Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Food was delicious and latte perfect. The staff are friendly and very polite.

Elizabeth was hospitable. She did a good cortado with almond milk and honey. Going back!

I like This restaurant and everyone is nice there. This is my third time eating there and the food was unpalatable due to the amount of salt … over the sweet potatoes ( I tried to scape it off) and the vegan hash and eggs. I could not finish it and cannot fathom who could ever ingest that much salt. I had to go to the store and buy a banana and drink plenty of water and three hours later I can still taste that sodium. I complained and the hostess offered me something else but I was afraid. I hope she told the cook because I was awful and I probably won’t be back again.

The atmosphere is refreshing. The servers are excellent, attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had the avocado toast yesterday and returned for the bisque breakfast sandwich today. If I were to stay in town longer, I would return for lunch. The menu is tempting. The food tastes fantastic. There is one drawback to me. The acoustics need improvement; it is deafening. The outdoor seating would be nice, with umbrellas for shade.

Always has a great breakfast. They huevo rancheros is one my favorite breakfasts in DeLand. Also, try their Jasmine Green Tea with honey. I just had todays special of breakfast tacos and they were amazing. Please add them to your permanent menu!!

Perfect place for breakfast, lunch, or just a quick pick-me-up, the food is always perfect and fresh and the coffee is always excellent! The employees are friendly and welcoming, and give the best recommendations. Plenty of peace and quiet once seated to get some work done. This is by far the best cafe in Deland. Do yourself a favor and stop in!

I tried this restaurant in Deland, but didn't want to be in the center of town because of traffic. It is a clean bright breakfast location. This doesn't have wait service, but needs you to order at the counter. I had a skillet which had my eggs over a bed of grilled peppers, onions and mushrooms, with the eggs covered in cheese. This was a different take on eggs that I really enjoyed. The breakfast potatoes were quite good. They offer a full coffee bar. Alternatives to dairy are available (I jad oat milk). My skillet was $14 and my cappuccino was $4.50, which seems reasonable. I talked to Clay, the owner, and he indicated this location was a KFC originally and then a barbecue location. This building is newly renovated, and the bathrooms are very nice. Off street parking is available, and I found a shady spot for my car ( and for my dog).

One of my favorite places to go for breakfast. Awesome biscuits and avocado toast. Best place for coffee in my opinion. Owners are very welcoming. There’s a Cat Cafe attached to the building but it is completely separate from the restaurant.

Reallly good food(I had blt with side of home fries). Very friendly staff. A friendly atmosphere and can get a bit loud with a full house but delicious food.

This place has the BEST breakfast! My family and I stopped by here to visit the cat cafe next door and decided to grab breakfast as well. Their matcha latte and coffee were amazing!

Breakfast is served until 11:00am unless it specifically says "Served All Day". However, if you're in line before the 11:00 cut-off and you don't make it to order until after it you are out of luck. Extended service should be offered on weekends.

Used to stop here every year when I was a kid otw to bikeweek, this year I brought my kids...awesome breakfast and the new owner was really nice to talk to.

I love what they're doing here. Fresh made food with fresh quality ingredients. Very tasty and a good value. Our egg was cooked the wrong way and the chorizo was a bit spicy for me, but those are minor gripes. The manager was a pleasure to deal with and the staff was all smiles. Bonus points for being able to walk to the other unit in the building and play with some adoptable cats. 😁

This is my favorite breakfast spot in DeLand! We have ordered takeout and dined in many times and their food is always excellent. Their coffee is top-notch and the service is always friendly and professional. I love the biscuits there. They are always perfectly baked!

We are coming back next weekend early to see how busy they are but I think we found our new hang out spot 😀

I usually get take out and the last few times I've gotten home to find I've had something missing. Last time it was bacon, time before that my biscuit and gravy. I guess it's my fault for not checking before I leave, but then again I shouldn't have to.

Quaint spot with amazing food. Done simply and done well. Owner is a super nice person and checks in often to make sure you have everything you need. An absolute gem of the area where you will be taken care of.

Excellent food. Superior service. Unimposing, very clean, well maintained environment that is a great place for light or deeper conversations. Their menu features breakfast and lunch-time entreés, and a very nice selection of coffee and expresso-based beverages. Adjacent to the Cat Café, my friends tell me you can make an appointment to spend an hour playing with and enjoying cats and kittens that are available for adoption. You can order food at Trilogy Kitchen and then dine at the Cat Café. What fun!

I like to try new places, and have new experiences, but boy oh boy! This place is charming, and the people are very welcoming! Their coffee ☕️... what can I say, 🤔...😁 delicious and on point! Also, I had the huevos rancheros plate. OMG! The young coriander on top was the thing! I'll come back!

As a deland local and an OG trilogy fan, I was very excited to try the new Trilogy Kitchen. It has beyond exceeded my expectations! To start, I’m so pleased with the order/quick service style. You can relax but also be quick! Same simple aesthetic and large windows allows for a great environment. Now… the food… BLEW ME AWAY. The level of detail that was decided on the food menu brings me so much joy. Could have gone with a simple biscuit… nope! Cheddar chive biscuit!!!! Love it. Could have gone with a simple gravy, nope! Sage gravy?? So amazing. Sometimes everything can be amazing but the breakfast can be boring… THEY ARE DELICIOUS!!!! I can’t wait to come back and try more things!!!

Hybrid system. Stand in line to order, then, seat wgere you can and the staff does bring your order to you. Very noisy. Food is ok, but not anything special.

Absolutely lovely little cafe! The food is always prompt and perfect, and the coffee is always excellent! Michelle and Clay are polite and friendly to every patron who walks in and are a treat to see when I go up each week! All over a wonderful experience!

Stopped here with my boss, found on yelp and loved the reviews. I ordered the smash burger, didn’t get pictures unfortunately. But if you’re looking for a place to catch up on work emails or even to have a chat with friends and family this quaint little place is the spot. I noticed they had free WiFi, which is an added on bonus for the work stop.

Good food, clean and a great staff

I was born in DeLand in 1986 have moved around with my family to Kentucky and around since then.... but have come back to visit numerous times and love both states. When we come to Florida, I always try to visit places like this to support the local community. That said, we came in for breakfast and were not let down!! The service was very awesome and they were very pleasant. The staff gave lots of attention to our family. The food came out very fast. I thought we were going to have to wait 15 to 20 minutes but it came out within minutes and was very hot and fresh. My daughter absolutely loved the pancakes and fruit and she is picky. After we ate our breakfast here, and being cat people, we visited the Cat Cafe right next door. This is a very awesome location for a family to spend a morning. Thank you for the food and service.

I love the spot so much! I stop here often for breakfast after dropping the kids off at school and heading to work. The food is so fresh and delicious. The people that work here are kind, they remember your name. It’s such a wonderful and great experience! Definitely make sure to come check them out! You will not regret it! Thanks so much guys!

Portions seem small for the price...

I wanted a quick take out lunch and do not do "fast food". Finding vegetarian food can be challenging but I was very happy with the carrot hummus panini. Very nice people behind the counter and I will go by there again.

I have been here 2 times now and plan on going again. Menu items are great and "The Becky" is the drink to order. The staff are all nice and the place is clean. Highly recommend

Went there 3 weeks ago , dident like the potatoes. Cooked with burnt oil, got the biskit flight, wife did not like that eather, it was expensive for breakfast food, won't go back
