The Pina colada was magnificent

Food was good. Service was top tier. Love the atmosphere. The adult beverage quality was very lackluster! Had 3 different drinks and couldn’t take the alcohol in any.

We waited 30+ mins to be seated then once we were seated we waited 15+ mins was never greeted or offered drinks. We walked out.

This is a beautiful location with a great food. The nachos are highly recommended. The service at our table was great. We played volleyball with the family right there at the sand courts. They offer several other games like ping pong & connect 4 which was fun for the kids. We had a bizarre incident that was handled quite poorly. I called this morning & spoke with the manager Ray & explained exactly what happened. I do feel better after our conversation. I guarantee if hehad been the manager the previous evening things would have been addressed appropriately.

This place just left our family heartbroken. I took my family of five here, and we were seated but then ignored for about 20 minutes. We made eye contact with several waitresses, but no one acknowledged us—not even to offer us water. After waiting for 20 minutes, an older white couple was seated right next to us and immediately given water and asked for their orders. Something tells me the teenage waiter and waitresses were being prejudice because we’re Hispanic. We left because we didn’t trust them serving us our food after this experience.

Too early for sunset and the wind is around 15 to 20....but it is warm, sunny and the food is pretty darn good.

I’m been coming here a long time, mostly for the atmosphere but I will not be returning. The food is very expensive for the portions and quality, the service mediocre, and the drinks are in small plastic cups. Today, I asked a blonde haired woman if I could swap my TTs shirt. Simple yes or no question. She instead interrogates me about the shirt and brought another employee towards my table so they could talk about me and see who I was. Then after about 30 mins, brings my shirt over and says they can’t take it because it was stained. I never wore the shirt and had left it in my car meaning to exchange sooner. I never noticed the stains until she held it up in the sunlight. I said ok never mind I’ll just buy another. Instead, she continues to make such a fuss and try to make me fee dumb …when she could’ve said “NO, it’s stained and we won’t be able to resell it.” Instead of interrogating me about how I obviously washed it, insinuating I was lieing another washing it…asked where I’m sitting…I tell her and sit down she keeps my shirt. Then, she circles around with another employee to make it look like they’re not talking about me making my experience very unpleasant…while I’m eating with my small children. I left the shirt there, and I hope she knows it was me. I also hope she reads this. I will not return to TTs and if I do it will ONLY be for a drink, IF THAT! Service sucks

Rad place to hang, lots of outdoor seating, sand volleyball court, cornhole boards, live music. Very good food, and drinks!

I have recently moved to the area and wanted to find a fun, tropical place to eat and have a drink. When I went to TT's, I was greeted by Mitch immediately! He was talking and laughing with all the customers as if they were all friends. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, the establishment, and the surrounding area. He made me feel welcomed!! Mitch truly makes TT's a great place to be!!! On top of Mitch being amazing, I have met some of the other staff. Matt, Luke, Steve, Megan, Maddie, and Christine are so nice and welcoming as well. Really, the entire staff is just welcoming and amazing!! I have recommended TT's to everyone!! Such a great atmosphere to be at with family and friends!! Thank you everyone for making our experiences one of a kind!!!

We are moving to the area soon and stopped here to check things out. Great view and great service. Mitch, our bartender, was wonderful.... very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend.

Our group of five had a disappointing experience. We initially wanted to sit at the larger bar, but the bartender informed us he wouldn’t serve us because he was leaving soon and we had to wait for the next bartender, who wouldn’t arrive for another half hour. He directed us to the smaller bar, but there wasn’t enough room for our party, so we took a table instead. The bartender, Mitch, informed us that on Friday and Saturday nights, tables are not available for bar patrons, even though it was only 2:30 pm. We thought it was odd this was stated to us. When Mitch took our drink orders, one person asked for a mudslide, but he said the machines were broken. We then ordered an espresso martini, and he rudely pointed out that it wasn’t even on the menu. When we showed him the menu listing the espresso martini, he said he didn’t know why it was there and couldn’t make one because they only had vodka and chocolate syrup. We ordered different drinks instead. A bit later, Mitch came by, and we thought he was checking in on us. We decided to order nachos, but he said he would place the order but would refuse any further service because he overheard us discussing the menu. He threw the check on our table. Our conversation was simply about being surprised that espresso martinis were not served despite being on the menu, and we even acknowledged that Mitch was doing a good job. We canceled our food order and asked Mitch to explain why he was refusing service, but he only stated that he could refuse service for any reason. When we asked if the manager would support this, he said yes. The manager then came over, apologized for Mitch’s behavior, stated that the larger bar shouldn’t have closed, and that Mitch shouldn’t have refused service because of our conversation about the menu. He offered to serve us personally at the larger bar, but it didn’t feel like a genuine apology. We have visited before and had good service, so this experience was surprising. We likely won’t return, as it was a very uncomfortable situation.

We come to the 4 points hotel every year with another couple, and we Love TT'S TIKI BAR. Luke the bartender is very nice & attentive. The food is great! Service is great! Fun place to go. Below the picture is of different Rum buckets..

Very bad, the place says it closes at 10 and they told us to leave because (we spent $200 and gave $15 in tips) I won't be back. Thank you.

The food was pretty good, but sadly, with only 2 tables sat, we still couldn't get drinks/refills/order taken/plates taken away/check in a timely manner from the unfriendly server.

My expectations were low meaning quite a few Tiki Bar just offer fried food but this was actually good and the service was great . Parking was easy and atmosphere is pretty . Nate was great as well

Great place good food fun atmosphere

I come to the tiki bar every chance I get to listen to live music. The wait staff is always friendly. The food is pretty good. Also, I love the outdoor environment on the waterfront, it really is epic. I will return here many many times.

This place was packed. But we were able to get seating within like 15 minutes. The food was plentiful and the drinks were cold and delicious!!

Don’t come here on a busy night. You will be greeted by incompetent waiter’s and managers that are just as ignorant as their waiters. I will say the vibe is great but the service sucks!!!!!! I won’t come back to this establishment again.

Food: Ordered a vegan burger (sunset burger). The burger came out as a normal burger with no cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato and pickles. The burger was listed to come with vegan cheese, vegan mayo, another vegan sauce, mushrooms, arugula, and sun dried tomatoes, none of which were found on the burger. The burger was taken back and came back with mushrooms and a mystery sauce. He apologized that they don’t have vegan cheese, but never said anything about the other missing ingredients. I ate the dry burger with disappointment because I was just too hungry to fight about it. Drinks: the traditional mule was the most heavily ginger infused drink, so bitter it was hard to sip. I had a tropical drink of some kind and it seemed like watered down pink lemonade. Unimpressive and really a waste of money. Service: we were greeted quickly and seated right away, waiter didn’t greet just came up and asked about drink orders, we needed a few. He served and was attentive but lacked any personal affect, pretty robotic and down to business. Atmosphere: it wasn’t too busy, seated next to a table of northerners who claimed to be true Floridians… but that’s besides the point. One of the men was up and down out of his seat speaking very loudly and bothering the table behind us. He also was smoking right next to our table which was awfully uncomfortable. We will not be back.

Just moved to the area looked like a cool place to try was sat by hostess waited for 15 mins or so middle of day on a Tuesday so the place was quiet only one or two other party’s there and employees sitting around at the bar talking no one wanted to take our order whining toddler who was hot and thirsty so we walked out and spent our money elsewhere where appreciated

Such a cool place. Food was great, so many scrumptious drink options. I wasn't thrilled about the bathrooms being in a trailer, but they were clean and didn't have a trailer feel.

We was there two days ago. The water they brought us to drink with ice has an unpleasant smell, not from bottles, salad was not delicious, and why 20% tip is already included in the bill and you still want a tip, write that you can leave a tip at your discretion?do you want to get a tip twice? The ox in the glasses was terrible and the Caesar salad was not tasty, there was not enough cheese, and there was no chicken at all! Do you know the recipe for Caesar salad?!the waiter was nervous, he didn’t like our questions.

Food and drinks good the only problem is the birds are all over the place. Bird crap on the seats and i had to swich chairs because they didnt clean it .

The food and service were good, and the view was wonderful. We had the classic cheeseburger, fries, and the BBQ pulled pork sandwich. They had an abundance of fans going, which kept us nice and cool. They charge a 3% entertainment fee, which we didn't care to see on our bill. With the tax, tip, and entertainment fee, we could've had another meal and drink.

TT’s is a good place to go and sit by the water. The food is average bar food. Beer and wine are reasonably priced. However, I can’t tell you how many times we have looked up on the website to see when the live music would be there and we went for that and there wasn’t any. So many times it’s listed to begin at 5:00pm. We arrive early to have dinner and more than half the time the music doesn’t start until 6:00. So we eat and leave disappointed. This should not happen consistently. We understand that sometimes wires get crossed, but not 50% of the time.

The food won't exactly knock your socks off, but it's fine. You're paying for the view, the river breeze, and the fun atmosphere. Very nice place. Oh, I forgot, the restrooms are in a trailer. HUH???? :-)

Drinks are not good they need a new frozen mixed drink machine. Drinks I would give three stars that's being generous

We stopped by for lunch quite by accident while on the road. We really enjoyed sitting outside – great views and fresh air. Our order arrived quickly, and everything was very tasty. The huge portions for kids were a pleasant surprise! There's a kids' menu and a happy hour from Monday to Friday, 12-4 PM. If we visit Fort Myers again, we'll definitely come here in the evening! We had beef tacos and a burger with fries – everything was excellent.

We went to The Tiki Bar after an event at the Port Charlotte Event Center. You check in with a hostess then sit wherever you want. We sat under the tiki hut because it was a hot day, but I would love to visit in the evening and watch the sunset from their outdoor seating with sand pits. My husband had the shrimp po' boy sandwich with a side salad and I had the sweet & spicy shrimp with mango salsa, asparagus, and yellow rice. Both dishes were prepared well, and were delivered promptly. The po' boy was packed with shrimp with a mayonnaise based sauce. My dish had spicy shrimp with a delightful balance of spiciness and the sweetness of the mango salsa. The asparagus was grilled perfectly. I also tried their delicious and refreshing watermelon mojito, which was delightful. I finished with key lime pie with raspberry sauce, which was good. The view of the Port Charlotte Bridge and harbor was very peaceful, and we enjoyed watching the sea birds and boats while we ate. The breeze off the harbor helped cut through the heat of the day. A very nice dining experience.

I absolutely loved the food. However, everyone we came into contact with here made us feel like an inconvenience and like we ruined there day by coming. That being said, the food was tremendous, and the portions were huge! I would come here again and hope to get a different server.

Arrived at 830. Bar closes at 10. I had decent service. Half full bar. One bartender. As I sat with my wife, we ordered some appetizers and drinks. Older gentlemen walked up next to me, drink menu in hand. Asked the guy for a drink, the bartender said he would be with him shortly. The bartender walked off, talked with 2 people at the bar a few minutes, not making a drink, came back to the guy after a good long 5 minutes. The guy asked for a speciality drink off the menu, the bartender replied they had put some stuff up because they were closing soon, (8:55) at this point, and the patron walked away obviously disgusted. I feel bad for the patron and the owner to be honest. As a business owner myself it’s discouraging to know that services are being denied because someone wants to go home early. At 8:55 you should be able to make any drink, or clarify on the menu that these drinks are only offered before X… or at bartender discretion. Atmosphere is great though. For that reason we will be back, but still discouraging how us as patrons are treated. On a side note, I waited 15 minutes and asked the bartender how late they were open, he said 10. But only serving those who are sat at this time. Anyone new will not be served.

I was greeted fairly quickly and got a great table with a view of the water. The atmosphere was lovely and the food was not bad. This is not a complaint, but more of an observation that the wait person could have been a little bit more outgoing and attentive. It took him forever just to ask me what I wanted to eat or drink. I would have been fine with the wait, had he said I’ll be right with you. I felt ignored. Eventually, the server became more attentive. My meal was good and the waiter did asked me if I wanted a drink refill, however, it was at the end of my meal and before I had to pay. It was still a decent place to eat. Good location.

We come here pretty much every weekend, it’s our go to place to rewind, enjoy good food (the Mahi BLT is 🔥, amazing drinks (I recommend Robert Marley cocktail) and the location and scenery is just amazing. The staff, “shout out to “Alex, MJ and Lori” always super friendly and helpful. Live music every night and it’s typically great bands and music for everyone’s taste (if not, try the cocktails 😌)

Came in from Ohio. Everyone agreed this was the best place to go. 100% correct! Nicole was our server Superb! The gift shop lady was cool as all get out, even Jeff, the bartender who had to make change was awesome. The food was killer, BLT Grouper sandwiches, Shrimp wrap, and all had Fries. Great food, cold drinks, great time. The most impressive point of the evening was the manager picking up trash instead of delegating authority and having someone else do it. Lead by example. Congratulations to all. Well done!!

Atmosphere is great and I’m sure it’s fine if you just want a drink but the food is a joke! The quality implies a $10 price range but you’ll pay way more than that to eat with plastic cutlery and attempt to get ketchup and mustard out of sad little plastic packets. I’m a local and won’t be returning.

Such a pretty place honestly but so terrible. I waited an hour for a table then got told to squeeze 15 people in a small picnic table. Then took an hour on food. Overall just a bad experience.

Stopped by on Saturday night with my sister. It's a beautiful place but I have to say I had the very WORST margarita I've ever had in my life. I can't believe they have the audacity to charge ten bucks for something I wouldn't even drink for free. Poured it out & left. BTW, I don't mind the price if I get a good drink, so it wasn't about the $, but the lack of quality was insulting, as a customer.

The only reason to go here is to sit outside and enjoy the view. Even sitting outside has a price ( so to speak). The food is mediocre at best. As for the service...almost non-existent. We had to hunt a server down when we needed anything. Apparently, they have many servers that work outside and any one of them can take your order. Trying to get one to actually come to the table is quite another issue. So if you sit outside, you'll see servers, they just don't help much. (That's the price of sitting outside). Also, there is certainly NOT enough parking.

Had to ask two servers and 3 times for regular sugar for iced tea and it never came. Also slow to check on us. The view is amazing though.

Food was good. Everybody was happy we had a large party. There was some complaints here and there. Service is great. They sat us even though it was very busy and the atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous. They also had the heart cover band which was decent. The audio was very weak. But they do have other cover bands from time to time. Great place to hang out with family

Great location. It is right on the bay. It's fun to arrive by boat but needs much more boat parking. They are usually busy and many times a wait for a table. Service is good considering how busy they usually are. The food is cooked in a big trailer, and it's your typical bar food type menu . It's good food. I like the shrimp po boy sandwich. It's fun when they have live music. It's definitely a place to bring friends to when they are visiting. They have sand areas to give you the beachy feel along with sand volleyball. It's about the most beachy vibe bar in this area.

Waitresses were amazing awesome service!!! You girls are amazing!!! but the Wings were a bit cold and not done right tasted microwaved and not good for $18.95. Im a cook i know great wings that wasnt it. Burger meat was not ground beef fresh more like it was from a frostbite box and where it was cooked kitchen needs to be cleaned oil tasted old. Fries were bland not fresh. Pretzel bites were good but needed to be taken out maybe 2-3 minutes before so they wouldnt be brown almost burnt… cheese to dip was perfect only thing good and the drinks tasted amazing… $60 plus tip for that food nah Please clean your kitchen and change your cooks cause this is a great place get the food on point its a gold mine!!!

Love the coconut shrimp wrap. So unique and flavor filled. The best rice and beans I have ever had. The food combined with the tiki ambiance all on the water makes for a nice getaway near home.

Maybe if the bartender doesn’t “want” to make a drink she shouldn’t tell her bar back so loudly that the customer ordering it hears her say, “I’m not making those drinks.” And then maybe if the bartender feels that way, she can tell the customer that - not send her poor bar back to tell the customer because she can’t own it. Also, if it’s on the menu… you should probably make the drink. If you’re too busy, have management to put on more staff. If it’s too much of a strain, take those drinks off the menu. Edited one month later: We gave it another shot! Despite the “season” winding down there were way more staff on, tables were clean, service was moving, and the bar staff were 10/10 excellent! So happy to have been able to give my family a re-do of the place, no one likes having a bad time.

This location was beautiful. Watching the sun set over the water was great. The food was good but options were limited. Very relaxed atmosphere with kids running around playing on the volleyball courts and people taking photos on the docks. Our server was good but the table had what appeared to be dog hair all over it which we cleaned ourselves thanks to my wife having wet wipes in her purse. Over all a good experience. I'd eat there again.
