Hands down the best donuts in the Valp/Niceville area. I used to live in Nashville and was totally spoiled with the quality and variety of restaurants. Twin Cities is a gem of a donut shop in the area with good prices. To the negative reviews about being sold out, you can call the night before, leave a message and order ahead, otherwise you're rolling the dice as to what you want against demand. Cheers!

Learn how to talk to customers. Do not yell and throw things and tell us you will close the shop down for simply waiting on donuts. Horrible customer service. Too bad I didn’t video it to have more proof but that was childish.

Wife and I stopped in this morning before a day out on the water. We had never been here. The girl working the counter was super patient and had an amazing attitude! They were almost sold out of everything by 0930. I wish we had pictures but we ate them so fast! These doughnuts were by far the best I have ever had! Super light and amazing flavor! Will be a normal stop from now on!!!

Great donuts. Just wish they didn't run out of everything so quickly. Get there as close to opening as you can.

I went in this place this morning to find me a donut. And they probably had 10 donuts in the entire case. And when I asked them what was coming up next, they just named what they already had. It's not advertising to walk into a donut shop and find that they have maldonades for the most part

Absolutely fantastic homemade donuts with strong coffee! Get there early because they sell out quick! These girls work hard and make tons of delicious donuts. 10 out of 10 would advise. You come in with six bucks you're walking out with a lot of donuts

I've visited this donut shop a handful of times since moving here and each time has been a huge disappointment because they're always sold out. The sign says they're open until 11 AM but that's a joke. Don't even bother if you're getting there after 8 AM. It's like they make one batch of donuts for the day and when they're out, that's it.

Find somewhere else...Tried to call ahead, nobody answered the phone. I got there at 7:40 and they were out of pretty much everything. I was second in line so I just left. I guess they make enough money selling all their donuts to the first few people in the store that it doesn't matter if they sell more after that.

Saturday 9/2- This was my first time here and it was pretty cool 😎 experience. I have drove pass this location but never really came into the plaza. It is in the plaza with Dominoes Pizza 🍕. I got me a dozen of donut holes and I really enjoyed them. They also sell coffee. I really like 👍 the environment and energy here. They are quick with packing up orders. I highly recommend. I would say you do have to come early I came around 9:30am Based off the photos they was almost sold out. They did have a few left but I was still pleased. Come early and grab a donut 🍩

It was clearly ANOTHER disappointment to arive before 10am to find the place closed on Tuesday after the weekend. I'm not sure if IT was even opened in the first place!!! This would be our third time going with the same results. Extremely not interested in trying again!! Thier loss. I can only imagine, if this is happening to me, how many other people interested in tasting those donuts is it happening to. While we were there this time an air force gentleman also couldn't believe they were closed that early!! They need to take thier business more seriously and wake up earlier and make more donuts as not run to run out so early. They're closing early may mean that they're out on thier boat instead!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 clearly no way to run a business. They're ruining the reputation told to us...... very sad!! Why even bother having a business!!! It's got to be a hobby that they're tired of doing!!

All donuts made fresh each morning. Super good! Simple, no over the top concoctions. Very, very nice staff.

Just regular ol’ donuts. Not terrible but not amazing. There wasn’t much of a selection either, but the staff was wonderful, and I was in and out quickly.

Best doughnut shop hands down! We try to go every friday before school. Instead of cupcakes for my son's birthday, he likes to bring doughnuts for his class. Get there early because she sells out!

Donuts are tasty but a bit expensive. Go early as they sell out fast! Staff is friendy.
