was extremely poor. Among other issues, our drinks were empty for a long time until we finally managed to get the attention of one of the servers, and it took at least 20 more minutes to receive one drink after that. We eventually had to walk up to the bar to pay the tab because multiple servers kept passing by our table like we were invisible. Nobody working there really seemed to care. What happened to this place??! Great experience at the Marlin Bar! The food and drinks were very good, and the casual atmosphere is perfect for the shopping center. Even though servers share tables, all of them were friendly and attentive. The outdoor fans and misters are a big plus!

We came to see Colby sing and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and drinks. The live music was outstanding and a nice touch!

Is a ok place with ok food ,nothing special.

This was a very disappointing evening. Food arrived cold and undercooked, had 4 waitstaff ask me if I wanted a refill on my drink and never came back. Wife’s steak taco was overcooked. Then we asked two of the waitstaff to get our check. Twenty minutes later we just went straight to the cash register. To top it off, after my wife complained, we got two EXPIRED coupons for free drinks or dessert.

This restaurant has very delicious food, probably rivals most of the expensive spots nearby! Cierra was amazing, serving us at the bar. The drinks are strong and definitely good to start your night out. We love coming here! My only complaint is ordering at the front and being served with a number, it’s hard to track someone down after they drop off the food if you need anything else after. For being such a great place, it would be better if they just did a regular service, which is why when we go we like to sit at the bar, but seats are usually taken at the bar, probably for this reason! Otherwise, love this spot and will continue to come here when there is bar seating available!

Had a large group on Saturday May 18th at Noon. All of the staff at Bahama Breeze were Fantastic! Especially Megan and Kyla who attended our large table. Great place, great food and great service ! Tyou! Natalie Johnson

The atmosphere of Tommy Bahama is always a vibe. We love outdoor seating, its just really our thing. Service today was amazing. We sat at the bar with Cierra as our bartender and she was ✨top tier✨ though we’ve been here a million times she managed to introduce us to some new choices like the shrimp flatbread, which was surprisingly amazing. My expectations weren’t high but I was super open, it ended up being a favorite. Definitely would order again in the future. We also tried the cajun fries today. Just perfect! Seasoning was *chefs kiss*. Also chose the coconut shrimp which is always amazing with the mango sauce its served with. Zero proof Sicilian Peach was nice as well. Some of the cocktails I used to regularly get, ranged from $13-$15 just a year ago or less but those same drinks are now $15-$17. $17 for a cocktail at Tommy Bahama is a bit steep in my opinion, and that’s coming from someone who is not typically cheap when eating out. Nonetheless, I passed today. Overall, appreciate Cierra and her hospitality/service. Very quick, multitasking, knowledgeable, and super fun and cool. Definitely an asset to the team. Thanks again!

I absolutely love this place. The food and service are awesome. This visit I brought my mom. Earlier in the week, she fell and was feeling down. The great lunch certainly helped pick her. This USED to be a regular on our restaurant rotation. No longer after a pretty terrible experience today, May 11. In the past four months, we’ve eaten here together and with others probably 6-8 times. The food is always good (although a small limited menu) and we like to eat outside. For those who aren’t familiar, it’s set up as a counter service where you wait in line to order and then take your number and go pick your own table or bar top. There are “wait staff” but you aren’t assigned a particular person and they basically are just running and dropping your food. Sometimes your food comes out with the rest of your party and unfortunately often there is quite the delay between each person’s food arriving to the table. So suffice it to say it’s good food in a very casual almost fast food dining experience (with somewhat expensive prices). So, today we decided to come for lunch. I had hurt my back and had sciatic pain shooting in my leg, so my husband suggested I just go sit down at a table and he’d wait in line to pay. He was about four people back at that point. After sitting down, one of the staff came over and asked if I had a number. I explained that my husband was in line to order our food. About five minutes later, “Brandon” (who says he is the manager for that day) came to my table and told me I have to leave. I asked if he was kidding and he said he was not and that “I’m going to have to ask you to leave because we are very busy.” I pointed to my husband who was next in line behind the people currently placing their order and informed Brandon that that was my husband, he’s next to order our food. Brandon replied, “He’s next to order but he’s not ordering yet” and that I had to leave because he needed the table. (There WERE tables available in the restaurant as well as barstool dining spots.) This was a first. I’ve never been told to leave a restaurant before. We still can’t believe this happened and intend to follow up with their corporate. My husband called the restaurant later in the day and got Brandon on the phone. He dug his heels in and insisted he handled things exactly right and as per Tommy Bahama’s policy. So congrats to Brandon—you lost longtime regular customers.

Cierra is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere and environment is great. The food is mouth watering and service follows suit. 10/10 would recommend!

The place is phenomenal as far as the ambience and the food and drink. As far as the service as long as you don't mind your server getting angry with you for asking for your bill then you should be okay. The service was lackluster at best.

Nice place to gather for happy hour. The appetizers were delicious and the martini drinks were sweet & tasty and the flower just made it look like you were somewhere in the Bahamas and with the outdoor atmosphere seating and the breeze coming through on a nice Florida day perfect day. Nicce little spot for happy hour. Tried the buffalo and jerk wings, I liked the jerk better. The popular tacos with tuna were good, and tried a little bit of everything on a day with good friends and good company.

This is located in the Town Center Shopping area. It has nice outside seating and the service is good but I was disappointed in the food. It could just be my meal.

Can't go wrong at Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar. Food is excellent and consistent. Servers are pleasant and accommodating. Spoke with Jean she answered all our questions regarding restaurants and marlin bars. This is a must to to when you are in Jacksonville.

I really enjoyed Tommy Bahamas at the Town Center! The food was delicious. I ordered the roasted veggie bowl with no cheese or tortilla and the sauce on the side (healthy/vegan). It was absolutely wonderful. It was very flavorful, and a generous portion. There was live music which was nice, but it was just kind of the generic acoustic beach dude music thing. I guess that is to be expected at a beach-themed restaurant at a shopping center. My friend lost her purse while we were there. They found it right away and put it in their safe until she noticed it was gone. We really appreciated that. It was a fun time and a great people watching spot :)

Met up with friends and family. The gentleman, Antonio, was great with the communication and service. The food came a little late, but Antonio made sure that it arrived at a moment's notice when it was brought to his attention. 10/10 would recommend this place.

I sat at the bar tonight for happy hour. The bartenders were so attentive, even after I said no to food 3 times, I eventually got hungry and they were still paying attention. The only reason I didn’t give the atmosphere a 5 was because of the guests next to me having a very heated political convo which I know has nothing to do with the venue itself. One of the bartenders offered to move me over to make my experience more enjoyable. Also, I haven’t written a review in over 5 years and I worked in the industry so hopefully that shows how much I appreciated this experience!

The food was delicious 😋 - staff friendly and offered suggestions. The Mango 🥭 😋 tea is refreshing on a hot day. Give this restaurant a try.

This place is an absolute rip off. $16 for two tiny sliders? Come on

The place and food "awesome!" My only small complaint is they don't give you enough for the price. I ordered two shrimp blackened salads and the burger slider! They gave me one small slider for $16.00, which I thought was truly pathetic, like really. No more sliders for ME!!

I came here with my aunt that was visiting in town from Philadelphia. We waited for 20 minutes for her to get a drink, and at the end of the evening they decided to charge me twice. charge me twice for the poor service one for $60 a month for $70 and only Lord knows when I’m ever getting my money back but thanks for ruining our experience here.

Fun outside dining experience. They could have a few more mocktail options. We had a few different appetizers for our meal and all we very good. The chicken sliders could have a bit more heat to them as the corn dip had more heat, in my opinion. Count shrimp was delish! Fun atmosphere.
